Description
The present invention relates to a vibration damping device that suppresses vibrations of a wind turbine used as a wind power generator or the like. More specifically, the vibration damping device for a wind turbine having means for notifying abnormality of the vibration damping device to the outside, and the wind turbine The present invention relates to a windmill device including a vibration damping device.
Conventionally, various windmills in which windmill blades (also referred to as wings, blades, etc.) rotate by receiving wind are known and used for applications such as power generators, anemometers / flow meters, rotating signs, toys, etc. Yes. As for the power generation device, wind energy, which is natural energy, is transmitted through the rotation shaft of wind turbine blades that have received wind and converted into kinetic energy to generate power. It is widely known as a prime mover. Such a wind power generator is generally configured to attach a windmill rotated by wind power to the top of a support such as a pole and turn the generator using the rotational force of the windmill as a power source to generate electricity. It is common.
Wind turbines applied to such devices as wind power generators (hereinafter referred to as “wind turbine devices” as necessary) are roughly classified into two types, horizontal axis types and vertical axis types. In the horizontal axis type windmill, the rotation axis of the windmill is horizontal, that is, the direction of the wind and the rotation axis of the windmill are substantially parallel, and the rotational force is obtained by any difference in form of the windmill blade, drag or lift. Due to these differences, propeller type, sell wing type, Dutch windmill, etc. are mainly applicable. On the other hand, in the vertical type windmill, the rotation axis of the windmill is vertical, that is, the direction of the wind and the rotation axis are substantially orthogonal, and whether the rotational force is obtained by the difference in the form of the windmill blade, drag or lift Due to the difference, the paddle type, Darius type, gyromill type, Savonius type, etc. are mainly applicable.
As described above, wind turbines can be roughly divided into a drag type and a lift type. The drag type windmill mainly uses a drag acting on the windmill blade by the wind, and the windmill rotates at a peripheral speed equal to or lower than the wind speed acting on the windmill blade. On the other hand, a lift type windmill mainly uses lift acting on a windmill blade such as a wing cross-section like an aircraft wing, and the windmill may rotate at a high peripheral speed several times or more of the wind speed. it can. For this reason, drag type windmill devices are generally inexpensive because the configuration can be simplified, and the lift type windmill device has a higher rotational speed of the windmill than the drag type even at the same wind speed, and the efficiency is drag. Each feature is higher than the mold.
Incidentally, in the windmill becomes windmill rotates by receiving wind and vibration source, when the excitation frequency coincides with the natural frequency f 0 of the wind turbine device, in some cases the device by the resonance vibrates. In particular, in a vertical axis type windmill, vibration due to unbalanced windmills and vibration due to torque fluctuations are problematic.
First, vibration due to wind turbine unbalance is a problem that occurs in common with horizontal axis type and vertical axis type wind turbine apparatuses. In this case, the rotation frequency f w of the wind turbine is the vibration frequency. For this reason, as a measure for reducing unbalanced vibration, a method of reducing the excitation force as much as possible by adjusting the balance so that the center of gravity of the windmill is brought close to the center of the rotating shaft is usually taken. Furthermore, the natural frequency f 0 of the wind turbine device can be increased by increasing the diameter and thickness of a support member such as a pole that supports the wind turbine, or by increasing the rigidity of the support member by forming a rib or supporting by a wire. Measures may be taken to increase the maximum rotational frequency fwMAX of the windmill. However, even if the balance is adjusted at the time of shipment, after the wind turbine device is installed, foreign matter such as dust and snow may adhere to the wind turbine blades and the balance may be lost. It is virtually impossible. In addition, measures to increase the diameter of the support or increase the rigidity with ribs or the like lead to an increase in manufacturing cost accompanying an increase in weight and the number of parts, and there is a possibility that designability may be reduced.
In addition, as a technique regarding the unbalance vibration reduction measure of the wind power generator which is a kind of windmill apparatus, for example, the following techniques are known. First, as a measure for reducing unbalanced vibration, a wind turbine generator having a structure in which a mesh-like or porous partition member through which liquid can pass is installed is installed at the top of the tower. A technique is disclosed in which the liquid stored in the liquid tank is swung in synchronization with the vibration of the tower, and the vibration of the tower can be attenuated by the flow resistance when the liquid passes through the partition member. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).
