Claims (4)
- 半導体デバイスに使用される低誘電率膜の比誘電率を低下させるための改質剤であって、一般式(1)
AlF3を20〜45モル%、アルカリ土類フッ化物としてMgF2を0〜15モル%、CaF2を7〜25モル%、SrF2を0〜15モル%、及びBaF2を5〜25モル%の範囲で且つアルカリ土類フッ化物を合計で40〜65モル%含有し、さらに、Y、La、Gd、Yb、及びLuから選ばれる一種以上の元素のフッ化物を10〜25モル%含有するハロゲン化物ガラスに、発光中心となる2価希土類イオンとしてイッテルビウムイオンを含有し、波長が190nm以上450nm以下の励起光により発光することを特徴とする、白色光発光材料。 - 発光中心となる2価希土類イオンのイッテルビウムイオンの含有量が、0.1〜5000重量ppmの範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の白色光発光材料。
- 請求項1または請求項2に記載の材料をコアに用いることを特徴とする光導波路。
- 増幅用媒体として請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれかに記載の発光材料を備え、波長が190nm以上450nm以下の励起光源が少なくとも1個以上と、該励起光源からの励起光を該白色光発光材料に結合する結合光学系と、該白色光発光材料からの発光を取り出す光学系を備えることを特徴とする、白色光発光装置。
