Description

The present invention relates to a treatment instrument insertion channel cleaning plug for an endoscope.

The endoscope is cleaned and disinfected each time it is used, and at that time, the treatment instrument insertion channel disposed in the endoscope is also flushed with water. A forceps plug is usually attached to the treatment tool insertion port that opens to communicate with such a treatment tool insertion channel. However, when the endoscope is cleaned and disinfected, the forceps plug is cleaned and disinfected alone. Therefore, a cleaning plug made of a resilient member is inserted into and engaged with the treatment instrument insertion port (for example, Patent Document 1).
JP-A-8-308797

The cleaning plug described in Patent Document 1 is formed with a leak hole so as to prevent the cleaning plug from being detached from the treatment instrument insertion port when the pressure in the treatment instrument insertion port increases. Is ejected outward from the leak hole to release the pressure.

However, when the cleaning liquid is ejected from the leak hole, the cleaning liquid may be scattered over a wide area around it. Therefore, it is conceivable to provide a soot or the like that the cleaning liquid ejected from the leak hole collides, but if it is simply configured in this way, this time, the dirt adhering to the gap portion between the leak hole outlet and the soot or the like is washed. There is a risk that it will be difficult.

Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a treatment instrument insertion channel cleaning plug body for an endoscope in which the cleaning liquid ejected from the leak hole does not scatter and the dirt attached to the periphery of the leak hole can be easily cleaned. .

In order to achieve the above-described object, the treatment instrument insertion channel cleaning plug of the endoscope of the present invention is used to wash water through the treatment instrument insertion channel also serving as a suction channel disposed in the endoscope. A treatment instrument insertion channel cleaning plug for an endoscope that is detachably attached to a treatment instrument insertion opening that communicates with and opens the treatment instrument insertion channel, and is elastically deformed and fitted into the treatment instrument insertion opening. And a ceiling wall portion formed so as to close the outer end portion of the cylindrical portion so as to face the treatment instrument insertion port when the cylindrical portion is engaged with the treatment instrument insertion port portion Are integrally formed of a resilient member and have a leak hole penetrating through the ceiling wall portion, and the connection band portion extending from the tubular portion and the opening portion of the leak hole are covered from the outside. Therefore, the lid-like part formed on the other end side of the connecting band part is made elastic. Provided with a lid-shaped part fixing means that can be integrally formed with the cylindrical part by a member, and can fix and release the state in which the lid part covers the opening of the leak hole from the outside by elastically deforming the connecting band part It is a thing.

The lid-like portion fixing means may be a connecting ring that is detachably passed through ring through holes formed in the vicinity of the cylindrical portion and the vicinity of the lid-like portion, or the lid-like portion fixing means. An annular portion formed integrally with the lid-like portion at the distal end of the extension band portion extending from the lid-like portion to the opposite side of the connecting band portion and detachably engaged with the base portion of the treatment instrument insertion port portion It may be.

According to the present invention, in order to cover the connection band part extending from the tubular part detachably attached to the treatment instrument insertion port part and the opening of the leak hole formed through the ceiling wall part from the outside, The lid-like part formed on the other end side is formed integrally with the cylindrical part by an elastic member, and the connecting band part is elastically deformed so that the lid-like part covers the opening of the leak hole from the outside. By providing a lid-shaped part fixing means that can fix and release the state, the cleaning liquid ejected from the leak hole is not scattered around by fixing the state where the cover part covers the opening of the leak hole from the outside. In addition, the state in which the lid-like portion covers the opening of the leak hole from the outside can be released, and the dirt attached to the periphery of the leak hole can be easily cleaned.

