Description

The present invention relates to a laminate that can be developed on a tape or a package having resealability.

In the field of packaging business for packaging various contents, there have been many forms in which a reseal function (reclose function) is added to a package. Most of the packages provided with the reseal function (reclose function) use a physical combination such as a zipper / chuck. However, the method using a physical combination such as a zipper / chuck is difficult to develop into a light package from the viewpoint of cost, and a package with a zipper / chuck has a pinhole during bag making. Because it is easy, it has problems such as requiring advanced bag-making technology.

In order to improve the problems of these zippers / chucks, a package having a reseal function using a resin or a resin composition having adhesiveness has appeared. Here, the resealing function using adhesiveness is hereinafter referred to as resealability. Many proposals have been made as a package form using the laminate having the resealability.

In patent documents 1 and 2, the disclosure of a package having resealability can be found by laminating adhesive resin layers by coextrusion and using this laminate for the entire packaging material. However, the laminate obtained by co-extrusion of these adhesive resin layers is formed into a film by locally extruding the adhesive resin layer in multiple layers by using a special co-extruder. The machine is limited, and since the resin layer having local adhesiveness is extruded in multiple layers, the multilayer part having adhesiveness must be provided in the heat seal part of the packaging material. Therefore, there is a problem that the form of the packaging material is restricted.

In Patent Document 3 or related peripheral technology, an A / B / C type three-layer three-layer coextrusion multilayer film intermediate layer is provided with an adhesive resin, and an interlayer between A / B or B / C There is a disclosure in which an adhesive resin as an intermediate layer is exposed by using peeling and resealability is imparted by adhering the adhesive resin to A or C (Patent Literature). 3) Utilizing these technologies, it has been developed for various uses such as lids (peripheral technologies related to Patent Document 3). However, this technique is difficult to control the initial strength and reseal strength of the adhesive resin and the A or C layer that delaminates from the adhesive resin. If the initial strength is controlled using delamination, the reseal strength Has the problem of weakening. Further, in the case of the delamination type, there is also a problem that resealability cannot be imparted unless the delamination surface (exposed state of the adhesive resin) is uniform.

In Patent Document 4, the disclosure of a laminate in which an adhesive resin is provided by providing a water-based or solvent-based adhesive resin on a polyester base material or the like by a technique such as gravure coating can be seen. The development to a member such as the reseal tape used is described. However, as described above, since the adhesive resin is provided on the polyester base material as described above, it has adhesiveness to the polyester base material, but when this is provided on the packaging material like a reseal tape, A portion having a clear interface of polyester base material / adhesive resin at the joint portion of the packaging material heat seal portion and the reseal tape as in 1 has a problem (see FIG. 2). That is, the adhesiveness is not completely obtained in this portion, and the packaging material is not completely sealed.

In Patent Document 5, there is disclosed a multilayer sheet having adhesiveness using a low molecular weight amorphous polyolefin having a number average molecular weight of 2000 to 7000 without using a tackifier. However, this level of low molecular weight compound is accompanied by processing problems and causes a phenomenon such as adhesive residue at the time of adhesion / resealing.

As described above, the conventional reseal technology has not been satisfactory in terms of stability of initial strength and reseal performance.

The present invention has been made in consideration of the technical background described above, and has a stable initial strength and reseal strength capable of adjusting the initial strength and reseal strength when the packaging material is opened, and reseals. It aims at providing the laminated body which is excellent in property.

Invention of Claim 8 is a laminated body characterized by using the laminated body of any one of the said Claims 1-6 for the package which can be resealed.

The present invention has cohesive peeling type resealability by adhesive incompatible resin combination, and delamination type resealability, and adjusts initial strength and reseal strength when opening packaging materials It is possible to provide a laminate having excellent resealability having stable initial strength and reseal strength. Therefore, it is possible to provide a tape and a package that are excellent in resealability using this laminate. In addition, the following effects are achieved.

1. Compared to a conventional zipper / chuck, an inexpensive tape or package is obtained.

2. Compared to the conventional laminate having resealability, the initial strength and resealing when the packaging material is opened can be stably performed.

