Description

The present invention is to prevent the scattering of hair and plaque from the head of an operator engaged in manufacturing or assembling from the standpoint of hygiene or quality maintenance such as food, drug manufacturing or semiconductor component assembly. The present invention relates to a hood, which is particularly easy to wear glasses and can be worn without a sense of incongruity.

Conventionally, various inventions have been disclosed for hoods (sanitary caps) that prevent the operator's hair and plaque from splashing, and among them, many considerations are given to eyeglass wearers. This is because when a spectacle wearer wears the hood and wears the hood, a gap occurs between the edge of the opening that exposes the face of the hood and the wearer's face, and the gap between the spectacles wears from the gap. This is because hair and scalp may be scattered, and thus the spectacle wearer needs to wear spectacles after wearing the hood.

For example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2006-193860 (Patent Document 1) states that “in a sanitary cap that covers the wearer's hair and both ears and that has an opening edge that exposes the face, both sides of the cap body 1 that covers both ears. A hang member 5 is attached to the head for supporting the vine of the glasses, and the hang member 5 supports the vine of the glasses on the side of the cap body 1 when the spectacles are attached, and the peripheral portion 7 has a peripheral portion 7. The change in elasticity stops the eyeglass vine. "A sanitary cap is disclosed.

Further, Japanese Patent No. 3623444 (Patent Document 2) states that “a hood that covers the wearer's head and has an opening for exposing the face, and covers the wearer's back. The side edge of the cloth and the side edge of the forehead cloth for covering the wearer's forehead part are sewn together, and the insertion part is formed by not sewing part of the sewn part. A hood which is inserted into the wearer's ear by inserting a vine of the eyeglasses.
Further, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2005-171441 (Patent Document 3) states that “in a sanitary cap that covers the wearer's hair and both ears and that has an opening edge that exposes the face, in the vicinity of both temple portions of the opening edge. An annular vine insert is provided that allows the eyeglass vine to be introduced into the cap. "A sanitary cap is disclosed.
Several other patent documents in which the insertion part or insertion hole of the vine of the glasses is provided in some form on the side of the cap as in the above two examples are also found.

However, in the case where a member for locking and supporting the vine of the glasses is provided on the side of the hood as in the invention of Patent Document 1, the ear hook of the vine of the glasses does not directly touch the ear, Often, the position of the member that locks and supports the vine of the glasses is different from the position of one's own ears, which often makes the user feel uncomfortable.
In addition, in the case where the insertion part for inserting the vine of glasses or the insertion hole is provided as in the inventions of Patent Documents 2 and 3, when the vine of the glasses is inserted, a member such as a cloth outside the vine is provided. It is unavoidable that it swells outside and some gaps are unavoidable, and it is impossible to remove the possibility of hair falling or scattering from the gaps.
Moreover, like patent document 2, the insertion part of the vine of a spectacles leaves the part which does not sew partly in the stitching | suture part of the side edge of the cloth which covers a wearer's back head, and the side edge of the cloth which covers a forehead part, In the hood, the length of the insertion portion is the width of the seam allowance between the cloth covering the back head and the cloth covering the forehead portion, and the opening dimension before and after the insertion portion is the same. There is also a problem that hair and scalp easily come out of the hood from the insertion portion.

Therefore, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-115493 discloses “a sanitary cap provided with a cap body 1 that covers a wearer's hair and both ears, and glasses that are attached to the left and right heads that cover both ears of the cap body 1. The flap 10 is provided with a flap 10 that can be closed from the rear of the cap body 1, and the flap 10 that is closed by the flap 10 that is inserted through the temple 9 of the glasses. A sanitary cap having a configuration including an engaging means 13 for engaging with the body 1 is disclosed.
And, as an effect, “the insertion holes provided on the left and right heads of the cap body for inserting the glasses can be closed by flaps, so that the hair etc. can be prevented from dropping from the insertion hole without reducing the insertion hole. It is possible to smoothly wear the glasses without disturbing the wearing operation of the glasses, and if the flaps can be hooked to the cap body with hook-and-loop fasteners, The flap is in a state of covering the insertion hole without causing a gap around the periphery, and an excellent fall prevention effect can be expected. "
However, in this invention, it is necessary to confirm that the flap completely covers the insertion hole by looking at the mirror after wearing the glasses, or because the flap is engaged with the cap body by the surface fastener. There is a possibility that foreign matter such as hair attached to the vine of the spectacles when the spectacles are removed, or lint due to fraying of the thread of the insertion hole caused by repeated washing may adhere to the surface fastener. There is a problem in use that care must be taken in handling such that maintenance to always remove the attached foreign matter is necessary.

