When working in a clean room or a food factory, an operator wears a work hood that covers the head to prevent foreign matters such as sweat and hair from falling from the face. This work hood has an opening that exposes at least a part of the face while covering the wearer's head, and a belt-like stretchable cloth is attached to the periphery of the opening so as to adhere to the face. In addition, there is known a technique in which hair or the like is prevented from dropping from a gap between openings (Patent Document 1).
Furthermore, in this technique, a hood having a hemispherical shape in accordance with the shape of the head is disclosed by providing seams at a plurality of positions extending in the vertical direction toward the top of the head.
