Description

Work hood
The present invention relates to a working hood worn when working in a clean room or a food factory.
When working in a clean room or a food factory, an operator wears a work hood that covers the head to prevent foreign matters such as sweat and hair from falling from the face. This work hood has an opening that exposes at least a part of the face while covering the wearer's head, and a belt-like stretchable cloth is attached to the periphery of the opening so as to adhere to the face. In addition, there is known a technique in which hair or the like is prevented from dropping from a gap between openings (Patent Document 1).
Furthermore, in this technique, a hood having a hemispherical shape in accordance with the shape of the head is disclosed by providing seams at a plurality of positions extending in the vertical direction toward the top of the head.
Moreover, the technique which provided the belt for tightening the cap part of a dustproof hood and making it fit to a wearer is known (patent document 2).
特開2006-22434号公報(請求項3、図5)JP 2006-22434 A (Claim 3, FIG. 5) 特開2001-288610号公報(図1)JP 2001-288610 A (FIG. 1)
By the way, in the case of the technique described in Patent Document 1 described above, since the vicinity of the top of the head is covered with a fabric provided with a seam in the vertical direction, when the head moves during the work, the cloth on the top of the head is less likely to follow it. There are problems that it is difficult to prevent foreign matters such as hair from falling and that a feeling of strangeness is caused when worn.
Furthermore, the conventional work hood cannot be said to have a sufficient function of preventing sweat and foreign matter falling by pressing the wearer's head (hair) inside.
Also, if a belt or adjustment rubber is provided to fit the hood to the wearer's head, the head will feel uncomfortable, making it difficult to work for a long time, increasing costs, and reducing the weight of the hood. I can't.
That is, the present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and when the head moves during work, the cloth on the top of the head follows it to prevent foreign matters such as hair from falling from the face and to wear it. The purpose is to provide a work hood that reduces the sense of discomfort.
The work hood of the present invention has a work hood main body having an opening that exposes at least a part of the face while covering the wearer's head, and an upper peripheral edge of the work hood main body on the upper periphery of the work hood. A belt-like stretchable upper border cloth to which one long side is attached, and a belt-like stretchable lower border cloth to which one of the long sides is attached to the lower peripheral edge of the opening of the work hood main body. A work hood having a substantially tubular neck cloth covering at least a neck of the wearer and forming at least a part of a lower peripheral edge of the opening; and the opening. Two top presser cloths that form at least a part of the upper peripheral edge of the upper part and are joined to the neck cloth at the back of the head or neck after passing through the top, and divided along the center line in the vertical direction. ing.
With such a configuration, the top pressing cloth passes continuously from the forehead to the top of the head and covers at least the part where the wearer's hair grows to the back of the head without any seams. Following this, it prevents foreign objects such as hair from falling from the face and reduces the uncomfortable feeling when worn. Moreover, since the top pressing cloth is divided into left and right at the center line, the top pressing cloth can cover the wearer's head three-dimensionally, and this also reduces the uncomfortable feeling during wearing.
Also, since the top presser cloth covers the wearer's head seamlessly from the forehead to the back of the head, the fit to the head is good and fits the wearer's head at the position of the top presser cloth No adjustment rubber or the like is required, and it is possible to work for a long time by preventing the head from feeling uncomfortable, and to reduce the cost and weight.
The neck cloth may be formed up to the height of the intersection between the upper peripheral edge and the lower peripheral edge.
With such a configuration, the top pressing cloth and the neck cloth are stitched together at almost the height of the wearer's ear, and the top pressing cloth covers the head of the wearer seamlessly up to the back of the head.
It is located between the neck cloth and the top presser cloth and joined to them, and forms part of the upper edge and the lower edge of the opening, and covers the wearer's temporal region from the left and right, respectively. You may provide two temporal head pressing cloths.
With such a configuration, as seen in the height direction, since the temporal pressing cloth is interposed between the neck cloth and the top pressing cloth, the height of the neck cloth is reduced accordingly.
The top presser cloth covers the part of the wearer's hair from the forehead to the nape, without any seams. Moreover, since the top pressing cloth is divided into left and right at the center line, it is joined to the temporal pressing cloth that covers the wearer's temporal head, so that the top pressing cloth covers the wearer's head in three dimensions. This also reduces the sense of incongruity when worn.
