Description

The present invention relates to a sealing label that seals a sealing object such as an envelope or a box, and more particularly to a sealing label that can prevent unauthorized opening.

Conventionally, various types have been proposed as sealing labels for sealing objects to be sealed such as envelopes and boxes, for example, an intermediate base material with a pressure-sensitive adhesive applied to the back surface, peelability and adhesive strength when peeled An intermediate base material comprising a surface base material laminated by being pseudo-adhered to the surface of the intermediate base material by a pseudo-adhesive layer that eliminates the adhesive, and a release base material temporarily attached to the adhesive applied to the back surface of the intermediate base material In addition, a slit that can be easily opened is formed by forming slits for separating the peeling substrate at positions overlapping each other and peeling the surface substrate from the intermediate substrate (see, for example, Patent Document 1). .

However, in the prior art, at the time of opening, since the surface base material is peeled from the end side attached to the sealing object, it is not possible to pick only the end portion of the surface base material, and depending on the user, There is a possibility that the intermediate base material stuck to the sealing object may be peeled off, and there is a problem that the opening cannot be performed cleanly and easily.

This invention is made | formed in view of such a problem, The place made into the objective provides the sealing label which can peel off a surface base material easily and can perform opening cleanly and easily. In the point.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has the following configuration.
The gist of the invention described in claim 1 is a sealing label for sealing an object to be sealed, which has an intermediate substrate coated with a pressure-sensitive adhesive on the back surface and a pseudo-adhesive layer that has releasability and loses adhesive strength when peeled off. A surface base material that is pseudo-adhered to the surface of the intermediate base material and laminated, and the intermediate base material includes a linear perforation that divides the intermediate base material, and a perpendicular to the perforation. A slit that divides the end in a specific direction is formed, and at the end of the intermediate substrate that is divided by the slit, a paste-killing process is applied to eliminate the adhesive force of the adhesive applied to the back surface. It exists in the sealing label characterized by having.
The gist of the invention of claim 2 is that the perforation for dividing the surface base material is formed on the surface base material at a position overlapping the perforation formed on the intermediate base material. It exists in the sealing label of Claim 1.
The invention according to claim 3 is characterized in that the slits of the intermediate base material are formed in parallel with the perforations formed in the intermediate base material and the surface base material. In the sealed label.

The sealing label of the present invention comprises an intermediate substrate having a pressure-sensitive adhesive applied to the back surface, and a surface group that is peeled and laminated on the surface of the intermediate substrate by a pseudo-adhesive layer that has peelability and loses adhesive strength when peeled. And forming a linear perforation that divides the intermediate base material and a slit that divides an end portion in a direction perpendicular to the perforation, and is divided by the slit. At the end of the intermediate base material, the end of the intermediate base material divided by the slit is formed on the sealing object by performing a paste-killing process that eliminates the adhesive force of the adhesive applied to the back surface. Since it is not attached, the surface base material can be picked at the end of the intermediate base material separated by the slit, and the surface base material can be easily peeled off with the pseudo-adhesive layer. The substrate is peeled off Because there is no, an effect that it is possible to open cleanly and easily.

Furthermore, the sealing label of the present invention peels the surface base material by forming a perforation that divides the surface base material at a position overlapping the perforation formed on the intermediate base material. Without removing the perforations formed on the surface base material and the intermediate base material, there is an effect that the opening can be easily performed.

Furthermore, the sealing label of the present invention is formed so that the slit of the intermediate substrate is formed in parallel with the perforations formed on the intermediate substrate and the surface substrate, so that the direction of peeling the surface substrate is substantially the same as the perforation. When the surface base material is peeled off by the pseudo adhesive layer, the perforation formed on the surface base material is not cut off.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing a configuration of an embodiment of a sealing label according to the present invention, (a) is a plan view seen from the surface side, (b) is a side view, (c) These are top views seen from the back side.

A sealing label 10 according to the present embodiment is a substantially rectangular label that seals an object to be sealed such as an envelope or a box. Referring to FIG. 1, a peeling substrate 1, an intermediate substrate 2, and a surface substrate. 3 are laminated, and the back surface of the release substrate 1 and the intermediate substrate 2 are temporarily attached with the adhesive 4 applied to the back surface of the intermediate substrate 2, and the surface of the intermediate substrate 2 and the surface substrate 3 The back surface is pseudo-bonded with a pseudo-adhesive layer 5 that has peelability and loses adhesive strength when peeled. In addition, in the side view shown in FIG.1 (b), the thickness direction is expanded and described for description.

