Description
The present invention relates to a sole material, in particular, a sole material provided on a bottom surface of a shoe body of a fishing shoe, and a fishing shoe.
In carp fishing and mountain stream fishing, fishermen walk on wet and mossy rocks and underwater. Therefore, fishing shoes designed to be easy to walk even in such slippery places have been used in recent years. This fishing shoe generally has a shoe body and a felt shoe sole material attached to the bottom surface of the shoe body. The felt shoe sole material is obtained by processing a synthetic fiber felt into a shoe shape, and is attached to the shoe main body or detachably attached with a hook-and-loop fastener or the like. In this way, the sole material made of felt attached to the sole provides a sufficient anti-slip effect even in slippery environments such as wet fishing boat decks and wet mossy rocks, and anglers walk safely It becomes possible.
However, if the reinforcing layer as described above is formed on the side surface of the shoe sole material, the flexibility of the shoe sole material may be lowered, and the ease of walking may be impaired.
The subject of this invention is providing the sole material which can improve the ease of walking while suppressing the fray of the fiber of a felt.
A sole material according to a first aspect of the present invention is a sole material provided on the bottom surface of a shoe body of a fishing shoe, and is formed on a felt sole material body and a side surface of the sole material body. And a reinforcing layer that reinforces. And the notch which passes only a reinforcement layer is formed in the shoe sole material.
In this sole material, fraying of felt fibers can be suppressed by the reinforcing layer formed on the side surface of the sole material body. Moreover, since the incision is formed in the shoe sole material so as to pass only the reinforcing layer, a decrease in flexibility due to the reinforcing layer is suppressed, and the shoe sole material can be made easy to walk.
The shoe sole material according to the second invention is the shoe sole material of the first invention, and the reinforcing layer is formed by melting and hardening the felt.
In this shoe sole material, the reinforcing layer is formed by melting and hardening the felt. Thereby, it is possible to form a reinforcing layer in which felt fibers are welded to each other so that the felt is not easily frayed. Moreover, a reinforcement layer can be easily formed by heating the side surface of a shoe sole material main body.
A shoe sole material according to a third invention is the shoe sole material of the first invention, and the reinforcing layer is formed by fixing felt with rubber or synthetic resin.
In this shoe sole material, a reinforcing layer in which the felt is fixed by rubber or synthetic resin is formed. This makes it possible to form a reinforcing layer in which the felt fibers are fixed to each other with rubber or a synthetic resin and the felt is not easily frayed. Moreover, a reinforcement layer can be easily formed by making rubber or a synthetic resin adhere to the side surface of a shoe sole material main body.
The sole material according to the fourth invention is the sole material according to any one of the first invention to the third invention, wherein a plurality of cuts passing only through the reinforcing layer are formed along the side surface.
In this shoe sole material, the flexibility can be further improved by a plurality of cuts formed along the side surface. Thereby, it can be set as the sole material which is easy to walk.
A fishing shoe according to a fifth invention includes a shoe main body and the shoe sole material according to any one of the first to fourth inventions provided on the bottom surface of the shoe main body.
In this fishing shoe, fraying of felt fibers can be suppressed by the reinforcing layer formed on the side surface of the sole material body of the sole material. Moreover, since the notch is formed in the shoe sole material so as to pass only the reinforcing layer, a decrease in flexibility due to the reinforcing layer is suppressed, and the fishing shoe can be easily walked.

<First Embodiment>
A
[Configuration of fishing shoes 1]
The
The shoe
The
Reinforcing
The
The
The
The reinforcing
The
In the shoe
Further, as shown in FIG. 3, each cut 12 is provided in parallel to the thickness direction (vertical direction in FIGS. 1 and 2) from the bottom surface of the shoe
〔Characteristic〕
In the
Further, since the plurality of

Second Embodiment
〔Constitution〕
FIG. 4 shows a
The
Moreover, each
The other configuration of the
〔Characteristic〕
