Claims (4)
- 溶離液を送液するポンプと、
分析試料の注入を行うオートサンプラと、
前記試料中の目的成分を分離する分離カラムと、
前記試料中の目的成分を検出する検出器とを備えた液体クロマトグラフ装置において、 前記液体クロマトグラフ装置を制御するシステムコントローラを備え、
前記分離カラムはモノリス型分離カラムであり、
前記システムコントローラは、前記モノリス型分離カラムの充填剤体積の情報を前記分離カラムごとに記憶し、
前記システムコントローラは、前記分離カラムの充填剤体積の値に基づいて、第一の分離カラムにおける非保持時間と、前記第一の分離カラムと異なる第二の分離カラムにおける非保持時間が同じになるように、前記ポンプのポンプ流量を調節すること
を特徴とする液体クロマトグラフ装置。 - 請求項1に記載の液体クロマトグラフ装置において、
前記分離カラムの充填剤体積は、測定された分析試料の非保持時間と当該測定を行ったときの前記ポンプのポンプ流量の積の値であることを特徴とする液体クロマトグラフ装置。 - 請求項1に記載の液体クロマトグラフ装置において、
前記分離カラムの充填剤体積の情報を入力する入力装置を備えたことを特徴とする液体クロマトグラフ装置。 - 請求項1に記載の液体クロマトグラフ装置において、
前記分離カラムは、前記充填剤体積を記憶する記録媒体を備えることを特徴とする液体クロマトグラフ装置。
