Claims (10)
- ターボ機械の可変ピッチ翼用のピボットブッシュ(18)であって、
ブッシュ(18)は、ターボ機械のリング(22)内の凹部(20)に取り付けられ、凹部の形状はブッシュの形状とほぼ相補的であり、ブッシュは、長手軸(Z−Z)回りにほぼ管状の本体(24)を備え、ブッシュは、
ブッシュの管状の本体(24)が一端に第1円錐カラー(26)を備え、他端に第2円錐カラー(28)を備え、第1および第2円錐カラー(26、28)によって画定された円錐面が相互に対向して配置され、
ブッシュがリング(22)の凹部(20)で回転するのを防ぐために、前記第1および第2円錐カラー(26、28)のうちの一方が、回転防止フープ(34、34’)と協働する少なくとも1つのほぼ長手方向の外側突出体(32)を備え、
ブッシュの前記外側突出体(32)が、ブッシュの長手軸(Z−Z)に沿って延び、かつターボ機械の長手軸(X−X)に対して接線方向に延びる溝またはスロットが設けられ、前記回転防止フープ(34、34’)が、前記溝内に取り付けられたことを特徴とする、ピボットブッシュ。 - 第1円錐カラー(26)によって画定される円錐面の傾斜角度が、第2円錐カラー(28)によって画定される円錐面の傾斜角度とほぼ同一である、請求項1に記載のブッシュ。
- 第1および第2円錐カラー(26、28)によって画定された円錐面の傾斜角度(θ1、θ2)が30°から60°の範囲にある、請求項2に記載のブッシュ。
- 第1および第2円錐カラー(26、28)によって画定された円錐面の傾斜角度(θ1)が45°である、請求項3に記載のブッシュ。
- 第1および第2円錐カラー(26、28)の平均直径(d)が、それらの間の長手方向距離(h)とほぼ同一である、請求項4に記載のブッシュ。
- ブッシュが、ブッシュが取り付けられるリング(22)の熱膨張係数と異なる熱膨張係数を有する材料からできている、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載のブッシュ。
- 管状本体(24)と第1および第2円錐カラー(26、28)のうちの一方とが、2つの別個の部品である、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のブッシュ。
- それぞれが可変ピッチ翼(2)の案内ピボット(8)を受け入れる複数の凹部(20)を含んだターボ機械リング(22)であって、
