Description
畝部は、畝部本体部と、該畝部本体部の厚み方向における一方の側に隣接し、かつ該畝部本体部よりも繊維密度の低い低密度部とを有している不織布を提供するものである。
凹凸賦形パターン部材内に押し込まれた状態のウエブに気体流を吹き付けて、該ウエブを該凹凸賦形パターン部材内に更に押し込む工程と、
凹凸賦形パターン部材内に更に押し込まれた状態のウエブに熱風を吹き付けて、該ウエブの構成繊維の交点を融着させる工程とを具備する不織布の製造方法を提供するものである。
凹凸賦形パターン部材内に押し込まれた状態のウエブを、押し込み部材によって該凹凸賦形パターン部材内に更に押し込む工程と、
賦形パターン部材内に更に押し込まれた状態のウエブに熱風を吹き付けて、該ウエブの構成繊維の交点を融着させる工程とを具備する不織布の製造方法を提供するものである。
(V1+低密度部23の繊維密度係数×V2+溝部30の繊維密度係数×V3)×α=ε
から畝部本体部22の繊維密度αを求め、畝部本体部22の繊維密度に各々の繊維密度係数を乗ずることによって低密度部23及び溝部30の繊維密度が算出できる。画像解析装置としては、後述する開孔の大きさの計測に使用する画像解析装置と同様のものを用いることができる。

Claims (2)
- 一方向に畝状に延びる多数の畝部と、隣り合う畝部間に位置し、かつ畝部と同方向に延びる多数の溝部と有し、溝部に開孔が形成された不織布であって、
畝部は、畝部本体部と、該畝部本体部の厚み方向における一方の側に隣接し、かつ該畝部本体部よりも繊維密度の低い低密度部とを有している不織布の製造方法であって、
凹凸賦形パターン部材上に載置されたウエブを、押し込み部材によって該凹凸賦形パターン部材内に押し込む工程と、
凹凸賦形パターン部材内に押し込まれた状態のウエブに気体流を吹き付けて、該ウエブを該凹凸賦形パターン部材内に更に押し込む工程と、
凹凸賦形パターン部材内に更に押し込まれた状態のウエブに熱風を吹き付けて、該ウエブの構成繊維の交点を融着させる工程とを具備し、
前記ウエブを前記押し込み部材によって前記凹凸賦形パターン部材内に押し込む工程において、該ウエブと該凹凸賦形パターン部材における凹状部の最底部との間に空間が存在するように該ウエブを押し込む、不織布の製造方法。 - 一方向に畝状に延びる多数の畝部と、隣り合う畝部間に位置し、かつ畝部と同方向に延びる多数の溝部と有し、溝部に開孔が形成された不織布であって、
畝部は、畝部本体部と、該畝部本体部の厚み方向における一方の側に隣接し、かつ該畝部本体部よりも繊維密度の低い低密度部とを有している不織布の製造方法であって、
凹凸賦形パターン部材内に載置されたウエブに気体流を吹き付けて、該ウエブを該凹凸賦形パターン部材内に押し込む工程と、
凹凸賦形パターン部材内に押し込まれた状態のウエブを、押し込み部材によって該凹凸賦形パターン部材内に更に押し込む工程と、
賦形パターン部材内に更に押し込まれた状態のウエブに熱風を吹き付けて、該ウエブの構成繊維の交点を融着させる工程とを具備し、
前記ウエブに前記気体流を吹き付けて前記凹凸賦形パターン部材内に押し込む工程において、該ウエブと該凹凸賦形パターン部材における凹状部の最底部との間に空間が存在するように該ウエブを押し込む、不織布の製造方法。
