Claims (10)
- 燃焼室内の予混合気を圧縮着火して燃焼させる予混合圧縮着火エンジンの燃焼制御装置において、
予混合気に火花着火する火花着火装置と、
予混合気が火花着火燃焼した後に圧縮着火燃焼するエンジン運転状態にあるか否かを判定する運転状態判定手段と、
燃焼により生じた排気の一部を内部EGRガスとして燃焼室内に残留させる内部EGRが実施されているか否かを判定する内部EGR判定手段と、
予混合気が火花着火燃焼した後に圧縮着火燃焼するエンジン運転状態であって、内部EGRが実施されている場合に、前回の燃焼サイクルにおける予混合気の圧縮着火燃焼時の最大熱発生時期と、前回の燃焼サイクルの図示平均有効圧力とに基づいて、今回の燃焼サイクルでの前記火花着火装置の火花着火時期を補正制御する火花着火時期補正制御手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする予混合圧縮着火エンジンの燃焼制御装置。 - 前記火花着火時期補正制御手段は、前記図示平均有効圧力が所定値よりも小さく、かつ前記最大熱発生時期が所定時期よりも遅角している場合に、今回の燃焼サイクルでの予混合気の圧縮着火時期が遅くなるように前記火花着火装置の火花着火時期を遅角補正する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の予混合圧縮着火エンジンの燃焼制御装置。 - 前記火花着火時期補正制御手段は、前記最大熱発生時期が遅角するほど前記火花着火装置の火花着火時期を遅角させる、
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の予混合圧縮着火エンジンの燃焼制御装置。 - 前記火花着火時期補正制御手段は、前記図示平均有効圧力が所定値よりも大きく、かつ前記最大熱発生時期が進角側所定時期と遅角側所定時期との間にある場合に、今回の燃焼サイクルでの予混合気の圧縮着火時期が早くなるように前記火花着火装置の火花着火時期を進角補正する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の予混合圧縮着火エンジンの燃焼制御装置。 - 前記火花着火時期補正制御手段は、前記図示平均有効圧力が大きくなるほど前記火花着火装置の火花着火時期を進角させる、
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の予混合圧縮着火エンジンの燃焼制御装置。 - 予混合気が火花着火燃焼した後に圧縮着火燃焼するエンジン運転状態であって、内部EGRガス量が所定量よりも多い場合に、前回の燃焼サイクルにおける予混合気の圧縮着火燃焼時の最大熱発生時期と、前回の燃焼サイクルの図示平均有効圧力とに基づいて、今回の燃焼サイクルでの燃料噴射装置の燃料噴射量を補正制御する噴射量補正制御手段をさらに備え、
前記噴射量補正制御手段は、前記図示平均有効圧力が所定値よりも小さく、かつ前記最大熱発生時期が所定時期よりも遅角している場合に、今回の燃焼サイクルでの予混合気の圧縮着火時期が遅くなるように前記燃料噴射装置の燃料噴射量を減少補正する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1つに記載の予混合圧縮着火エンジンの燃焼制御装置。 - 前記噴射量補正制御手段は、前記最大熱発生時期が遅角するほど前記燃料噴射装置の燃料噴射量を減少させる、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の予混合圧縮着火エンジンの燃焼制御装置。 - 予混合気が火花着火燃焼した後に圧縮着火燃焼するエンジン運転状態であって、内部EGRガス量が所定量よりも多い場合に、前回の燃焼サイクルにおける予混合気の圧縮着火燃焼時の最大熱発生時期と、前回の燃焼サイクルの図示平均有効圧力とに基づいて、今回の燃焼サイクルでの燃料噴射装置の燃料噴射量を補正制御する噴射量補正制御手段をさらに備え、
前記噴射量補正制御手段は、前記図示平均有効圧力が所定値よりも大きく、かつ前記最大熱発生時期が進角側所定時期と遅角側所定時期との間にある場合に、今回の燃焼サイクルでの予混合気の圧縮着火時期が早くなるように前記燃料噴射装置の燃料噴射量を増大補正する、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1つに記載の予混合圧縮着火エンジンの燃焼制御装置。 - 前記噴射量補正制御手段は、前記図示平均有効圧力が大きくなるほど前記燃料噴射装置の燃料噴射量を増大させる、
ことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の予混合圧縮着火エンジンの燃焼制御装置。 - 前記図示平均有効圧力及び前記熱発生最大時期は、燃焼室内の圧力に基づいて算出される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1つに記載の予混合圧縮着火エンジンの燃焼制御装置。