Both ends of the lower edge cloth are joined to both side portions of the opening, respectively, and both ends of the upper edge cloth overlap with both ends of the lower edge cloth, respectively, The surfaces of the upper edge cloth and the other long sides of the lower edge cloth and the other long sides of the upper edge cloth are not joined to each other, and the overlapping of both ends of the lower edge cloth is performed. An insertion part for inserting the temple of the wearer's glasses may be provided in a part of the part.
With such a configuration, it is only necessary to form an insertion part in a part of the lower edge cloth, so that there is no need for a separate member for inserting the eyeglass temple, reducing the number of members and sewing work, thereby reducing costs. It is done.
Further, since the upper edge cloth is stacked on the lower edge cloth, the insertion portion provided in the lower edge cloth is hidden by the upper edge cloth and is not exposed to the front side. For this reason, even if hair falls from the wearer's head in the work hood and passes through the insertion portion, it is prevented from being held by the upper edge cloth and falling to the outside.
It is preferable that the neck cloth, the top pressing cloth, and the temporal pressing cloth are sewn by double-sided decorative stitching, because a sense of incongruity due to seams during wearing is prevented.
When an adjustment belt is provided on the neck cloth along the circumferential direction, the neck cloth is reduced in diameter by pulling the adjustment belt, and foreign matter can be prevented from falling from the neck.
The top pressing cloth and the temporal pressing cloth may be made of a mesh material, and may further include a cover that detachably covers the top pressing cloth and the temporal pressing cloth.
As described above, when the top pressing cloth and the temporal pressing cloth are made of a mesh material, they can withstand long-time wearing because of good air permeability. However, although the hair may penetrate from the mesh material and jump out or fall outside, such a problem can be prevented by detachably attaching the cover so as to cover the mesh material.
According to the present invention, when the head moves during the work, the cloth at the top of the head follows it to prevent the fall of foreign matters such as hair from the face, and a work hood with reduced discomfort during wearing can be obtained.

Hereinafter, the working hood according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described.
1 is a front view of a work hood 100 according to an embodiment of the first invention of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a side view of the work hood 100, and FIG. 3 is a side view of the work hood 100 when wearing glasses. 4 is a top view of the work hood 100, and FIG. 5 is a rear view of the work hood 100.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the work hood 100 is formed in a hood shape that covers the head and neck of the wearer, and has an opening 2 that exposes at least a part of the face of the wearer. It has a main body 10, a belt-like stretchable upper border cloth 4 attached to the upper peripheral edge 2 a of the opening 2, and a belt-like stretchable lower border cloth 6 attached to the lower peripheral edge 2 b of the opening 2. From the opening 2, the wearer's face (usually eyes, nose, mouth) can be exposed.
The working hood main body 10 includes a substantially tubular neck cloth 18 that covers the wearer's neck, and the neck from the center of the upper peripheral edge 2a of the opening 2 through the top 10a (see FIGS. 2 and 4). Two top pressing cloths 11 and 12 to be bonded to the cloth 18, and positioned between the neck cloth 18 and the top pressing cloths 11 and 12 and bonded to each other to cover the wearer's temporal region from the left and right, respectively. Two temporal head pressing cloths 13 and 14 are provided.
The working hood main body 10 is formed by stitching the neck cloth 18, the top pressing cloths 11 and 12, and the temporal pressing cloths 13 and 14 made of a breathable and breathable sheet material (for example, a knit material). Yes.
When viewed from the side, the upper peripheral edge 2a and the lower peripheral edge 2b of the opening 2 intersect with each other at an intersection P in the shape of a "<" shape near the wearer's temple (see FIG. 2).
The two top pressing cloths 11 and 12 have a band shape and are divided from each other along the center line L in the vertical direction. Further, when the work hood 100 is viewed from the front, each of the top pressing cloths 11 and 12 is formed from the center line L to a side surface having an angle of about 30 degrees. When viewed from the side (see FIG. 2), the upper end of the neck cloth 18 is formed in a triangle, and the front side thereof is joined to the lower part of the lower peripheral edge 2b.