An object of the present invention is disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-115493 as a problem of an insertion part for inserting a vine of glasses described in the background art or a conventional sanitary cap having an insertion hole, and an improvement measure thereof. A hood that solves the problems of the present invention with a simple structure, can almost completely remove the falling off and scattering of hair and scalp, is easy to wear glasses, and can be used without any sense of incongruity. It is to provide.

The present inventors have solved the above problems by the following means.
(1) A hood having an opening that covers the wearer's head and exposes a face portion,
A tapered bag body having a trapezoidal shape having an insertion hole through which a spectacle vine is vertically cut at a front position of a portion covering the left and right ears of the hood, and an opening at the front end and a small hole at the rear end. consists of a, the only front end opening of the insertion hole the tapered bag to the edge of the joined inward rear of the hood, the vine glasses to be inserted into the receptacle from the insertion hole, said tapered bag The hood is provided so as to encapsulate, and prevents hair and scalp from scattering from the insertion hole.
(2) The tapered bag body is formed by superposing two trapezoidal pieces of cloth and stitching the oblique sides thereof, and the longer side of the two parallel sides is the front end opening, and the shorter side is the small hole at the rear end. The food according to item (1), characterized by
(3) The above-mentioned tapered bag body is formed by folding up and down the oblique sides of the trapezoidal cloth pieces that are vertically symmetrical and folded along the axis of symmetry, and the two parallel sides are the longer end and the shorter end is the rear end. The hood as described in (1) above, wherein the hood is a small hole.
(4) the tapered bag body, terms before, characterized by comprising made of the same material as the hood (1) to (3) food according to any one of.
( 5 ) The hood as described in any one of (1) to (4 ) above, wherein the tapered bag body includes a string body having moderate elasticity around a small hole at the rear end. .
( 6 ) The hood according to any one of (1) to (3), wherein the tapered bag is made of a stretchable material.

The following effects can be exhibited by the hood of the present invention.
<1> A hood that covers the wearer's head and has an opening that exposes a portion of the face,
A tapered bag body having a trapezoidal shape having an insertion hole through which a spectacle vine is vertically cut at a front position of a portion covering the left and right ears of the hood, and an opening at the front end and a small hole at the rear end. consists of a, the only front end opening of the insertion hole the tapered bag to the edge of the joined inward rear of the hood, the vine glasses to be inserted into the receptacle from the insertion hole, said tapered bag If the spectacles wearer inserts the spectacles into the hood through the insertion hole after wearing the hood, the vine of the spectacles inserted in the hood is After being encapsulated by the bag body, it is hung on the ear of the spectacle wearer. Therefore, the small hole at the rear end of the tapered bag body has a reduced cross-sectional area of the opening due to the insertion of the vine of the glasses, and the chance of hair and plaque entering the tapered bag body is greatly reduced. Furthermore, the tapered bag body is sandwiched between the inner surface of the hood and the wearer's temporal region in the vicinity of the wearer's ear and pressed, closely contacts the vine of the glasses, and the gap inside the tapered bag body is almost complete. In combination with the loss of hair, hair and scalp will almost never fall out of the hood and scatter from the insertion hole.
Also, when a person who does not use glasses wears, as described above, the rear end of the tapered bag body is formed with a small hole, and the tapered bag body is pressed and crushed by the inner surface of the hood and the side of the wearer. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide a special closing mechanism in the insertion hole, and it is possible to reliably prevent the hair and plaque from dropping and scattering outside the hood with a simple structure.
Therefore, the opening of the insertion hole and the front end of the tapered bag body can be expanded to facilitate the insertion of the temple of the glasses.

