Hereinafter, the operation of the net
FIG. 9 is a flowchart showing a procedure for missing item event processing. First, the
On the other hand, when the
Next, the
When it is determined in step S23 that the current missing item ratio is equal to or less than the missing item non-display threshold (step S23; No), the
As described above, the
In this embodiment, the
Next, the standard determination process executed by the
First, the
In this loop processing, the
Subsequently, based on the number of sales derived in step S33, the
If it is determined in step S33 that the product is a normal product (step S34; No), the
On the other hand, when it determines with a basic goods in step S34 (step S34; Yes), the
When the
In this way, the
Next, with reference to FIGS. 11 to 17, the product purchase screen providing process executed by the
First, in the customer terminal 6, the
When receiving the access from the customer terminal 6, the
When accepting the initial page transmitted from the
FIG. 12 is a diagram illustrating an example of an initial page provided from the
When the user operating the customer terminal 6 selects a desired product category (for example, “vegetables”) from a plurality of product categories displayed in the area A1 or the area A2 of the initial page via the
Returning to FIG. 11, when the
On the other hand, when receiving the category name or category ID from the customer terminal 6, the
In this loop process, first, the
FIG. 13 is a diagram illustrating an example of the purchase screen generated in step S56. As shown in the figure, the purchase screen G1 displays an area A31 for displaying a product code, an area A32 for displaying a product name, an area A33 for displaying a unit price, and an image file. Area A34. The purchase screen G1 has an area A35 for selectively inputting the number of products to be purchased and a purchase button B1 for instructing an order. In the area A34, an image file acquired from the storage location indicated by the image URI is displayed.
Returning to FIG. 11, when it is determined in step S55 that the missing item flag is “1” (step S55; No), the
Here, FIG. 14 is a diagram illustrating an example of the out-of-stock screen generated in step S58. As shown in the figure, the out-of-stock screen G2, as with the purchase screen G1, is an area A31 for displaying the product code, an area A32 for displaying the product name, and an area A33 for displaying the unit price. And an area A34 for displaying an image file. Further, the out-of-stock screen G2 has an area A35 for selectively inputting the number of products to be purchased and a purchase button B1, as in the purchase screen G1, but is in an invalidated state that cannot be operated. Information indicating out of stock is displayed at the position of the purchase button B1. That is, the
Returning to FIG. 11, when both the standard flag and the missing item policy flag values are determined to be “0” in Step S57 (Step S57; Yes), the
If the
When accepting the product purchase page transmitted from the
Thereafter, each time a new product category is selected on the customer terminal 6, the control unit of the
15 to 17 are diagrams illustrating examples of the product purchase page provided from the
FIG. 16 shows a state in which the purchase screen G12 is changed to the out-of-stock screen G22 when the product corresponding to the purchase screen G12 shown in FIG. 15 is out of stock. As described above, since the area A35 and the purchase button B1 are invalidated on the out-of-stock screen G2, it is impossible to make a product a purchase target.
By the way, in the case where the out-of-stock screen G2 is displayed, when the product is out of stock and the standard flag is “1” and the shortage policy flag is “0”, the standard flag is “0” and the shortage policy flag is “ In the case of “1”, the standard flag and the missing part policy flag are both “1”.
Here, focusing on the condition that the product is out of stock and the standard flag is “1” and the shortage policy flag is “0”, this is because the standard product is out of stock, and the current stockout ratio exceeds the shortage hidden threshold. It corresponds to the case. That is, the out-of-stock screen G2 is displayed in preference to the standard flag value “1” over the shortage policy flag value “0”. This is because the basic product is a basic product compared to the normal product, so it may give the user a bad impression that the product lineup is poor by hiding the out-of-stock screen. It is.
Focusing on the condition that the product is out of stock and the standard flag is “0” and the stockout policy flag is “1”, this is because the normal product is out of stock and the current stockout ratio is below the stockout non-display threshold. Corresponds to the case. Focusing on the condition that the product is out of stock, the standard flag is “1”, and the shortage policy flag is “1”, this is that the standard product is out of stock and the current product shortage ratio is below the missing product non-display threshold. Corresponds to the case. In these cases, the current stockout ratio is below the stockout non-display threshold, so even if the stockout screen is displayed, the number of stockouts will not be excessive, and the product will run out without harming the user's witness. Can be recognized by the user.
FIG. 17 shows a state where the purchase screen G12 (or the out-of-stock screen G22) is not displayed due to the out of stock of the product corresponding to the purchase screen G12 shown in FIG. In this case, the purchase screen G13 is arranged at the position where the non-displayed purchase screen G12 (or the out-of-stock screen G22) is arranged, and the purchase screen G14 is arranged at the position where the purchase screen G13 is arranged. Therefore, the user of the customer terminal 6 cannot confirm the product itself corresponding to the purchase screen G12 from the product purchase page.
By the way, the case where the purchase screen G12 (or the out-of-stock screen G22) is not displayed is limited to the case where the product is out of stock, the standard flag is “0”, and the shortage policy flag is “0”. This corresponds to a case where the normal product is out of stock and the current missing product ratio exceeds the missing product non-display threshold. In this case, if the out-of-stock screen is displayed, the number of out-of-stock screens is excessively increased, which may impair the user's feelings. Therefore, in the present embodiment, when the normal product is out of stock and the current shortage ratio exceeds the shortage non-display threshold, this normal product purchase screen G12 (or out-of-stock screen G22) is hidden. , The user has a bad impression.
As described above, in this embodiment, the display of the out-of-stock screen is switched between display and non-display according to the value of the standard flag of the product that is out of stock and the value of the out-of-stock policy flag. And it becomes possible to carry out effectively. In addition, this can prevent the out-of-stock screen from being displayed excessively, so that it is possible to prevent the user from having a bad impression on the out-of-stock display of the product, and to smoothly operate the Internet super service. Is possible.
When the purchase button B1 on the purchase screen displayed by the above process is pressed, the
