Claims (20)
- 水処理装置の制御弁用のピストンであって、
その中央部から少なくとも一つのフランジが半径方向に延びる本体を備え、各々のフランジは、中央部の周りに延び、環状溝を有する外周面を備え、環状溝は、外周面からフランジの半径方向内側に向けて幅が増加するようになっており、
ピストンは、さらに、
各々のフランジの環状溝内に配置され、増加する幅によって該環状溝内に捕捉された異なるシールリングを備え、各々のシールリングは、対応する環状溝を完全に充たすようになっている、ピストン。 - 本体から軸線方向に延びるステムをさらに備える、請求項1に記載のピストン。
- 本体は、複数のフランジを備える、請求項1に記載のピストン。
- 各々のシールリングは、弾性材料で作られる、請求項1に記載のピストン。
- 本体は、インベストメント鋳造法で作られる、請求項1に記載のピストン。
- 各々のシールリングは、本体の環状溝内で成形される、請求項1に記載のピストン。
- 少なくとも1つのシールリングは、フランジから離れるように突出する複数のローブを有する、請求項1に記載のピストン。
- 少なくとも1つのシールリングは、フランジから外向きに延びる湾曲面を有する、請求項1に記載のピストン。
- 少なくとも1つの溝は、T字形断面を有する、請求項1に記載のピストン。
- 少なくとも1つの溝は、ダブテール形断面を有する、請求項1に記載のピストン。
