Claims (10)
- 複数成分を含む溶液を遠心分離処理することで目的成分を採取するための遠心分離用デバイスであって、
前記溶液を収容する筒状体と、該筒状体を密栓する栓と、を有して、溶液を密閉状態で収容する内容器と、
前記筒状体の下方部分を着脱自在に収容する支持体と、前記内容器の前記栓の全部と前記筒状体の上方部分とを露出させて前記内容器の着脱を可能にする取り出し部と、を有して、前記内容器を密閉状態で収容する外容器と、
を備えることを特徴とする遠心分離用デバイス。 - 前記取り出し部は、前記筒状体の全長に対して30%乃至70%の前記上方部分を露出させることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の遠心分離用デバイス。
- 前記取り出し部は、その下端部が前記支持体に固着され、下端部から上端部にかけて支持体の長手方向に二分割されていることで左右に開閉可能なヒンジ構造を形成していることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の遠心分離用デバイス。
- 前記取り出し部は、前記支持体とは別体で構成されていて、前記支持体に対して係着可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の遠心分離用デバイス。
- 前記支持体は、並列配置された複数の前記内容器を収容することを特徴とする、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1つに記載の遠心分離用デバイス。
- 前記外容器は、遠心力に対しても変形しない自己保形性を備えた材料から構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1つに記載の遠心分離用デバイス。
- 前記溶液が血液であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の遠心分離用デバイス。
- 前記目的成分が多血小板血漿であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の遠心分離用デバイス。
- 前記溶液が骨髄液であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の遠心分離用デバイス。
- 前記目的成分が幹細胞であることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の遠心分離用デバイス。