In addition, as a wind power generator equipped with a control means comprising a heavy object disposed on the upper part of a support part (support pole) that supports the windmill part, and an elastic part that elastically couples the heavy object to the support part, A technique for reducing vibration transmission from the windmill portion to the support pole by applying the windmill portion itself to a heavy object in the control means and connecting the windmill portion and the support pole via the elastic portion is disclosed. (For example, refer to Patent Document 2).
However, in the vertical shaft type windmill device having a plurality of windmill blades, vibration due to torque fluctuations is a problem in addition to unbalanced vibration. However, this point is disclosed in
Thus, for example, in order to mitigate the effects of unbalanced vibration, generating a natural frequency f 0 of the wind turbine device it is made of set higher than the maximum rotational frequency f Wmax windmill, vibration due to torque variation at n × f w Therefore , f w <f w MAX <n × f w = f 0 may be satisfied . That is, the wind power generator resonates at a rotation frequency of f 0 / n. In addition, since the direction of the exciting force due to torque fluctuation always changes depending on the wind direction and the rotation angle of the windmill, for example, just by increasing the damping force in a specific direction as in the technique described in
In particular, in the case of a wind turbine device of a vertical axis type, the direction of the excitation force due to torque fluctuations coincides with the direction in which the support pole of the wind turbine device can be easily bent, so that the entire wind turbine device is greatly shaken. Furthermore, the wind turbine does not always operate at the maximum rotation frequency f wMAX , but rather operates at a rotation frequency of f 0 / n. For this reason, the fatigue strength of the wind turbine device becomes insufficient due to the resonance, which not only affects the safety, but also may constantly give the viewer a sense of anxiety.
Therefore, the applicant of the present invention has been able to effectively suppress unbalanced vibration and vibration caused by torque fluctuations that occur in a drag-type or lift-type vertical axis wind power generator having a plurality of windmill blades, and at a low manufacturing cost. As a wind turbine generator having a simple vibration control structure, a vertical axis type windmill, a support body that supports the windmill from the lower end side, and a plurality of dynamic vibration absorbers (hereinafter referred to as upper ends or upper portions) attached to the upper end portion or the upper part of the support body And a “vibration control device”), and a wind power generation device has been developed in which the vibration control device includes a weight portion and an elastic portion attached to the weight portion (see Patent Document 3).
According to a wind turbine generator equipped with such a vibration damping device, even if the direction and magnitude of the excitation force always change due to torque fluctuation, the vibration damping device that can move the vibration of the wind turbine generator in any direction. Since the vibration can be converted into the vibration of the weight portion, when the vibration damping device is attached to the upper end portion of the support body, the primary or secondary mode fluctuation of the wind power generator caused by torque fluctuation is reduced. be able to. Moreover, when the vibration damping device is attached to the upper part of the support body, it is possible to further reduce the fluctuation of the primary mode of the wind turbine generator due to torque fluctuation. Furthermore, by using a plurality of vibration control devices adjusted for each mode, vibrations in a plurality of modes such as primary or secondary can be reduced. From such an effect, in such a wind turbine generator, vibration due to unbalanced vibration generated by the windmill, vibration due to torque fluctuation, or sudden wind speed fluctuation is reduced by a vibration damping device attached to the support or the windmill. Therefore, it is possible to provide a wind turbine generator having a simple damping structure with low manufacturing cost.
By the way, a member having a function of supporting the weight portion while having an elastic force, such as one or more anti-vibration rubbers, a spring, and a wire, is applied to the elastic portion used in the vibration damping device disclosed in
However, this type of vibration damping device is usually covered with a cover so that the internal mechanical parts are not visible from the outside, from the viewpoint of protecting the internal mechanical parts, safety, and improving the appearance. Since it is customary, it cannot be confirmed whether or not the elastic portion and other parts are deteriorated or damaged until the cover is removed. Therefore, apart from removing the cover when replacing parts, the work of removing the cover each time just to check whether there is deterioration or damage to the elastic part among the parts in particular, It will be very expensive and time consuming. Such a problem is not limited to the vertical axis type wind power generator as disclosed in
Therefore, in view of the above problems, the present invention makes it easy to externally degrade or break an elastic member that supports a weight in a vibration damping device used in a wind turbine without removing the cover that covers the vibration damping device. The main purpose is to provide what can be detected.