3. Since it can be resealed stably by pressing, it can be easily handled by people with disabilities, children, and elderly people.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the laminate of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 2 illustrates the poor adhesion that occurs when a resealable tape is mounted on a package. In this case, since the polyester base material and the pressure-sensitive adhesive are laminated by adhesive bonding, there is a problem that the sealing performance and sealing performance are poor. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, a releasable tape of delamination type or cohesive peeling type is provided to provide sealing and sealing properties. Also, as shown in FIG. 5, after heat sealing using two delamination type tapes of FIG. 2, the intermediate portion is removed to expose the interfacial peeling type adhesive, and self-adhesion of this adhesive is utilized. It is also possible. In the case of the delamination type, the delamination strength (initial strength) and reseal strength are controlled, whereas in the case of the cohesive peeling type, when an incompatible resin is blended with the adhesive base resin The reseal surface is (1) (adhesive resin)-(adhesive resin), (2) (adhesive resin)-(incompatible resin), (3) (non-adhesive resin) There is a possibility of contact with a combination of (compatible resin)-(incompatible resin). In this case, (1) can provide the most resealability by self-adhesion, but the combination of (2) and (3) is difficult to fulfill its function. Therefore, the most important point of the laminate used as the cohesive peel type reseal tape in the present invention is to provide a cohesive peel type resealable laminate with an adhesive incompatible resin combination To do.

The points in designing the composition of the adhesive resin composition (A) in the present invention are the compatibility control and the adhesive control of the resin constituting the resin composition. The basic design includes the following materials. First, as the material-1, an amorphous polyolefin resin or an amorphous polyolefin copolymer having substantially no melting peak and crystallization peak by a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) can be mentioned, and propylene, butene- 1, hexene-1, 4-methylpentene-1, octene-1, decene-1, etc., ethylene-α olefin copolymer obtained by copolymerization of 3 ≦ α ≦ 20 α-olefin, 4 ≦ α ≦ 20 α-olefin Of propylene-α-olefin copolymer (which may be a multi-component copolymer copolymerized with several α-olefins), ultra-low density polyethylene, and ethylene-propylene-diene copolymer rubber. Such polyolefin elastomers can be used. Among these materials, “Tough Selenium (manufactured by Sumitomo Chemical)” which is a completely amorphous polypropylene resin designed by a catalyst technology is preferably used. Further, “Levamelt (manufactured by Bayer)”, which is an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer having a high vinyl acetate content of 40 to 90% by weight of vinyl acetate content, is also substantially melted and crystallized by a differential scanning calorimeter (DSC). It is an ethylene copolymer that does not have a crystallization peak, and is preferable in that it has a polar group such as a vinyl acetate group from the viewpoint of the incompatible resin combination described below.

Next, as the material-2, styrene-based elastomers such as styrene-based diblock copolymers, styrene-based triblock copolymers, and styrene-based multiblock copolymers are exemplified, and styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymers, Examples thereof include hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymers, styrene-isoprene-styrene copolymers, and hydrogenated styrene-isoprene-styrene copolymers. These materials can be properly used depending on whether the method for exposing the adhesive resin composition (A) in the adhesive laminate of the present invention is delamination or cohesive peeling, or by controlling the adhesive strength. When designing a cohesive release type, it is preferably incompatible with the amorphous polyolefin resin or amorphous polyolefin copolymer used as the base resin, and in this case, a suitable hydrogenation treatment is applied. It is preferable to use a non-styrene elastomer. On the other hand, when designing a delamination type, it is possible to use a styrenic elastomer regardless of the presence or absence of hydrogenation treatment, depending on the balance between the cohesive strength and adhesive strength of the adhesive resin composition (A). Is possible. However, it is preferable to use a hydrogenated styrene-based elastomer in terms of improving the adhesive strength.

Next, as the material-3, a low-crystalline polyolefin resin or a low-crystalline polyolefin-based copolymer can be mentioned. Low-density polyethylene, the above-described ethylene-α-olefin copolymer (comonomer is less than that of the material-1) Various materials such as an ethylene- (meth) acrylic acid copolymer, an ethylene- (meth) acrylic acid ester copolymer, and an ionic cross-linked product of an ethylene- (meth) acrylic acid copolymer can be used. In the case of a cohesive release type, these materials can be used for controlling the cohesive force of the adhesive resin composition (A), and further prevent mutual adhesion and processability of the adhesive resin composition (A). It is blended in that point.

