Description

The present invention relates to a method for producing a dental impression film used for a combined impression in which two types of dental impression materials of different materials are overlaid.

Conventionally, when producing a restoration of a crown, a method of taking an impression using an elastic impression material is generally performed. As an ordinary impression material, an impression material (alginate impression material) mainly composed of a soluble salt of alginate, a precision impression material (silicone impression material) mainly composed of silicone rubber, and the like are known.
Comparing the main characteristics of these impression materials, it can be said that when using a silicone impression material, it is possible to obtain a more precise impression than when using an alginate impression material, but a silicone impression material is an alginate impression material. Since the price is several times higher than that, it is difficult to use a large amount of the silicone impression material in consideration of the economical aspect. Therefore, the cost can be reduced by reducing the amount of the silicone impression material used as much as possible.

On the other hand, for example, an agar / alginate combined impression is generally known as a combined impression in which two kinds of dental impression materials are superimposed. Its feature is that both contain a large amount of moisture. For this reason, if the injection of the tooth mold material is delayed after the impression is removed, there is a problem that the impression is deformed due to shrinkage accompanying evaporation of moisture. In addition, good adhesion between both agar and alginate is an important point, but because it is a method of overlaying two uncured materials, it is necessary to press-contact when both have sufficient fluidity It becomes. However, it can be said that it is very difficult to match the curing timings of the impression materials when the impression acquisition area is wide.

Therefore, the present applicant pays attention to combining two kinds of dental impression materials with different materials, which could not be considered in the conventional combined impression, and provides a dental impression film that enables the bonding of both. Further, it is not necessary to match the timing of curing of each impression material by interposing a dental impression film, and an object is to provide an impression taking method for obtaining a precise impression at low cost. (Japanese Patent Application No. 2007-284405).

The dental impression film is a dental impression film used for a combined impression in which two kinds of dental impression materials of different materials are overlapped, and is bonded to each cured dental impression material on both sides of the dental impression film. It is characterized in that a layer having a function is laminated or a projection having an adhesive function is attached. The dental impression material is a combination of a silicone impression material and an alginate impression material. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 1, the said film for dental impressions laminated | stacked the polyethylene polyester film 20 which has adhesiveness between the silicone impression material and the alginate impression material on both surfaces of the polyethylene film 10 by thermocompression bonding. And

However, since the above-mentioned film for dental impression is a new product that does not exist in the past, it is necessary to establish a method for manufacturing a product at the time of mass production and to supply a product with stable quality at a low cost. is there.

Then, an object of this invention is to provide the method of manufacturing the film for dental impressions used for the combined impression which piles up two types of dental impression materials from which a material differs.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the invention according to claim 1 is formed by superposing resin nonwoven fabrics on both sides of a resin film to form three layers, respectively, on the lower side of the resin nonwoven fabric located in the lowermost layer. After laying the virgin pulp on top of each other, wrap them around a roll to form the whole into a roll shape, and then heat the resin nonwoven fabric to both sides of the resin film by heating at a predetermined temperature with heating means It is characterized by.

The invention described in claim 2 is characterized in that the resin film according to claim 1 is a polyethylene film, and the resin nonwoven fabric is a double structure fiber of polyethylene / polyester.

Moreover, invention of Claim 3 set the heating temperature by the said heating means of Claim 1 or 2 in the range of 115-135 degreeC more than the heat-resistant temperature of the said resin-made films, It is characterized by the above-mentioned. .

The invention described in claim 4 is characterized in that the heating means described in claims 1 to 3 is a high-pressure steam sterilizer.

As described above, according to the present invention, a resinous nonwoven fabric can be easily and reliably heat-bonded on both sides of a resinous film while leaving the texture of the nonwoven fabric that it has, making it easy to manufacture products even during mass production. It is possible to supply products with stable quality at low cost.

