窓上枠と対向する窓上の外装材の下端部に見切り縁が装着され、
該見切り縁は、外装材の背面に配置される見切りベース部と、外装材の前面に配置される見切りカバー部と、見切り底面部とを一体に備えた外装材の見切り構造であって、
上記見切りベース部と見切りカバー部のいずれか一方に、内方に向けて屈曲した形状を有する載置用段部を形成し、
載置用段部に外装材の下端部の一部を載置することで外装材の下端部と見切り底面部との間に空間部を形成すると共に、
上記載置用段部よりも下方の見切りカバー部の下隅部から見切り底面部の前隅部に亘るコーナー部に上記空間部に通じる水抜き孔を形成し
上記見切り底面部には上記水抜き孔に向かって下り勾配を設け、
上記見切り底面部の下面における水抜き孔の開口位置よりも後方寄りの部分と窓上枠との隙間を固形状の水密パッキンにてシールした
