Description
以下、実施の形態1を用いて、本発明の請求項1から請求項4に記載の発明について説明する。
Claims (4)
- スピーカ用振動板の製造方法であって、
竹材をチップ状に粉砕する工程と、
前記チップ状に粉砕された竹材を加圧ニーダで繊維状に解繊し、竹繊維とする工程と、
前記竹繊維を加熱加圧プレスで所定の3次元のシート形状に成型する工程とを備えたスピーカ用振動板の製造方法。 - 前記竹材が真竹である請求項1記載のスピーカ用振動板の製造方法。
- 前記竹繊維の長さ加重平均繊維長L(l)が0.9mm以上3mm以下であり、かつカナダ標準濾水度における叩解度Dが600ml以上750ml以下である請求項1記載のスピーカ用振動板の製造方法。
- 前記加熱加圧プレスのプレス温度が130℃以上230℃以下であり、プレス圧力が0.1MPa以上3MPa以下である請求項1記載のスピーカ用振動板の製造方法。
