Description
The present invention relates to an acupuncture treatment apparatus used for acupuncture.
Traditionally, acupuncture has been carried out exclusively by acupuncturists, and the typical acupuncture is explained briefly. First, the left hand is used to push the local area to find a place to perform treatment, and the acupuncture point is applied to the acupuncture head. Strike to pierce the skin with a few millimeters (hereinafter referred to as “scutting operation”), secure the heel position, and then squeeze back and forth while pinching the heel handle with your fingers and twisting forward and backward After moving it forward, it has been selected.
In the first place, in the acupuncture treatment, the method of moving the acupuncture forward and backward while rotating forward / reversely stimulates the nerve more effectively than the acupuncture treatment by simply twisting the needle or the acupuncture treatment by simply moving the acupuncture forward and backward. This is a method that has a high effect on acupuncture.
In addition, it is considered that it is more effective to perform the operation of moving the rod forward and backward and twisting it at a fine and high speed.
However, this acupuncture operation, which mainly consists of the puncturing operation and the operation of acupuncture and advancement of the acupuncture, must be carried out at a number of locations in a single acupuncture treatment. Therefore, it is a job that accumulates fatigue even for a skilled acupuncturist.
For this reason, various acupuncture treatment devices have been devised to replace this manual operation.
For example, according to Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2005-27881, an electric motor is used as a drive source to mechanically rotate the heel forward and backward, while another device using a separate mechanical mechanism is used for forward and backward movement of the heel. Used separately.
However, with the device according to this document, since the rotation operation and the forward / backward operation are performed at completely different times and separately, a high acupuncture treatment effect cannot be expected, and the treatment time cannot be expected to be greatly shortened. It must be poor.
In addition, since the device according to this document is a mechanical device utilizing a crank mechanism, the acupuncture adverse effect of further enlarging the perforated hole is unavoidable, and the generated sound is also It must be quite large.
In addition, the acupuncture used today for acupuncture is currently used for the prevention of infectious diseases such as AIDS and hepatitis. It is used for treatment.
In acupuncture treatment, first place the acupuncture placed in the fistula at a predetermined treatment position, hit the sputum head protruding from the fistula, perform the puncturing operation, determine the fistula position, After removal, various acupuncture treatments are performed, after which the acupuncture is removed from the body.
Therefore, in order to move on to other local acupuncture treatments, the removed acupuncture must be put back into the fistula to make it the same as in the initial state.
There are two-hand intubation methods and one-hand intubation methods, and skilled acupuncturists depend on the latter. If it is stabbed into its own finger, it may cause infection.
Further, in the treatment of acupuncture, as described above, a puncturing operation is performed, in order to pass nerve cells that feel pain near the skin surface in addition to securing the position of the acupuncture.
Therefore, in order to reduce this pain, it is necessary to perform wrinkles in as short a time as possible, instantly if possible, and without wandering.
It is useful to puncture the eyelid from the skin surface, depending on the part of the body to be punctured, but it is useful to puncture about 3 mm. However, in the operation in which this operation is controlled by hand, it depends on the skill of the practitioner. For a practitioner who performs acupuncture treatment on a large number of sites, it is not only a labor-intensive work but also a difficult work to proceed uniformly.
The present invention can control the acupuncture so that the acupuncture can be rotated forward and backward with a single acupuncture treatment device, and can control the acupuncture so as to be able to move forward and backward. It is an object of the present invention to provide a small acupuncture device that does not cause adverse effects and that has less noise during operation.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an acupuncture unit comprising an acupuncture tube and an acupuncture tube suitable for the acupuncture treatment apparatus.
It is another object of the present invention to provide an acupuncture treatment apparatus that can perform a puncturing operation in an acupuncture treatment in a very short time and without making the wrinkle wobbled.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention uses an electric motor that can be electrically rotated forward and backward and capable of controlling the rotation angle, and further uses a separate mechanism for electrically moving forward and backward. And an acupuncture treatment device that can freely control both the forward and backward movement systems.
Further, the present invention uses a scissor unit composed of a scissors and a scissor tube, and the scissors tube is a tube that protects the scissors and scissors (hereinafter referred to as “cusp protection tube”) and a tube that protects the scissors (hereinafter “ The acupuncture protection tube is made easy to attach to the acupuncture treatment device of the present invention, and the length of the acupuncture protection tube is such that it does not cause any trouble during acupuncture treatment.
Further, in the present invention, the position where the cusp is in contact with the skin or the position immediately before the contact is detected to perform a puncturing operation, and then the rotation mechanism and the forward / reverse mechanism are operated.
Since the acupuncture rotation and forward / backward operation are automatically performed in acupuncture, the labor of the practitioner can be greatly reduced.
Because the acupuncture rotation and forward / backward operation can be performed very finely and at a high speed, it is possible to perform a treatment with a higher acupuncture effect.
Since the length of the acupuncture protection tube is such that it does not protrude from the tip of the acupuncture treatment device when it is attached to the acupuncture treatment device, the acupuncture protection tube will not rotate even if the tip of the acupuncture treatment device is pressed against the patient's skin. Therefore, you can safely treat acupuncture.
