Description of the Invention (/) TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to an intramuscular stimulation acupuncture device for treating intramuscular pain. BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION An intramuscular stimulation method for inserting a needling needle into a muscle to treat muscle pain was first developed by Gunn (1980 "Dry Acupuncture of Muscle Nerve Points for Chronic Low Back Pain: A Randomized Clinical Trial for Long-term Follow-up", Spine, Book No. 3, pp. 279-191). This method has also been used by others, for example, Chu, published in the European Journal of Physical Medicine and Reconstruction Periodicals, Vol. 5, No. 4, Vol. 4, Nos. 106-121, "Dry type of myofascial pain related to lumbar spinal radiculopathy," acupuncture". A detailed method of implementing intramuscular stimulation is described in Gunn's Treatment of Myofascial Pain: Intramuscular Stimulation of Myofascial Pain Symptoms of Neuropathy Origins, Center for Educational Resources and Health Sciences, University of Washington, Seattle, Washington (ISBN: l- 55910-003-6). In short, the method involves stimulating a muscle by inserting a fine needle similar to an acupuncture needle into the muscle to be treated and moving the lancet back and forth linearly within the muscle. The term "back and forth" in this disclosure means that the lancet is linearly pushed into the muscle, then partially linearly withdrawn, and then pushed along the same linear path of penetration. This action is repeated multiple times at each of several muscles. In the following description, this kind of fine needle operation is called "thorn". The muscles to be treated usually tighten. This kind of muscle tension will tend to apply excessive pressure or tight bundles to the nerve fibers in the muscle, which will cause _ _ — —_— _ '__—— __ This paper standard applies to China National Standard (CNS) A4 Specifications (210 X 297 mm) (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) Order --------- line ». 510797 A7 ____B7 ____ 5. Description of the invention (y) Chronic pain. When the tightening muscles are relaxed by this repeated intramuscular stimulation treatment, the pain disappears. The frequency of this treatment depends on the severity of the muscle contraction. Severely tightened muscles require frequent treatment over a long period of time, and for lightly injured muscles, the frequency of treatment is much less. This intramuscular stimulation treatment is often performed at most points, which is more efficient. Although the method developed by Gunn and used by others is quite effective in treating patients with chronic muscle pain, this method itself is self-limiting Yes, because it can have an adverse effect on the doctor who is performing the treatment. To treat a patient, a doctor artificially inserts a puncture needle into an injured muscle at a rate of about one or two per second. Usually, the treatment period lasts about 45 minutes. This means that the total number of artificial punctures during each treatment period is 2,700 to 5,400. Suppose a doctor treats eight patients a day, and each patient takes 45 minutes. This means that a total of 21,600 to 43,200 needles need to be manually pierced daily. This kind of repeated artificial puncture will cause severe tension and pain in the shoulder and neck muscles of the doctor, and sooner or later, the doctor's muscles will be injured. Unless the doctor is treated (but often treated with IMS), he / she will no longer be able to engage in medical work. That's why this method is self-limiting. The artificial puncture is very painful for the patient. This is conceivable because the needle is fixedly accelerated and decelerated during manual insertion and withdrawal of the lancet during treatment. Patients must usually be given an anesthetic to avoid excessive discomfort during treatment. ___ 4 ............—— This paper size is applicable to China National Standard (CNS) A4 (210 X 297mm t) '_ (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) -------- Order ---------- Line · 510797 A7 ___ B7___ 5. Description of the invention () Summary of the invention The invention discloses an automatic motor-driven acupuncture instrument for performing intramuscular stimulation treatment on patients with chronic muscle pain. The muscle stimulator of the present invention is mechanically connected to an electric motor, and then the motor is electrically connected to a programmable control unit. The muscle stimulator of the present invention can replace a manually operated muscle stimulator. Specifically, the present invention discloses an intramuscular stimulation acupuncture device which is mechanically connected to a linear operation motor such that the motor continuously drives the needling needle to move back and forth within the muscle in a controlled manner. The implementer can hold the instrument firmly at the treatment place, while the motor provides power to control the intramuscular stimulating needle to move linearly back and forth at a fixed penetration depth in a controlled manner. In this way, the pain caused by general manual penetration treatment can be greatly relieved and the muscles are tired, and the medical staff's physical burden is