On the other hand, the side pressing cloths 13 and 14 are formed in an arc shape along the side edge portions of the top pressing cloths 11 and 12, and the upper edge 2 a, the lower edge 2 b, and the edge of the neck cloth 18. It is a shape along the part. The temporal pressing cloths 13 and 14 cover the temporal region including the wearer's ears.
Thus, since the top pressing cloths 11 and 12 continuously cover the wearer's hair from the forehead to the nape, without any seams, the top pressing cloths 11 and 12 even if the head moves during work. However, following this, it prevents foreign matter such as hair from falling from the face and reduces the uncomfortable feeling when worn (see FIGS. 4 and 5). Moreover, since the top presser cloths 11 and 12 are joined to the wearer side presser cloths 13 and 14 that cover the wearer's temporal head while being divided into left and right at the center line L, the top presser cloths 11 and 12 are worn by the wearer. The head can be covered three-dimensionally, and this also reduces the sense of incongruity when worn.
The upper edge cloth 4 and the lower edge cloth 6 are made of a belt-like body of a knitted material having a stretchability, for example, knitted in a net shape. Joined (sewn) to the side periphery 2b.
Thereby, when worn, the upper edge cloth 4 and the lower edge cloth 6 expand and contract in accordance with the size and shape of the wearer's face and closely contact with the wearer's face. To prevent foreign objects such as hair from falling from the face.
Note that the upper edge cloth 4 is in close contact with both the temples from the wearer's forehead, and the lower edge cloth 6 is in close contact with the jaws from near the wearer's temples. Further, in the example of FIG. 1, the upper edge cloth 4 is located at the same position as the joint S of the top pressing cloth 11 and the side pressing cloth 13 and the joint S of the top pressing cloth 12 and the side pressing cloth 14. In addition, it is sewn three-dimensionally at the seam 4x, increasing the fit.
As shown in FIG. 2, the upper edge cloth 4 falls in an arc shape from the wearer's forehead toward both temples, and both ends 4e of the upper edge cloth 4 are joined to both side surfaces (near the intersection P) of the opening. Yes. More specifically, of the both ends 4e of the upper edge cloth 4, one long side 4i side is attached to the upper peripheral edge 2a of the opening 2, and the tip portion is attached from the intersection P to the lower peripheral edge 2b.
On the other hand, the lower edge cloth 6 rises in an arc from the wearer's jaw toward both temples, and both ends 6e of the lower edge cloth 6 are joined to both side surfaces (intersection P) of the opening. More specifically, of the both ends 6e of the lower edge cloth 6, one long side 6i side is attached to the lower peripheral edge 2b of the opening 2 and the tip portion is attached to the upper peripheral edge 2a from the intersection P.
Here, as shown in FIG. 2, both ends 4 e of the upper edge cloth 4 overlap with both ends 6 e of the lower edge cloth 6, and in this overlapping portion V (hatching in FIG. 2), the lower edge cloth The other long sides 6f of the lower edge cloth 6 and the other long sides 4f of the upper edge cloth 4 are not joined to each other.
Then, a slit (insertion portion) 6s extending in the vertical direction is formed in a part of the overlapping portion V (slightly forward from the intersection point P in FIG. 2) of both ends 6e of the lower edge cloth 6, and the slit 6s is formed in the slit 6s. The temple 81 of the wearer's glasses 80 can be inserted (see FIG. 3).
Thus, since it is only necessary to form a slit (insertion portion) 6s in a part of the lower edge cloth 6, there is no need for a separate member for inserting the eyeglass vine, reducing the number of members and sewing work, thereby reducing the cost. Is planned.
Further, since the upper edge cloth 4 is stacked on the lower edge cloth 6, the insertion portion 6s provided in the lower edge cloth 6 is hidden by the upper edge cloth 4 and is not exposed to the front side. For this reason, even if hair falls from the wearer's head in the work hood and passes through the insertion portion 6s, it is prevented from being held by the upper edge cloth 4 and falling to the outside.
FIG. 6 is a plan view showing the shape of the slit 6s viewed from the inside of the working hood. In this example, the slit 6s is provided in a circular arc shape in which the front side is convex in the vertical direction. It is preferable to provide the slit 6s in an arc shape because it is less likely to be caught when a spectacle vine is inserted than a simple straight slit.