Not only the acupuncture rotation and forward / backward operation in acupuncture treatment, but also the perforation movement was made possible in an extremely short time and without wobbling the acupuncture. The operation to reduce can be made surely and uniform, and the labor of the practitioner can be further reduced.
Since the habit is no longer revealed, there is very little chance of intimidating the patient.
Since the acupuncture is used after being sterilized and sealed in the acupuncture tube, acupuncture with excellent therapeutic hygiene is possible.
Using an appropriate acupuncture-type acupuncture eliminates the need for acupuncture intubation, greatly reducing acupuncture treatment time and reducing the operator's fatigue. Moreover, since the intubation operation of the eyelid is no longer necessary, the risk of infection caused by the practitioner accidentally injuring himself can be drastically reduced.
Since the piercing operation and subsequent acupuncture can be performed automatically and reliably, it can be easily used by those who have a doctor's license and can be put to practical use in a wide range of treatment fields.

When the
That is, the intubation work by the two-hand intubation method or the one-hand intubation method such as a manual operation becomes unnecessary.
As the power supply motor used for the rotation of the kite, a motor that rotates forward and backward is used.
In particular, the motor used in this treatment apparatus should be a rotation angle of less than 360 ° at both forward and reverse rotations, and it is preferable that the motor does not require a large driving force and has a high rotational speed. A motor or an ultrasonic motor is used. Of course, the rotation angle may be 360 ° or more.
In the following embodiments, a case where a step motor is used will be described in detail, but this method can also be applied to an ultrasonic motor.
From the above specifications, a simple two-phase hybrid step motor (hereinafter referred to as “two-phase HB motor”) is sufficient as the step motor.
As an example, if the number of teeth of the rotor is 50, a two-phase HB motor rotates by one tooth in 4 steps, so it takes 200 steps to make one rotation. In this case, 20000 pulses / second (20000 pps) is used. Then, it becomes 6000 rotations / minute (6000 rpm).
In order to rotate at a rotation angle of 36 °, 20 steps are required, so 80 steps are required for one reciprocation. In this case, the number of reciprocations is 2.5 times the number of rotations for one rotation.
As a mechanism for moving the bag forward and backward, an electromagnet system is convenient because a pulse is used as a control signal.
In this embodiment, a method is adopted in which a
Hereinafter, generation of pulses used for the rotation and forward / backward movement of the kite will be described with reference to FIGS. 5 and 6.
In the figure, a symbol having a bar above the symbol F indicating the number of transmissions indicates a pulse in negative logic.
Receiving a signal f 13 from穿皮
It may be in conjunction with the signal f 15 for generating a basic pulse of the
It should be noted that the forward movement state of the
When the acupuncture progresses and the control position is detected, the signal f 15 from the control position detector may be received to generate a basic pulse in the transmitter.
The basic pulse generated by the transmitter determines the rotation speed of the step motor. However, since the number of transmissions is generally high, the frequency is divided by the
Therefore, the rotational speed of the step motor can be increased or decreased depending on the degree of frequency division.
Further, the pulse f 0 is frequency-divided for control, enters the ripple counter 55, generates a forward rotation pulse and a reverse rotation pulse, and generates a forward / reverse advance pulse.
FIG. 6 shows the state of the pulse generated by the ripple counter and the situation in which the pulse generated thereby is used for forward / reverse and forward / backward movement.
In the case of the two-phase HB motor of the above example, 20 steps are required to reciprocate at a rotation angle of 36 °, and in the case of Example 1 (FIG. 6), F 2 is divided by 1/2 ( Therefore, the control f 0 may be obtained by dividing the motor driving pulse f by 2/20.
In the above example, the rotating system and the forward / reverse system are coupled with the basic pulse generated by the transmitter. However, the rotational system and the forward / reverse system may be separately driven with completely different pulses (details). (Omitted).
In the following, three examples of acupuncture rotation and forward / backward movement that are considered useful as an acupuncture treatment are shown (FIG. 6). Various other combinations are possible, but details are omitted.
In the following embodiment, a case where a device is driven with a positive logic pulse will be described.
The negative logic pulses shown in FIG. 5 are distinguished by adding “bar” (eg, F 2 bar).
In general, a negative logic pulse that easily drives the device is used.
Example 1, while the
In the second embodiment, the kite is rotated forward (F 2 bar) while rotating the kite to the right (F 3 bar), and the kite is rotated backward (F 2 ) while rotating the kite to the left (F 3 ). F 3) remains, the forward (F 2 bars) is, with acupuncture right rotate (F 3 bars) illustrates the case of reverse (F 2).
In Example 3, the kite is moved forward (F 2 bar) while rotating the kite clockwise (F 2 bar and F 3 bar), and the kite is moved backward (F 2 ) while being stopped at the right rotation. is further while acupuncture and left rotation (aND of F 2 bars and F 3), reverse (F 2) is, while it is stopped at the needle was left rotation, the case of acupuncture the reverse (F 2) is Show.
In the above embodiment, a square wave pulse is illustrated as an example of the control pulse. However, a pulse having an appropriate waveform corresponding to the device to be used is used as the control pulse.
For example, when an ultrasonic motor is used, a sine wave pulse is appropriate. When an electromagnet is used for reciprocal movement, a sine wave pulse is appropriate for reducing the impact.