relieved. For a long period of intramuscular stimulation treatment, even if the mechanical acupuncture device is held firmly with a hand, it may be boring. The present invention further uses a mechanical rotating arm holding the stimulation acupuncture instrument, thereby eliminating extra muscle strain. This mechanical swivel arm can be extended, moved in any direction, and the needling device is fixed in position. In addition, a foot switch is provided for remotely turning the motor on and off. In this way, intramuscular stimulation treatment can be performed with minimal effort to avoid causing muscle damage to the medical staff. One of the major additional advantages of using the present invention is that it greatly reduces the pain experienced by the patient during medical procedures. In the traditional manual penetration method, the needle is constantly accelerated and decelerated due to the uneven manual penetration. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (g) 120 driver circuit 121 first driver circuit 122 second driver circuit preferred embodiment detailed description FIG. 1 shows a motor-driven intramuscular stimulation (IMS) acupuncture device and its connection to a controller This controller is used to adjust the speed and depth of acupuncture. In order to treat the patient, the medical staff fixed an injector body matched with the acupuncture device on the patient's skin, directly above the medical muscle. The injector body includes an inlet through which a lancet can be moved in and out freely. The control unit is then activated to produce the required movement of the lancet. Whenever the power source is turned on, the lancet moves back and forth at the frequency set by the control unit, and moves a preset distance length (that is, the penetration depth) set by the controller. Therefore, the puncture needle penetrates the skin and begins to stimulate the muscles to be treated, and then repeats this procedure until the puncture needle is withdrawn. The needling device generally includes six main components, including a linear motor 10, a syringe holder 16, a syringe body 34, a plunger 22, a needle holding cap 26, and a needle 32. The linear motor 10 has an internal gear (not shown), and the gear train converts the rotational movement of the motor into a linear movement, which is then transmitted to the shaft 18. Linear motors to provide this operation are available from Philips Technologies, of Cheshire, Conn. The rotation direction of the motor determines the linear movement direction of the lancet 32. For example, when the motor 10 rotates clockwise, the shaft 18 moves downward, and when (please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) I ------ Order i line · This paper size is applicable to China National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210 X 297 mm) 510797 A7 ____B7____ ___ V. The control unit 38 transmits a movement signal and a direction signal to the linear motor 10 through a wire 36. The syringe holder 16 receives the syringe body 34. In order to achieve this, the syringe holder 16 is preferably a mechanism component 'fixed to the bottom plate 12' of the linear motor 10 with two retaining screws 14 and forming a protective case for a bottom plate 20 to fit the syringe body 34 used. The syringe holder 16 is preferably made of a material such as "Plexiglas®," which can be machined so that the syringe body 34 can be easily attached to or removed from the syringe holder 16, such as A twist-lock mechanism. The syringe body 34 is further preferably made of a transparent polymer material so that the internal movement of the lancet 32 can be seen from the outside of the syringe body 34. For example, a commercially available lOcc disposable type A syringe can be used for the syringe body 34. The plunger 22 is preferably a mechanical component made of a suitable plastic material such as "Lexan®", "Nyl〇n®" or "Tefl〇n @" and can be connected The linear motor 10 and the lancet 32. As shown in FIG. 1, one side of the plunger 22 is attached to the motor shaft 18 by a fixing screw 24. The other side of the plunger 22 has a holding A pin 28 is used to hold a lancet fixing cap 26 with, for example, a twist-lock mechanism. The lancet fixing cap 26 is preferably a mechanism and operates to tightly fix the injection 32 in place for ease of treatment The lancet 32 may be along the motor shaft 1 during the patient Align with the axis of 8. Description of the invention () to accept the lancet 3 2 Head 30. The diameter of the lancet 32 is preferably very small (such as an acupuncture lancet) so that skin and muscle fibers can be efficiently inserted. The lancet 32 preferably has a plastic head 30 to more easily hold the Needle 32. The syringe body 34, the needle fixing cap 26, and the needle 32 of the needle needling device should be made replaceable so that they can be sterilized each time before the parts are used to treat a new patient. To replace a lancet 32, the syringe body 34 is first twisted out of the syringe holder protective shell 16. Then the lancet fixing cap 26 is twisted out of the plunger body 22, and finally, the lancet fixing cap 26 is removed. Needle 32. These steps are reversed when installing a new needle 32. Speed and Depth Control The unit 38 is an electronic unit of a battery or electrical power source, which controls the linear movement of the linear motor with the stroke speed and depth of the linear motor. As shown in FIG. 2, the control unit 38 includes five main circuit elements. It includes a variable oscillator 40, a motor driver 42, a programmable counter 44, a flip-flop 46, and a power-on detector 48. The variable oscillator 40 generates a square wave signal, such as in Figure 3. 