In the present embodiment, the joints S of the top pressing cloths 11 and 12, the temporal pressing cloths 13 and 14, the neck cloth 18, the upper edge cloth 4, and the lower edge cloth 6 are sewn by double-sided decorative stitching. However, the uncomfortable feeling caused by the seam at the time of wearing is prevented, but the way of sewing is not limited to this, and, for example, normal lock stitching may be used.
Further, an adjustment belt 19 is sewn along the circumferential direction inside the lower portion of the neck cloth 18, and the neck cloth 18 is reduced in diameter by pulling the adjustment belt 19, so that foreign matter from the neck can be removed. Falling can be prevented.
Further, a cape cloth 30 may be provided below the neck cloth 18 so as to cover from the wearer's neck to the shoulder. The cape cloth 30 is formed in a skirt shape. The cape cloth 30 may be formed of a cloth integral with the neck cloth 18 or may be sewn with the neck cloth 18.
Moreover, as shown to Fig.7 (a), you may comprise each top part presser cloth 11 and 12 and each side head part presser cloth 13 and 14 from a mesh raw material. If each top pressing cloth 11 and 12 and each temporal pressing cloth 13 and 14 are made of a mesh material, they can withstand long-time wearing because of good air permeability. However, since the hair may penetrate from the mesh material and jump out or fall outside, the top pressing cloths 11 and 12 and the temporal pressing cloths 13 and 14 are covered as shown in FIG. (Cloth) It is good to cover with 20.
7 shows a right side view of the work hood. In FIG. 7A, the top presser cloth 12 and the temporal head among the top presser cloths 11 and 12 and the side head presser cloths 13 and 14 are shown. Only the part pressing cloth 14 is visible. In FIG. 7B, the top pressing cloth 12, the side pressing cloth 14 and the neck are completely covered with a cover (fabric) 20, and the upper edge cloth 4 and the lower edge cloth 6 are covered with a cover (cloth). It protrudes from 20.
Next, the working hood 110 according to the second embodiment of the present invention will be described.
8 is a front view of the work hood 110 according to the second embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 9 is a side view of the work hood 110, FIG. 10 is a top view of the work hood 110, and FIG. A rear view of the hood 110 is shown.
The work hood 110 is the same as the work hood 100 according to the embodiment of the first invention except that the work hood 110 does not have a temporal pressing cloth. Description is omitted.
As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the work hood 110 is formed in a hood shape covering the head and neck of the wearer, and has an upper edge cloth 4 and a lower edge cloth 6. However, the upper edge cloth 4 is not provided with the seam 4x of FIG.
The work hood main body 10b of the work hood 110 includes a substantially cylindrical neck cloth 18b that covers the wearer's neck and a top 10a from the center of the upper peripheral edge 2a of the opening 2 (see FIGS. 9 and 10). And two top pressing cloths 11b and 12b joined to the neck cloth 18b.
Here, the neck cloth 18b is formed up to the height of the intersection point P between the upper peripheral edge 4 and the lower peripheral edge 6 (that is, substantially the upper end of the ear of the wearer) beyond the neck of the wearer. And the top part presser cloth 11b, 12b is sewn on the upper end of the neck part cloth 18b and the joint S.
The cape cloth 30 of FIG. 1 is not provided below the neck cloth 18b, and the lower end of the neck cloth 18b hangs down slightly from the back side to the base of the wearer's neck. Yes. Further, the neck cloth 18b is provided with a seam in the center line L on the back side (see FIG. 11).
In the work hood 110, since the top pressing cloths 11b and 12b pass through the top of the head and cover the wearer's head seamlessly to the back of the head, even if the head moves during the work, the top pressing cloth follows it from the face. Prevents the fall of foreign objects such as hair and reduces discomfort when worn. Moreover, since the top pressing cloth is divided into left and right at the center line, the top pressing cloth can cover the wearer's head three-dimensionally, and this also reduces the uncomfortable feeling during wearing.
12 and 13 are bottom views of the working hood 100 according to the embodiment of the first invention and the working hood 110 according to the embodiment of the second invention, respectively.