That is, the present invention is applied to a windmill device including a windmill including a windmill blade that receives wind to generate torque and a rotating shaft that supports the windmill blade, and a support body that supports the windmill, and the support body. And a weight member that suppresses vibrations of the windmill and an elastic member that supports the weight member, and the weight member is disposed in the vicinity of the weight member. A wind turbine damping device comprising a notification means for notifying the outside of deterioration or breakage of an elastic member by contacting the member.
Here, the windmill blade means a blade of a drag type or lift type windmill. In addition, the windmill device is a term used as a general term for devices using a windmill in the present invention, and examples thereof include a wind power generator, an anemometer / flow meter, a rotating signboard, and a toy. The damping device is generally the upper end of the support, that is, the region from the position of the antinode of the secondary mode in the vibration mode of the windmill device, which is approximately the center in the height direction of the support, to the upper end of the support, or It is preferable that the vibration damping device is disposed at an upper portion of the support body, that is, above the upper end of the support body in the wind turbine device. It can set suitably, without being limited to a part or an upper part. Each of the weight member and the elastic member constituting the vibration damping device may be composed of a single part, or may be composed of a combination of a plurality of parts. Further, the number of weight members and elastic members provided in the vibration damping device may be single or plural, and can be arbitrarily set as necessary. The weight member can be a heavy object made of an appropriate material such as metal, synthetic resin, or wood, and the elastic member can be an appropriate member having elasticity and internal damping, such as rubber, spring, or wire. can do. The informing means notifies the deterioration or breakage of the elastic member by contacting the weight member with another member, but this “other member” may be a constituent member of the vibration damping device. A member constituting the support or other parts may be used, and various members can be applied as long as they are arranged in the vicinity of the weight member. The “notification” by the notification means means that a person can detect from any of the five senses from the outside of the wind turbine device.
In such a wind turbine damping device according to the present invention, during normal operation in which the elastic member is not deteriorated or damaged, vibration caused by resonance of the wind turbine device using the rotation of the wind turbine receiving the wind as an excitation source is elastic. The member absorbs partly by its own elasticity and is transmitted to the weight member and can be absorbed by the constant vibration of the weight member, but if the elastic member does not function normally due to deterioration over time or damage, etc. As a result, the vibration absorbing performance of the elastic member itself is lowered, and the vibration cannot be accurately transmitted to the weight member. As a result, the vibration amplitude of the weight member is increased. In the present invention, such a property is effectively used to provide the vibration control device with the notification means. In the vicinity of the weight member, the normal member does not come into contact with the weight member, but the elastic member is deteriorated or damaged. By arranging the other member at a position where the weight member contacts when an abnormality occurs, the deterioration member or the breakage of the elastic member can be notified to the outside by positively contacting the weight member with the other member at the time of the abnormality. I can do it. Therefore, the present invention has the beneficial effects as the vibration damping device disclosed in
As an example of a preferable notification means in the present invention, there is a means for notifying the outside of deterioration or breakage of the elastic member by a contact sound between the weight member and another member. If the notification means uses such contact sound, the abnormality can be notified by an easy-to-understand means such as a contact sound (or a collision sound if strong), and other than the weight member and other members are required for the notification. Therefore, it is possible to configure a vibration damping device including a notification unit with a very simple configuration and low cost.
As other informing means, an electric informing mechanism for electrically informing the outside of deterioration or breakage of the elastic member by contacting the weight member and the other member, or mechanically the other member Or a mechanical notification mechanism that notifies the outside of deterioration or breakage of the elastic member by operation of a member connected to the other member, or a combination of any one type of mechanism or a combination of a plurality of types of mechanisms can do. In the case of an electric notification mechanism, for example, a piezoelectric element is provided on another member that comes into contact with the weight member and is connected to an external electric device, and an electromotive force generated by an impact force applied to the piezoelectric element when these two members are in contact with each other. By operating or stopping the electric device using the above, it can be configured to notify the abnormality of the elastic member to the outside. Various types of devices such as a device that turns on a light such as a light bulb or LED, a device that sounds a buzzer or a siren, and a device that transmits a signal to a computer such as a management office of a windmill device can be applied to the electric device. In the case of the mechanical notification mechanism, for example, when the weight member and the other member are in contact with each other, the other member itself is moved from the original position, or the member connected to the other member in contact with the weight member is It can be configured to notify the abnormality of the elastic member by visually recognizing that it has moved from the original position. More specifically, for example, the other member that contacts the weight member is used as one member constituting the link mechanism, and the other member is operated by the contact of the weight member, so that the member on the other end side of the link mechanism. It is possible to easily know the abnormality of the elastic member by configuring so that it can be seen from, for example, a viewing window provided at the lower end of the windmill device, etc. be able to. Alternatively, a part of the link mechanism may be protruded from a slit provided in the support body of the windmill device, and the part protruding from the slit may be operated so that the abnormality of the elastic member can be known. . By providing such a mechanical notification mechanism in the windmill device as a notification means, when the windmill device is installed in a quiet residential area where it is difficult to make noise in consideration of the surrounding environment, no sound is emitted. The abnormality of the elastic member can be detected by visual recognition. In addition, the various alerting | reporting mechanism which comprises the alerting | reporting means demonstrated above may be applied independently, and it is also possible to apply combining several types of mechanism.