Next, examples of the material-4 include petroleum resins such as petroleum resins, rosins, and terpenes, rosin resins such as natural resin rosins, polymerized rosins, and hydrogenated rosins, terpenes, aromatic modified terpenes, and hydrogenated terpenes. Terpene resins, aliphatic petroleum resins, aromatic petroleum resins, alicyclic petroleum resins, hydrogenated products of these petroleum resins, liquid polybutadiene, liquid polyisoprene, and liquid polyisobutylene.

The above material-4 is mainly added to give the adhesiveness of the material-2. However, the material-1 and the material-3 also use a low crystalline or amorphous polyolefin-based elastomer. The effect of imparting tackiness by adding material-4 is high.

Usually, since these materials have remarkable self-adhesiveness, an anti-adhesion agent or other crystalline resin may be blended depending on the balance between processability and reseal strength. As an anti-tack agent, inorganic compounds such as talc, silica, alumina and calcium carbonate, and higher fatty acid salts such as magnesium stearate, calcium stearate, zinc stearate and sodium stearate are blended in or added to the resin A. It doesn't matter if you let them. Furthermore, the resin A may contain various additives such as various additives other than those described above, flame retardants, slip agents, antiblocking agents, antioxidants, and light stabilizers as necessary.

As a method for producing a laminate using these adhesive resin compositions (A), a coextrusion multilayer (cast or paste) containing the adhesive resin composition (A) using extrusion lamination or a multilayer coextrusion machine is used. It is possible to create an inflation film by using a known technique such as dry lamination.

An example of the laminate of the present invention is illustrated below.

Configuration-1 : Cohesive peeling type, delamination type, polyolefin resin / adhesive resin composition (A) / polyolefin resin
Configuration-2 : delamination type / polyolefin resin / urethane adhesive / polyester film / adhesive resin composition (A) / polyolefin resin By laminating the above configuration-1 and configuration-2 on various substrates,
Configuration-3
Polyester film / urethane adhesive / aluminum foil / urethane adhesive / configuration-1 or configuration-2
Configuration-4
Polyester film / deposited polyester film / urethane adhesive / configuration-1 or configuration-2
It is possible to design a laminate including the adhesive resin composition (A) by a combination of various materials, not limited to the above example. For example, in the configuration-1, since the polyolefin resin having heat sealability is used on both sides of the laminate in the configuration-1, it is possible to use these laminates by using a tape having a reseal function as shown in FIG. Is possible. In configurations-2 and 3, the laminate itself can be used as a package, and a package as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 can be produced. Moreover, although the said content is the content which leads to a cohesive peeling type, it also becomes possible to expand | deploy as a delamination type like the content of FIGS.

When the laminate of the present invention is produced in a tape shape and provided on a package, or when the laminate itself is produced on a package, it is necessary to seal the package by heat sealing. That is, before performing reseal (reseal strength), it is necessary to open the heat seal portion by breaking once (initial strength). In this case, the initial strength is preferably 3 to 25 N / 25 mm, and the reseal strength is preferably 0.1 to 10 N / 25 mm. In this case, as the reseal strength, (1) self-adhesion of the adhesive layer exposed by cohesive peeling of the adhesive resin composition (A), (2) delamination between the adhesive resin composition (A) and the adhesive layer And (3) self-adhesion of the adhesive layer exposed by delamination of the adhesive resin composition (A) and the adherend layer, and the like. At this time, if the initial strength is weaker than 3 N / 25 mm, the sealing performance is lowered, and if it is higher than 25 N / 25 mm, the initial opening strength becomes too strong. More preferably, it is 5-15N / 25mm. As an index of reseal strength, reseal is preferably performed at a pressure of about a finger pressure, and when it is weaker than 0.1 N / 25 mm, resealability is poor, and a stronger portion is preferable in terms of the sealability of the reseal portion, Considering ease of opening, 10 N / 25 mm or less is preferable.

As described above, the laminates obtained in various configurations can be directly developed into packaging bodies for various uses. These examples are not limited to the contents described above, and can be developed into various packaging forms.

Hereinafter, specific examples of the present invention will be described. The present invention is not limited to these examples.
