Description
EVA樹脂としてEV150(三井・デュポンポリケミカル社;溶融流動指数:30g/10min)10質量部、架橋剤としてLuporox101(アルケマ社)1.5質量部、シラン結合剤としてZ-6030(ダウ-コーニング社)0.5質量部、及び安定剤としてUV531(サイテック社)0.2質量部、Tinuvin770(チバ・スペシャルティ・ケミカル社)0.2質量部、及びIrganox1076(チバ・スペシャルティ・ケミカル社)0.2質量部を混合して、磁気粘着性表面保護用フィルム(EVA)樹脂組成物を製造した。
フィルム一面の半球形凹部の分布は、半球形凹部の全体個数を基準として直径(d1)が500乃至750μmであり、深さ(h)が200乃至300μmである半球形凹部の個数が50%、直径(d1)が750乃至1000μmであり、深さ(h)が300乃至400μmである半球形凹部の個数が45%、及び直径(d1)が1000乃至1200μmであり、深さ(h)が400乃至450μmである半球形凹部の個数が5%に分布するようにした。
実施例1と同一の条件で実施するのであるが、フィルムの一面に半球形凹部の分布が、半球形凹部の全体個数を基準として直径(d1)が500乃至750μmであり、深さ(h)が200乃至300μmである半球形凹部の個数が10%、直径(d1)が750乃至1000μmであり、深さ(h)が300乃至400μmである半球形凹部の個数が60%、及び直径(d1)が1000乃至1200μmであり、深さ(h)が400乃至450μmである半球形凹部の個数が30%に分布するようにして、100個の太陽電池モジュールのサンプルを製作した。
実施例1と同一の条件で実施するのであるが、フィルムの一面に半球形凹部の分布が、半球形凹部の全体個数を基準として直径(d1)が750乃至1000μmであり、深さ(h)が300乃至400μmである半球形凹部の個数が60%、及び直径(d1)が1000乃至1200μmであり、深さ(h)が400乃至450μmである半球形凹部の個数が40%に分布するようにして、100個の太陽電池モジュールのサンプルを製作した。
実施例1と同一の条件で実施するのであるが、フィルムの一面に半球形凹部の分布が、半球形凹部の全体個数を基準として直径(d1)が750乃至1000μmであり、深さ(h)が300乃至400μmである半球形凹部の個数が50%、及び直径(d1)が1000乃至1200μmであり、深さ(h)が400乃至450μmである半球形凹部の個数が50%に分布するようにして、100個の太陽電池モジュールのサンプルを製作した。
実施例1と同一の条件で実施するのであるが、フィルムの一面に半球形凹部の分布が、半球形凹部の全体個数を基準として直径(d1)が750乃至1000μmであり、深さ(h)が300乃至400μmである半球形凹部の個数が30%、及び直径(d1)が1000乃至1200μmであり、深さ(h)が400乃至450μmである半球形凹部の個数が70%に分布するようにして、100個の太陽電池モジュールのサンプルを製作した。
封止材シートのサイズが1000×1000μmであり、封止材シート厚み(d)が600μmである平面の封止材シートを使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同一の条件で100個の太陽電池モジュールのサンプルを製作した。
封止材シートのサイズが1000×1000μmであり、封止材シート厚み(d)が600μmである平面の封止材シートに深さが400μmであるピラミッド形態の凹部(図5を参照)を100μmの間隔で形成したことを除いては、実施例1と同一の条件で100個の太陽電池モジュールのサンプルを製作した。
上記実施例1乃至5及び比較例1乃至2でそれぞれ製造されたサンプルを対象にして、気泡の発生による不良個数及び太陽電池セルの損傷による不良個数を調査した上で下記表1にまとめた。

Claims (3)
- サイズが相互に異なる複数個の半球形凹部が透明軟質フィルムの一面又は両面にランダム(random)なパターンで配列されて形成された構成を有する太陽電池モジュール用封止材シートであって、
前記半球形凹部は、半球形凹部の総個数を基準として直径(d1)が500乃至750μmであり、深さ(h)が200乃至300μmである半球形凹部の個数が10乃至50%、直径(d1)が750乃至1000μmであり、深さ(h)が300乃至400μmである半球形凹部の個数が45乃至60%、及び直径(d1)が1000乃至1200μmであり深さ(h)が400乃至450μmである半球形凹部の個数が5乃至30%に分布することを特徴とする太陽電池モジュール用封止材シート。