Other members that function as notification means in contact with the weight member are connected to a member constituting a mounting mechanism for attaching a vibration damping device including the weight member and the elastic member to a part of the support, or a windmill. Any one or more types of members among a cable housing member through which cables are inserted, a cover member that covers a damping device including a weight member and an elastic member from the outside, and a member that constitutes a part of the support It is possible to employ a combination of these. In particular, in order to achieve a configuration that does not involve an increase in the number of parts or an increase in cost, a member that has been conventionally provided in each part such as a support, a vibration control device, a cover member, or an attachment mechanism is used as the other member. However, a special member provided only to contact the weight member only when the elastic member is abnormal may be used as the other member. Moreover, it is good also as another member which can contact a weight member among these members, and can also make several types into the said other member. When a plurality of types of members are used as the other members, the function as a notification unit is exhibited if the weight member comes into contact with any of the plurality of types when the elastic member is abnormal. Can be expected. In addition to the above, as the other member that comes into contact with the weight member, a member (or a combination of a plurality of types of members) that constitutes the vibration damping device and excludes the weight member and the elastic member may be employed.
Specifically, as an attachment mechanism, a structure in which a plurality of columnar members are arranged in a vertical posture on a support plate attached to a support, and an elastic member that supports a weight member is placed on or suspended from the support plate. Therefore, it is a preferable example to use such a columnar member as another member that can come into contact with the weight member. In this case, if a plurality of columnar members are arranged at approximately the same distance from the weight member, it functions as a notification means if any columnar member comes into contact with the weight member when the elastic member is abnormal. It can be said that it is excellent.
Further, in the same manner as the columnar member which is a part of the mounting mechanism as described above, a cable housing member through which these cables are inserted in order to route cables such as an output line connected to the windmill and a brake for the windmill. In some cases, a configuration in which the motor is disposed in the vicinity of the vibration damping device is also conventionally employed. Therefore, both the columnar member and the cable housing member can be applied as other members. Therefore, the weight member is formed into an annular horizontal cross-sectional shape having a hole through which the center portion passes vertically, and a plurality of columnar members are arranged around the weight member, and the cable housing member is inserted through the hole portion of the weight member. If it arrange | positions, the structural member of the conventional windmill apparatus can be utilized as another member, and also it becomes possible to make compact the arrangement structure of a weight member, a columnar member, and a cable accommodating member. In this case, the distance from the weight member to the cable housing member and the plurality of columnar members is adjusted by adjusting the diameter of the hole of the weight member, the cross-sectional shape and size of the cable housing member, and the interval between the outer edge of the weight member and the plurality of columnar members. If the weight members are substantially equidistant, the weight member can serve as a notification means when the weight member contacts any of the cable housing member and the plurality of columnar members when the elastic member is abnormal. Is possible.
In addition, when the other member which contacts a weight member at the time of abnormality of an elastic member is comprised from multiple types of members or a plurality of members like the example mentioned above, all the other members are substantially equidistant from the weight member. By disposing in this manner, it is possible to increase the types and the number of parts that can be contacted by the weight member, and improve the reliability of notification.
The present invention also provides a wind turbine damping device of various modes as described above, a wind turbine including a wind turbine blade that receives torque to generate torque, and a rotating shaft that supports the wind turbine blade, and supports the wind turbine. In addition, the wind turbine apparatus includes a support body attached with a part of the vibration damping device for the wind turbine.
