- 複数のシリンダーボアが形成されているシリンダーブロックと、前記シリンダーブロックの前方に配置され、斜板室を形成する前方ハウジングと、前記シリンダーブロックに回転自在に支持される駆動軸と、前記前方ハウジングの斜板室内で前記駆動軸に固着されたラグ板と、前記シリンダーブロックの後方に配置され、前記シリンダーボアと連通する吐出室及び吸入室が形成されている後方ハウジングと、前記ラグ板によって回転運動しながら傾斜角度が変わることができるように設けられる斜板と、前記斜板に連結され、前記シリンダーボアに沿って往復移動が可能に収容されるピストンと、前記斜板室と排出室とを連通する給気通路と、前記斜板室と吸入室とを連通する付加排気通路と、前記給気通路の途中に設けられた制御弁とを備えて構成される容量可変型圧縮機のオイル分離構造であって、
前記ラグ板180には、前記駆動軸140の連結通路142、147と斜板室120aとを連結させる連通孔が形成され、かつ前記ラグ板180に形成された連通孔は、互いに連結されている第1連通孔185a及び第2連通孔185bで構成され、前記第1連通孔185bは、ラグ板180を貫通し、前記第2連通孔185bは、前記連結通路と第1連通孔185bとを連結するように形成され、ラグ板180の回転による遠心力の作用によりオイルと冷媒ガスとの分離時、オイルは第1連通孔185aに付着されて斜板室120aに摺動しながら供給され、冷媒ガスは第2連通孔185bを通じて低圧の吸入室132に排出されることを特徴とする容量可変型圧縮機のオイル分離構造。 - 前記駆動軸140の後端部には、前記シリンダーブロック110と駆動軸140との間を密封する密封部材500が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容量可変型圧縮機のオイル分離構造。
- 前記密封部材500は、ロックナットであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の容量可変型圧縮機のオイル分離構造。
- 前記密封部材500は、オイルレス軸受であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の容量可変型圧縮機のオイル分離構造。