Examples of the present invention will be described below.
In the present invention, resin nonwoven fabrics are laminated on both sides of a resin film to form three layers, and virgin pulp is laid on the lower side of the resin nonwoven fabric located at the bottom layer, and then placed on a roll. It is a method for producing a dental impression film in which the whole is wound to form a roll, and then heated at a predetermined temperature by a heating means to thermally bond the resin nonwoven fabric to both surfaces of the resin film.
It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the following examples, and the specific contents of each constituent element can be changed as appropriate within the scope consistent with the gist of the present invention.

(Manufacturing process 1)
First, resin nonwoven fabrics are superimposed on both sides of a resin film to form three layers. Here, it is preferable to employ a polyethylene film as the resin film and a polyethylene / polyester double structure fiber as the resin nonwoven fabric.
As the polyethylene film, for example, a polyethylene film manufactured by Nippon Paper Pack Co., Ltd. (trade name “Antimicrobial One Wrap (registered trademark) 220 m”, heat resistant temperature 110 ° C.) is employed.
In addition, the double structure fiber of polyethylene / polyester employs, for example, an olefin-based spunbond nonwoven fabric (trade name “Elves (registered trademark)”) manufactured by Unitika Ltd. This material is a spunbonded nonwoven fabric consisting of filaments with a core-sheath structure (core: PET, sheath: polyethylene). It has features such as being usable.
As for the sizes of the resin film and the resin nonwoven fabric, the width of the resin nonwoven fabric is set shorter than the width of the resin film. Thereby, when both are overlap | superposed, the resin nonwoven fabric can be completely settled inside the resin film, and adhesion failure can be prevented.

(Manufacturing process 2)
Next, after laying virgin pulp on the lower side of the resin nonwoven fabric positioned in the lowermost layer, the virgin pulp is wound around a roll to form the whole in a roll shape.
By thus laying the virgin pulp on top of each other, it is possible to protect the surface of the resin nonwoven fabric and at the same time prevent impurities from adhering to the resin nonwoven fabric. In addition, it is possible to prevent uneven pressure from being applied between the resin film and the resin nonwoven fabric by wrapping it around a roll to form a roll, so that the resin is applied to both surfaces of the resin film. The non-woven fabric can be thermally bonded while leaving the texture of the non-woven fabric it has.
Moreover, when the whole is made into a roll shape, the state can be maintained using a string, a stopper, or the like. Regarding the size of the virgin pulp, the width of the virgin pulp is set longer than the width of the resin film. Moreover, when employ | adopting a long product about a resin film, a resin nonwoven fabric, and a virgin pulp, respectively, after making it roll shape, it cut | disconnects in suitable length.

(Manufacturing process 3)
Finally, the resin nonwoven fabric is thermally bonded to both surfaces of the resin film by heating at a predetermined temperature by a heating means.
About the heating temperature by a heating means, it is preferable to set in the range of 115-135 degreeC above the heat resistant temperature of a resin film.
Specifically, a polyethylene film manufactured by Nippon Paper Pack Co., Ltd. (trade name “Antimicrobial One Wrap (registered trademark) 220 m”, heat-resistant temperature 110 ° C.) is used as the polyethylene film, and Unitika Ltd. is used as the double structure fiber of polyethylene / polyester. When a company-made olefin-based spunbonded nonwoven fabric (trade name “Elves (registered trademark)”) is employed, it is appropriate to set the heating temperature to 117 to 121 ° C. and heat for about 5 minutes.
Here, it is preferable to use a high-pressure steam sterilizer for the heating means. This high-pressure steam sterilizer refers to a device that saturates with saturated steam under a pressure exceeding atmospheric pressure. By setting a predetermined sterilization temperature and sterilization time, a resin nonwoven fabric is placed on both sides of the resin film. It becomes an optimum heating means for manufacturing a dental impression film to be thermally bonded.
In addition, when heating a roll that is thick and thick, hold the roll in a floating state, because the weight of the object may be applied to the lower end of the heating means in contact with the mounting surface, causing thermocompression bonding. Use a stand that can.
