Claims (6)
- タービンエンジンにおける、タービン動翼(100)の先端シュラウド(106)上の磨耗を防止するためのシステムであって、
先端シュラウド(106)の接触面(200)内に形成されたポケット(212)と、
ポケット(212)内に嵌合しかつ耐久性外面(214)を有するプラグ(211)と
を含み、
耐久性外面(214)が、コバルト基表面硬化粉末を含み、
先端シュラウド(106)が、タービンの運転時に接触面(200)において隣接先端シュラウド(106)と接触状態になり、
接触面(200)が、近似「Z」字輪郭を有するZ字形接合面(108)を含み、
先端シュラウド(106)が、先端シュラウド(106)の上面の中央にリッジ部を形成した切歯(110)を含み、
Z字形接合面(108)が、近似「Z」字輪郭の中央脚部に対応した中央接触面(206)を含み、
中央接触面(206)が、切歯(110)の断面形状に実質的に対応した略矩形形状を有し、
ポケット(212)が、先端シュラウド(106)の下方内面を貫通してアクセス可能である、
システム。 - ポケット(212)が、接触面(200)から機械加工され、
プラグ(211)が、ポケット(212)内にぴったり嵌合する所定の寸法のプラグを含む、
請求項1記載のシステム。 - 耐久性外面(214)が、プラグ(211)をポケット(212)内に嵌合した後に、接触面(200)と実質的に同一平面である、請求項1記載のシステム。
- 耐久性外面(214)が、プラグ(211)をポケット(212)内に嵌合した後に、接触面(200)から僅かに隆起した状態を維持する、請求項1記載のシステム。
- プラグ(211)が、ポケット(212)内にロウ付けされる、請求項1記載のシステム。
- プラグ(211)の耐久性外面(214)が、隣接先端シュラウド(106)の第2のプラグ(211)の第2の耐久性外面(214)と対向する、請求項1記載のシステム。
