(第2実施形態)
Claims (7)
- 評価対象者が医療行為を模擬的に行う対象部位を含み、当該対象部位の周囲に作用する力により弾性変形可能な軟素材と、この軟素材の弾性変形に伴う直交三軸方向の状態量を測定可能なセンサと、このセンサの測定値に基づいて、前記医療行為に対する手技の評価値を求める手技評価装置とを備え、
前記手技評価装置では、前記センサによって測定された直交三軸方向の各状態量に基づく値を予め設定された評価関数に代入して前記評価値を算出し、
前記センサは、発光素子及び受光素子を備えた反射型フォトインタラプタであり、前記発光素子からの光が前記軟素材に反射して前記受光素子で受光可能な位置に設けられ、前記受光素子を通過する電流の変化に基づき、前記評価関数への代入値を求めることを特徴とする医療用手技評価システム。 - 前記手技評価装置は、前記受光素子からの電圧値を検出する電圧検出部と、前記医療行為の開始から終了までの各時間に対する電圧値の関係を示す電圧変化グラフが作成されるデータ集計部と、このデータ集計部のデータから前記代入値を求めるデータ演算部と、当該代入値を前記評価関数に代入して前記評価値を算出する評価値算出部とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の医療用手技評価システム。
- 前記評価関数は、縫合手技評価用関数及び/又は結紮手技評価用関数であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の医療用手技評価システム。
- 前記医療行為終了後に前記対象部位を撮像するカメラを更に備え、
前記手技評価装置は、前記センサによって測定された直交三軸方向の各状態量に基づく変位計測値と、前記カメラによって撮像された画像データに基づく画像処理値とを予め設定された評価関数に代入し、前記評価値を算出することを特徴とする請求項1記載の医療用手技評価システム。 - 前記手技評価装置は、前記受光素子からの電圧値を検出する電圧検出部と、前記医療行為の開始から終了までの各時間に対する電圧値の関係を示す電圧変化グラフが作成されるデータ集計部と、このデータ集計部のデータから前記変位計測値を求めるデータ演算部と、前記カメラで撮像された画像データから前記画像処理値を求める画像処理部と、前記変位計測値及び前記画像処理値を前記評価関数に代入して前記評価値を算出する評価値算出部とを備えていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の医療用手技評価システム。
- 前記評価関数は、縫合手技及び結紮手技を総合的に評価する縫合結紮評価用関数であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の医療用手技評価システム。
- 前記軟素材は、人間の皮膚の状態を擬似した擬似表皮と、当該擬似表皮に形成されて皮膚の切開部分を擬似した切込みとを備え、
前記画像処理部は、縫合結紮処置後の前記切込みの総開口面積と、前記切込みの開口縁を複数箇所で接合する各縫合糸の間隔と、当該各縫合糸における前記切込みから針の刺入点までの距離及び前記切込みから針の刺出点までの距離とに基づき、前記画像処理値を求めることを特徴とする請求項6記載の医療用手技評価システム。