In the intermediate base material 2 and the surface base material 3, linear perforations 6 are formed at positions where they overlap each other, and the intermediate base material 2 and the surface base material 3 can be divided by separating the perforations 6. It is like that. Further, linear slits 7 are formed at both end portions of the intermediate base material 2 in a direction perpendicular to the perforation 6 to divide both end portions of the intermediate base material 2. In the present embodiment, the perforations 6 and the slits 7 are formed perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and parallel to each other, and the perforations 6 are formed at a substantially central portion in the longitudinal direction.

At least one surface of the release substrate 1 is subjected to release processing such as silicone processing, and the surface subjected to release processing is temporarily attached to the adhesive 4 applied to the back surface of the intermediate substrate 2. Yes. In addition, the peeling base material 1 can use arbitrary base materials, such as a paper base material and a film base material.

An arbitrary base material such as a paper base material or a film base material can be used for the intermediate base material 2, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive 4 for applying to a sealing object is applied to the back surface. At the divided ends, a paste-killing process 8 for eliminating the adhesive force of the adhesive 4 applied to the back surface is applied.

The surface substrate 3 can be an arbitrary substrate such as a paper substrate or a film substrate, and the surface of the surface substrate 3 can be used as a display unit for various information. For example, the perforation 6 is formed. The display which shows the location currently performed and the display which shows the location where the paste-killing process 8 is given can be performed.

As the adhesive 4, for example, an arbitrary adhesive such as an emulsion system, a solvent system, and a hot melt system can be used, and the material is arbitrary such as an acrylic system or a rubber system, and the strength of the adhesive is also high. Any type such as a strong or weak type can be used.

As the pseudo-adhesive layer 5, for example, a resin-containing liquid varnish such as an acrylic ester varnish or a polyamide varnish can be used. For example, the pseudo-adhesive layer 5 includes a first resin layer having a strong adhesive force and a second resin layer having a weak adhesive force. Is done. In order to temporarily attach the surface base material 3 and the intermediate base material 2, a resin-containing liquid varnish for forming the first resin layer is previously coated on the back surface of the surface base material 3 and dried, and then the first resin layer In addition, the intermediate substrate 2 is pasted before the resin-containing liquid varnish for forming the second resin layer is coated and dried. Thereby, when the surface base material 3 and the intermediate base material 2 have peelability and are peeled, the adhesive force on the bonding surface side of the surface base material 3 and the intermediate base material 2 is lost. Further, as the pseudo adhesive layer 5, for example, a material made of a thermoplastic resin such as polyethylene or polypropylene, a material called a pressure-sensitive adhesive, or the like can be used.

Next, the usage method of this Embodiment is demonstrated in detail with reference to FIG.
FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an example of sticking of the sealing label shown in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is an explanatory diagram for explaining the opening operation of the embodiment of the sealing label according to the present invention. In addition, in the side view shown in FIG. 3, the thickness direction is expanded and described for description.

FIG. 2 shows a state in which the box 20 that is the object to be sealed is sealed by sticking the sealing label 10 of the present embodiment. The box 20 includes a main body 21 having an opening in the upper portion and an upper lid portion 22 that is a sealing portion that closes the opening of the main body 21, and is applied to the back surface of the intermediate base material 2 by peeling the peeling base material 1. The pressure-sensitive adhesive surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive 4 is exposed, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive 4 is formed on the sealing line 23 that is the boundary line between the main body 21 and the upper lid 22, and the intermediate substrate 2 and the surface substrate 3 of the sealing label 10. The box 20 that is the object to be sealed is sealed by pasting the main body 21 and the upper lid portion 22 so that the perforated lines 6 are substantially coincident with each other. In addition, when the display which shows the location in which the perforation 6 is formed on the surface of the surface base material 3 is performed, the position of the perforation 6 becomes easy to visually recognize. It becomes possible.

When the box 20 sealed with the sealing label 10 of the present embodiment is opened, two methods can be used. In the first method, the surface base material 3 and the intermediate base material 2 attached to the main body 21 of the box 20 by separating the perforations 6 formed in the surface base material 3 and the intermediate base material 2, and the box The surface base material 3 and the intermediate base material 2 adhered to the upper lid portion 20 of 20 are divided. As a result, the upper lid portion 22 can be releasably opened, and the perforation 6 is cut off, so that it is possible to easily recognize that the lid is opened. In addition, when the display which shows the location in which the perforation 6 is formed on the surface of the surface base material 3 is performed, since the position of the perforation 6 to be separated becomes easy to visually recognize, the perforation 6 can be easily separated.

