Claims (13)
- 気体がユーザーによってその中に吐出されると共に、気体がユーザーによってそこから吸入される、呼吸回路を備えており、
前記回路が、吐出された気体の少なくとも一部がその中に導かれると共に、吸入された気体の少なくとも一部がそこから取り出される、気体貯蔵器を、備えており、
気体貯蔵器が、前記気体を収容するための、形状保持可能な構造を有しており、気体貯蔵器の一部が、外部環境に対して開放されており、
前記回路が、使用時に、酸素を供給するための装置に接続されており、酸素を供給するための装置が、酸素の供給源を収容する容器を、備えており、
大気から得られるレベルよりも高いレベルの酸素を供給するように、酸素を供給するための前記装置から前記回路に導入される酸素の量を制御するように構成された、調節装置を、更に有している、
ことを特徴とする、呼吸装置。 - 回路中の少なくとも1つの対象気体のレベルを検出するように配置された、少なくとも1つの気体センサーを、更に備えており、
前記センサーが、前記少なくとも1つの対象気体の検出されたレベルに応じて前記調節装置の運転を制御するための手段に、連結されている、
請求項1に記載の呼吸装置。 - 前記気体貯蔵器が、前記回路から気体を受け入れるための吸入口と、気体が前記貯蔵器から前記回路に流入できる吐出口と、前記外部環境との流体連通をもたらす流体ポートと、を備えており、
前記吸入口は前記ポートよりも前記吐出口に近い位置に配置されている、
請求項1〜2のいずれか1つに記載の呼吸装置。 - 前記貯蔵器の構造が、前記吸入口と前記ポートとの間で曲がりくねった通路を画定するように形作られている、
請求項3に記載の呼吸装置。 - 前記回路が、前記ユーザーが吐出及び吸入するときにそれぞれ膨張及び収縮するように配置された、膨張可能なチャンバーを、更に備えており、
前記チャンバーが、前記回路の形状保持可能部位の中に組み込まれており、
前記膨張可能なチャンバーが収縮状態を選んでいるとき、前記気体が前記膨張可能なチャンバーを貫流する又は流れ去ることができる通路を、前記形状保持可能部位が提供するように、前記配置が行われている、
請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載の呼吸装置。 - 前記回路の前記形状保持可能部位が、前記膨張可能なチャンバーを通っており、
気体が前記膨張可能なチャンバーに出入りできるように、1以上の開口又は1以上の気体透過性の接合部分が、前記形状保持可能部位に設けられている、
請求項5に記載の呼吸装置。 - 前記回路が、前記回路を通る気体の流れを抑制するための抵抗装置を備えており、
前記抵抗装置が、前記膨張可能なチャンバーと前記貯蔵器の前記流体ポートとの間に配置されている、
請求項5又は6に記載の呼吸装置。 - 前記抵抗装置が、実質的に前記貯蔵器の前記吸入口に配置されている、
請求項7に記載の呼吸装置。 - 前記貯蔵器は、少なくとも5リットルの気体収容容積を、画定する容量を有する、
請求項1〜8のいずれか1つに記載の呼吸装置。 - 二酸化炭素を含む気体を、吐出された気体から取り除く、吸収手段を、更に備えている、
請求項1〜9のいずれか1つに記載の呼吸装置。 - 前記吸収手段は、前記吐出された気体が前記貯蔵器に流入する前に前記吸収手段を通るように、前記呼吸回路の中に配置されている、
請求項10に記載の呼吸装置。 - 前記容器は、前記装置に取り付け可能である、
請求項1に記載の呼吸装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの気体センサーは、酸素センサーを含んでおり、
前記少なくとも1つの対象気体は、酸素を含んでいる、
