Claims (5)
- 把持具に接合された固定軸と、
この固定軸上を長手方向に変位するために装着された摺動軸と、
前記摺動軸を、予設定された前方変位力により、近位の不動作位置から遠位の動作位置へ変位させる、前記把持具内の電動式駆動部と、
を有する外科用骨パンチにおいて、
前記摺動軸(6)が止め(18)を担持し、かつ、前記止めが、前記摺動軸(6)が前記動作位置へ変位する間に弾性ばね要素(17)に衝突し、かつ、前記弾性ばね要素(17)が、前記固定軸(5)上で支持されると共に、前記摺動軸(6)が変位する間に前記駆動部の前記前方変位力に反作用すること、及び
前記摺動軸(6)が前記不動作位置から前記動作位置へ変位する間に、変位経路の一部分以降においてのみ、前記弾性ばね要素(17)が作用を発揮して前記前方変位力に反作用するよう、前記摺動軸(6)の前記止め(18)と、前記弾性ばね要素(17)と、前記固定軸(5)上にある前記弾性ばね要素(17)の支持体(16)とが配置されかつ寸法されていること、
を特徴とする外科用骨パンチ。 - 請求項1記載の骨パンチであって、前記固定軸(5)が、圧縮ばねとして構成された弾性ばね要素(17)用の受けチャンバ(16)を有し、前記摺動軸(6)上に配置された止め(18)が、前記受けチャンバ内へ延び、前記摺動軸(6)が前方変位する間、前記弾性ばね要素(17)を圧縮することを特徴とする骨パンチ。
- 請求項1又は2記載の骨パンチであって、前記摺動軸(6)を備えた前記固定軸(5)が、前記把持具(2)から解放可能に前記把持具(2)に接合され、かつ前記把持具(2)から取り外し可能であることを特徴とする骨パンチ。
- 請求項3記載の骨パンチであって、
摺動軸(6)を備えた幾つかの交換可能な固定軸(5)のセットが前記骨パンチに割り当てられ、これらの軸のうちの少なくとも幾つかが、異なる前方変位力により使用できる異なる寸法の刃先(12)を担持すること、及び
固定軸(5)と摺動軸(6)とから成る各ユニットが、異なるばね特性を有する弾性ばね要素(17)を持ち、前記駆動部により生成される前記前方変位力が、前記1つ又は複数の刃先(12)に完全に作用するか、又は各ばね特性に応じて異なる低減された程度まで作用すること、
を特徴とする骨パンチ。 - 請求項4記載の骨パンチであって、前記異なるユニットの前記1つ又は複数の刃先(12)が、異なる幅でを有することを特徴とする骨パンチ。