<2> Since the front end opening of the tapered bag body is joined to the edge of the insertion hole and fixed to the hood, and the rear end is not fixed to the hood, the height of the insertion hole and the position of the ear is Even if they are slightly different, the vines can be moved up and down, and the glasses can be worn without any discomfort.
<3> Since the tapered bag body is made of the same material as that of the hood, it is not necessary to prepare other materials, and joining by sewing or the like is facilitated, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
<4> Since a string body having moderate elasticity is provided at the periphery of the small hole at the rear end of the tapered bag body, the small hole becomes easy to adhere to the vine of glasses when wearing glasses, and hair and scalp are The small holes eliminate the gaps that enter the inside of the tapered bag, and when the glasses are removed, the small holes prevent the hair adhering to the ear hooks of the vines of the glasses from entering the inside of the tapered bag. Can be reliably prevented from falling and spreading.
<5> Since the tapered bag body is made of a stretchable material, when the eyeglass vine is inserted and removed, the tapered bag body is expanded and contracted by movement of the eyeglass vine, and insertion and removal operations are performed. It becomes easy.

The hood of the present invention is a hood that covers the wearer's head and has an opening that exposes the face portion, and is glasses that are vertically cut at a position in front of the portion that covers the left and right ears of the hood. An insertion hole for inserting the vine and a tapered bag body having an opening at the front end and a small hole at the rear end, and an edge of the front end opening of the tapered bag body is joined to the insertion hole, It is provided so as to enclose the vine of the glasses inserted into the hood from the insertion hole, and is configured to prevent hair and scalp from scattering from the insertion hole.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the hood of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings of the examples.

1 and 2 show a first embodiment of the hood of the present invention.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the hood 1 of the present embodiment, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing the appearance of the left side and the inside of the hood 1 when the hood 1 shown in FIG. 1 is worn. The person's profile is shown by a two-dot chain line.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the hood 1 of the present embodiment has an opening that covers the wearer's head and exposes a face portion, and is in contact with the left and right ears 11 of the hood 1. Is inserted in a vertically long insertion hole 2 through which the eyeglass temple 10 is inserted, and the edge of the insertion hole 2 has a trapezoidal shape having an opening at the front end and a small hole at the rear end. The tapered bag body 3 is joined to the inner rear side of the hood 1 by means such as sewing. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 2, the eyeglass vine 10 is inserted into the hood 1 through the insertion hole 2, and after passing through the tapered bag body 3, is hung on the wearer's ear 11.
FIG. 3 is a view showing a joining state of the insertion hole 2 and the tapered bag body 3, the tip of the tapered bag body 3 is joined to the hood 1 at the edge of the insertion hole 2, and the rear end is the hood 1. The position of the ear hook of the vine 10 of the glasses can be moved up and down without being regulated by the tapered bag body 3 so that everyone can wear the glasses without feeling uncomfortable, And the taper bag 3 has shown the state which envelops the vine 10 of glasses, and makes it very difficult for hair and plaque to fall and scatter from the insertion hole 2. FIG.

The longer the length of the tapered bags 3 and 3 'attached to the hoods 1 and 1' of the present invention, the greater the effect of preventing scattering of hair and scalp and the degree of freedom of movement of the glasses, Since the wearer feels uncomfortable, it is preferable that the rear ends of the tapered bag bodies 3 and 3 'be positioned immediately before the earlobe, and the opening at the front end facilitates insertion of the temple 10 of the glasses. For this purpose, it is preferable that the small hole at the rear end is narrowed in order to prevent hair and scalp from entering the tapered bags 3, 3 '. Specifically, the width of the opening at the front end is preferably 3 to 4 cm, the width of the small hole at the rear end is 0.8 to 1.2 cm, and the length is preferably 2 to 4 cm.
In addition, a string body having a moderate elasticity such as a thread or tape rubber string made of natural rubber or synthetic rubber is attached to the small hole at the rear end so that the small hole at the rear end can be brought into close contact with the temple 10 of the glasses. It is also preferable that the tapered bag bodies 3 and 3 ′ are made of a stretchable material, such as a polyurethane blended material or a woven fabric made of tentacles.

The attachment methods of the tapered bag bodies 3 and 3 'are all examples, and any other attachment method can be used as long as the hood of the present invention can be realized.
The tapered bag bodies 3, 3 'are preferably made of the same material as the hoods 1, 1', but are not limited thereto, and are made of different materials depending on the use and usage environment of the hoods 1, 1 '. It may be done.
The material of the hoods 1 and 1 'is preferably flexible and strong considering the fact that it directly touches the skin and the possibility of frequent washing depending on its use. Not too long.
