Claims (3)
- カチオン交換樹脂、アニオン交換樹脂からなるイオン交換樹脂の全量取替え方法であって、
新品のカチオン交換樹脂を充填する工程と、
水を張込み、該カチオン交換樹脂を少なくとも24時間以上水に浸漬させる工程と、
その後アニオン交換樹脂を充填する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするイオン交換樹脂の全量取替え方法。 - さらに前記アニオン交換樹脂を充填する工程の後に行う水張り工程を含み、
該水張り工程の水張り操作は、充填したカチオン交換樹脂とアニオン交換樹脂とが混合しないように、ゆっくりと行うことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のイオン交換樹脂の全量取替え方法。 - さらに前記水張り工程の後に行うイオン交換樹脂の再生工程を含み、
該再生工程の再生操作は、イオン交換樹脂の混合、逆洗、分離の各工程を行うことなく、薬注、押出、水洗の各工程を行うことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のイオン交換樹脂の全量取替え方法。