In the second method, first, the surface base material 3 was peeled off by the pseudo-adhesion layer 5, and then the perforation 6 formed in the intermediate base material 2 was cut off, and the surface base material 3 was adhered to the main body 21 of the box 20. The intermediate base material 2 and the intermediate base material 2 attached to the upper lid portion 22 of the box 20 are divided. In the state where the sealing label 10 is adhered, as shown in FIG. 3A, the both ends of the intermediate base material 2 divided by the slit 7 are respectively attached to the main body 21 and the upper lid portion 22 by the paste-killing process 8. There is no sticking. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 3B, either one of both end portions of the intermediate base material 2 divided by the slits 7 is used as a knob and is grasped together with the end portion of the surface base material 3, so that the surface base material 3 can be easily obtained. Can be peeled off by the pseudo adhesive layer 5. Since the slit 7 and the perforation 6 are formed in parallel, the direction in which the surface base material 3 is peeled is a direction substantially perpendicular to the perforation 6, and the surface base material 3 is peeled off by the pseudo adhesive layer 5. At this time, the perforations 6 formed on the surface base material 3 are not cut off. In the present embodiment, when the surface base material 3 is peeled off, the pseudo adhesive layer 5 is configured to be separated into layers. However, all of the pseudo adhesive layer 5 is removed together with the surface base material 3. Alternatively, all of the pseudo adhesive layer 5 may remain on the surface of the intermediate substrate 2. Furthermore, if the display which shows the location where the paste removal process 8 is given to the surface of the surface base material 3 is performed, the user can grasp | ascertain easily the starting position at the time of peeling the surface base material 3. FIG.

FIG. 3C shows a state in which the surface base material 3 has been peeled off by the pseudo-adhesive layer 5, and the upper lid portion 22 is released by separating the perforation 6 formed in the intermediate base material 2. Since the intermediate substrate 2 is exposed in place of the surface substrate 3 and the perforation 6 is cut off, it is possible to easily recognize that the package has been opened. Since the adhesive force does not remain on the back surface of the peeled surface base material 3 and the surface of the intermediate base material 2, the peeled surface base material 3 cannot be reattached to prevent unauthorized opening. can do. In addition, when the surface base material 3 and the intermediate base material 2 are comprised by a different color, it can recognize easily that the surface base material 3 peeled, and is suitable.

As described above, according to the present embodiment, the intermediate substrate 2 with the adhesive 4 applied to the back surface and the pseudo-adhesive layer 5 that has releasability and loses adhesive strength when peeled are used. A surface base material 3 that is pseudo-adhered to the surface and laminated. The intermediate base material 2 has a linear perforation 6 that divides the intermediate base material 2 and a direction perpendicular to the perforation 6. A slit 7 that divides the end portion is formed, and the end portion of the intermediate base material 2 that is divided by the slit 7 is subjected to a paste-killing process 8 that eliminates the adhesive force of the adhesive 4 applied to the back surface. By doing so, the end portion of the intermediate base material divided by the slit 7 is not attached to the sealing object, and therefore, at the end portion of the intermediate base material 2 divided by the slit 7, the surface base material 3 is picked, Easily peel off surface substrate 3 with pseudo adhesive layer 5 Rukoto can, for intermediate base 2 adhered to the sealed object is prevented from being peeled off, an effect that it is possible to perform open cleanly and easily.

Further, according to the present embodiment, the surface base material 3 is also formed on the surface base material 3 at a position overlapping the perforation 6 formed on the intermediate base material 2, thereby forming the surface perforation 6. By peeling off the perforations 6 formed on the surface base material 3 and the intermediate base material 2 without peeling off the base material 3, there is an effect that opening can be easily performed.

Furthermore, according to the present embodiment, the surface base material 3 is peeled by forming the slits 7 of the intermediate base material 2 in parallel with the perforations 6 formed in the intermediate base material 2 and the surface base material 3. The direction is substantially perpendicular to the perforation 6, and the perforation 6 formed on the surface base material 3 is not separated when the surface base material 3 is peeled off by the pseudo adhesive layer 5.