50. The frequency of the clock signal generating the square wave signal is preferably adjustable. A crystal oscillator circuit or a timer integrated circuit chip (such as a conventional 555 timer chip) can be used. The motor driver 42 sends a required power to the linear motor 10 for linearly moving the motor shaft 18. To achieve this, the motor driver 42 requires a clock signal input and a direction signal input. Newsletter 5 Tigers _-_19 -------- This paper size applies to China National Standard (CNS) A4 (210 X 297 male 1) (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) — I — I --- 1 ---- · · 510797 A7 ______B7______ 5. Explanation of the invention (V () input is preferably a series of pulses, such as shown in 50 in Figure 3. Each pulse makes the motor shaft 18 Move a fixed distance. So if one pulse moves the motor shaft 18 by 0.02 inches, it takes 20 pulses to move the motor shaft 18 by 0.4 inches, and so on. The frequency of the clock signal determines the moving speed. For example, if the frequency of the clock signal generated by the variable oscillator 40 is 100 Hz, when each pulse moves the motor shaft 18 by 0.02 inches, the motor shaft 18 moves by 2 inches per second. The motor driver 42 also needs a direction signal input. The direction signal input is a logic signal that determines the moving direction of the motor shaft 18. For example, when the logic signal is high, the movement of the motor shaft 18 will be a forward direction. When the logic signal is low, the motor shaft 18 will move backward. The programmable counter 44 is a signal source for generating a direction signal to the motor driver 42. The programmable counter 44 has a preset count, when each clock pulse is counted by a programmable counter 44 , The count 値 is determined. When the final count is reached, the programmable counter 44 generates a logic pulse corresponding to a clock pulse, as shown in 52 of Figure 3. Then the logic pulse signal is fed to the positive and negative Device circuit 46. After reaching the final count, the programmable counter 44 loads the preset count and repeats the same operation to generate the next pulse signal. The preset count is programmed and the operator can add Select the preset count 値. The flip-flop circuit 46 is a logic circuit that changes its output logic level when an input pulse signal is received, as shown in Figure 3. When the programmable counter 44 is not transmitted When the pulse signal is input, the output of the flip-flop 46 is in a low level state, as shown in 54 of Figure 3. When the flip-flop 46 is connected to Thai paper, the Chinese national standard (CNS) A4 specification is applicable. 210 X 297 mm) (Please read the notes on the back before filling this page) Order --------, line 510797 A7 ______ ____B7__ V. Description of the invention (A) When a logic pulse is received, its output The logic state is changed, as shown in 56 of Fig. 3. Because the programmable counter 44 generates a clock pulse at the final count, the output of the flip-flop 46 changes its logic state at the end of each final count. This means It is said that the direction input to the motor driver 42 is changed at each final count of the programmable counter 44. This further changes the direction of movement of the motor shaft 18. When the power is turned on, the power-on detector 48 generates a logic pulse. The pulse signal is then fed to the reset input of the programmable counter 44 and the flip-flop 46. When the pulse signal is received, both the programmable counter 44 and the flip-flop 46 reset their outputs, so that the control unit 38 will start its operation in the same logic state whenever the power is turned on. For an intramuscular stimulation treatment, the acupuncture device can be held by a hand by grasping the syringe body 34. However, it is difficult for an operator to hold the acupuncture device in a fixed position for a period of time. This physical burden can be resolved by using a mechanical rotating arm to hold the acupuncture device, while the operator fixes the acupuncture device at a desired treatment position. One such configuration is shown in Figure 4. In this configuration, the syringe body 34 is held by a mechanical rotating arm containing a component 60 via 82. To achieve this, the needling device is attached to a tool holder assembly 80 by a motor holder housing 86. The holder housing 86 is preferably an aluminum machined part. The head of the linear motor 10 is placed in the holder housing 86 and fixed by a fixing screw 88. The holder housing 86 has a short handle 84 which is attached to the tool holder assembly 80 by a fixing screw 82. Description of the invention (A) Position the acupuncture device in any direction. To this end, the arm contains 3 connection points, including a bottom