In the present invention, any type of wind turbine can be applied regardless of a vertical axis type, a horizontal axis type, a drag type, or a lift type. Moreover, as a windmill apparatus, what has various uses, such as a wind power generator, an anemometer, a flow meter, a rotation signboard, and a toy, can be employ | adopted suitably. And since the windmill apparatus of this invention has a damping device provided with the alerting | reporting means as demonstrated above, a windmill apparatus itself notifies the deterioration or breakage of the elastic member in a damping device to the exterior. It can be said that it has extremely convenient and useful functions.
The vibration damping device for wind turbines of the present invention uses an elastic member and a weight member provided in a vibration damping device that reduces vibration caused by resonance of the wind turbine device using the rotation of the wind turbine receiving the wind as an excitation source. By effectively utilizing the property that the amplitude of the vibration of the weight member increases if the elastic member becomes abnormal due to aging or breakage, the weight member is actively used with respect to other members arranged in the vicinity thereof. Although it has a simple configuration of contacting, it has extremely useful notification means that can notify the outside of the elastic member to the outside without removing the cover member that covers the periphery of the vibration damping device. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the cost and labor of the inspection work of the vibration control device by removing the cover, which was necessary in the past, and the elastic member is deteriorated not only by the professional inspection worker but also by other amateurs. Alternatively, it is possible to easily notify the occurrence of an abnormality such as breakage.
In addition, if the wind turbine apparatus according to the present invention provided with such a vibration damping device, useful wind power generation capable of notifying the outside of deterioration or breakage of the elastic member, which is a consumable item, while suppressing an increase in cost and an increase in parts as much as possible. Devices such as devices, anemometers / flow meters, rotating signs, and toys can be provided.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In the following, a preferred embodiment of a wind turbine generator using a straight blade vertical axis wind turbine (straight blade Darius type wind turbine) and a damping device attached to the same as an example of a wind turbine device will be described. However, the present invention can be widely applied to a drag type or lift type vertical axis wind turbine apparatus or a horizontal axis wind turbine apparatus in general. That is, the present invention relates to a known vertical axis type windmill device such as the paddle type, Darius type, gyromill type, and Savonius type, or a combined vertical axis type windmill device such as Darius + Savonius type, propeller type, cell, etc. The present invention can also be applied to a horizontal axis type wind turbine device such as a wing type or a Dutch wind turbine.
1ST EMBODIMENT Hereinafter, although the
As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the
First, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the
The
As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the
The
The
As described above, the
Further, an
Here, the horizontal distance d1 between the outer periphery of the
Further, the
Next, the outline of the control function of the
For example, when the number of
Moreover, the
By the way, in the
That is, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the notification means X <b> 1, when one or more

As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, in the
Also in this case, as in the case of the first embodiment described above, as shown by an imaginary line in FIG. 7, the notification means X1 ′ has a
In addition, in 1st Embodiment and its modification, although the notification member X1 and X1 'showed the structure which produces the contact sound when the
Further, as described above, the position of the
Second Embodiment A wind turbine generator and a
The
The
In the case of this embodiment as well, in the same way as in the first embodiment, as shown by an imaginary line in FIG. 10, the notification means X2 is configured so that the
In addition, the present invention is not limited to the above-described first embodiment and its modifications and the second embodiment, for example, as a weight member of a vibration damping device, in addition to a cylindrical shape, a solid columnar shape, Various shapes such as a crescent shape, a C-shape, and a semicircular shape in a horizontal sectional view by cutting out a part of a cylinder, a prismatic shape, a rectangular tube shape, and the like are possible. Furthermore, in the case of a cylindrical weight member, it is possible to arrange a cable housing member inside, but when applying a weight member of a shape that cannot adopt such a configuration, the weight member and the attachment mechanism Appropriate changes are possible, such as arranging the cable housing member between the support post and the cover member, or adopting a configuration in which the cable housing member is not provided, and contact the weight member in response to such a change. Thus, a member that functions as a notification unit can be appropriately determined.
<Third Embodiment> Furthermore, in the present invention, it is possible to adopt another aspect for the vibration damping device. FIG. 11 is a schematic diagram showing a
In the case of a wind turbine generator equipped with such a
In addition, although not shown in figure, the damping