connection point 64, an intermediate connection point 70, and one end connection point 78 °. The two rods extend between connection point 64 and connection point 70, including an upper arm Rod 66 and lower arm 68. The two rods also extend between the intermediate connection point 70 and the end connection point 78 ', including an upper forearm rod 66 and a lower forearm rod 68. The contacts 64, 70, 78 allow the booms 66, 68 and 74, 76 to flex and expand. In terms of bending and telescoping, the flexibility of the assembly can be adjusted by locking or loosening an adjusting screw 72. The swivel arm is fixed on a solid surface 58 by a mounting base 60. The bottom 60 has a recess for receiving a bottom pin 62. This configuration allows the swivel arm to rotate 360 degrees. The swivel arm is preferably made of a material such as steel. The boom 66 and the boom 76 are preferably hollow to carry electrical wiring from the linear motor 10. The electrical connection to the control unit 38 is at the bottom 60 of the rotating unit, as shown in FIG. 4. A foot switch 90 is preferably connected to the control unit 38 'for remotely starting or stopping the motor. As shown in FIG. 4, when the intramuscular stimulation needling device is attached to the rotating arm, the needling needle 32 can move freely in all directions. To treat the patient ', the lancet 32 is first moved to the position of the skin above the treatment site by extending the mechanical rotary arm. After positioning, the iJ needle 32 is initially bundled, and then the foot switch 90 is depressed to actuate the control unit 38 °. In this way, the use of the operator's hands and muscles can be reduced to the maximum {氏 之 ^ 致 @, This allows the operator to perform an intramuscular stimulation treatment for a period of _stomach_stomach 'without the risk of injury. In fact, it has been found that after the positioning of the above-mentioned mechanical rotary arm, 'needed ___———— …… _is ------ a paper size applicable to the Chinese National Standard (CNS) A4 specification (210 x 297 mm) (Please read the precautions on the back before filling this page) Order --------- Thread __ 510797 A7 ___B7 _ 5. Description of the invention (θ) Pay special attention to the initial insertion of the lancet 32. The same considerations apply when using acupuncture devices without the aid of a rotating arm. The reason is that, in order to start the intramuscular stimulation treatment, the puncture needle 32 must penetrate the skin for the first time. However, even with a very sharp lancet, the skin usually appears very stiff and resists pricking, especially when the ailing muscle system is directly underneath the pierced skin. Regarding the treatment procedure in this regard, in order to minimize the potential pain, the initial puncture step should be performed as soon as possible. In order to further minimize the potential pain when the puncture needle is first entered, use FIG. 5 The alternative embodiment shows a needling device. The acupuncture device shown in FIG. 5 includes all the basic components of the acupuncture device of the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 plus an auxiliary device for the first penetration into the skin to treat intramuscular stimulation to treat this part of potential pain To a minimum. The penetration assisting device is protected in a cylinder 101 and includes an electromagnetic coil 102, which is connected in series with the intramuscular stimulator 103 (the structure corresponds to the acupuncture device shown in Figure 丨). To achieve this, the electromagnetic coil 102 is fixed to a circular plate 104 formed in the top of the cylinder 101 (for example, using a fixing screw 113). The intramuscular stimulator 103 is suspended in the bottom of the cylinder 101 and is biased into engagement with the electromagnetic coil 102 by a spring 105. The cylinder 101 has a cylindrical shank 106 which can be fixed to a mechanical arm, as shown in the arm of Fig. 4 if necessary. A guide 112 is preferably provided to receive the shaft 107 of the solenoid 102. In order to start piercing the skin It, first of all, the Jinshi lu line is very close to the skin and bites. Then excite the electromagnetic coil 102, so that the axis of the electromagnetic coil 102 is 107. Description of the invention () Quickly push down. This action pushes the entire intramuscular stimulator 103 down ' This further causes the pricking needle 111 to penetrate into the skin. At this time, the spring 105 is compressed between the mounting plate 108 connected to the motor 110 (preferably a stepping motor) and the bottom 109 of the cylinder 101. Before the operation, it is better to activate the motor 110 so that the pricking needle 111 goes down and into the skin (and the sick muscle), so when the electromagnetic coil 102 is not activated and the shaft 107 returns to its original position, the pricking needle 111 will remain in the skin. From this point forward, normal treatment using the intramuscular stimulator 103 will begin, and proceed as described above. When the required (single) treatment procedure ends, the electromagnetic 圏 102 The timing of activating and deactivating the electromagnetic chirp 102 is preferably controlled by a microprocessor.