An endoscope that is detachably attached to a treatment instrument insertion port that opens to communicate with a treatment instrument insertion channel when water is passed through a treatment instrument insertion channel that is also used as a suction channel disposed in the endoscope. A treatment instrument insertion channel cleaning plug, which is elastically deformed and fitted into and engaged with the treatment instrument insertion port, and the treatment is performed when the cylindrical part is engaged with the treatment instrument insertion port. The ceiling wall portion formed so as to close the outer end portion of the cylindrical portion so as to face the tool insertion opening is integrally formed by an elastic member, and a leak hole is formed through the ceiling wall portion. The connecting band part extending from the cylindrical part and the lid-like part formed on the other end side of the connecting band part in order to cover the opening of the leak hole from the outside are formed by an elastic member. It is formed integrally with the cylindrical part, and the lid is fixed by elastically deforming the connecting band part. Providing a cover-like portion fixing means can be fixed and unlocking a state of covering the opening portion of the click hole from the outside.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 5, 1 is an operation part of an endoscope, and the base end of the insertion part 2 is connected to the lower end part thereof. A connector portion 4 connected to a light source device (not shown) is attached to the distal end of the connecting flexible tube 3 extending rearward from the operation portion 1.

In the insertion portion 2, a treatment instrument insertion channel 5 made of a flexible tube is inserted and disposed over the entire length. The treatment instrument insertion channel 5 also serves as a suction channel, and is connected to a suction port 6 formed at the distal end of the insertion portion 2.

In the vicinity of the lower end of the operation unit 1 near the boundary with the insertion unit 2, a treatment instrument insertion cap 7 (treatment instrument insertion) that is an entrance when a treatment instrument (not shown) is inserted into the treatment instrument insertion channel 5. The mouth portion) is provided so as to project the treatment instrument insertion port 8 obliquely upward.

Further, in the vicinity of the lower end of the operation unit 1, the suction connection tube 9 is branched and connected from the treatment instrument insertion channel 5, and the other end side of the suction connection tube 9 is a suction disposed in the upper half of the operation unit 1. It is connected to the operation valve 10.

Then, one end of the suction tube 11 inserted and arranged in the connecting flexible tube 3 is connected to the suction operation valve 10 in the operation section 1, and the other end is a connector for connecting to an external suction device (not shown). It is connected to the suction cap 12 arranged in the part 4.

A so-called forceps plug (not shown) is usually attached to the treatment instrument insertion base 7, but when cleaning and disinfecting after use of the endoscope, the forceps stopper is removed from the treatment instrument insertion base 7, instead. A cleaning plug 20 for closing the treatment instrument insertion port 8 is attached to the treatment instrument insertion base 7.

For example, by connecting a cleaning liquid injector (not shown) to the suction base 12 and injecting the cleaning liquid from the suction base 12 to the suction tube 11, the suction tube 11, the suction connection pipe 9, and the treatment instrument insertion channel 5 All routes can be washed with water.

FIG. 1 is a side sectional view showing a state in which the cleaning plug 20 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is attached to the treatment instrument insertion base 7, and FIGS. 2 and 3 show cleaning in a state in which the connecting ring 30 is removed. FIG. 2 is a side sectional view and a plan view of a single plug body 20, and a cleaning plug body 20 is an elastic member such as a rubber material in which all parts except a connection ring 30 (lid-shaped portion fixing means) are provided. Are integrally formed.

The inner surface of the substantially cylindrical tubular portion 21 that surrounds the treatment instrument insertion base 7 is detachably fitted into a circumferential groove 7a formed in the treatment instrument insertion base 7 by elastic deformation. The engaging projection 23 is formed so as to protrude inward.

As shown in FIG. 1, the engaging protrusion 23 elastically tightens the outer peripheral surface of the circumferential groove 7 a of the treatment instrument insertion base 7 in a state of being engaged with the circumferential groove 7 a of the treatment instrument insertion base 7. It will be in the state sealed, and the stopper 20 for washing | cleaning will be in the state fixed to the treatment tool insertion base 7 by it. FIG. 1 shows a shape in a state where the engagement protrusion 23 is not elastically deformed.

The upper end portion of the cylindrical portion 21 is a ceiling wall portion 24 facing the treatment instrument insertion port 8 when the cleaning plug 20 is attached to the treatment instrument insertion base 7, and a leak hole is formed at the center position thereof. 25 is formed to penetrate straight in the axial direction of the treatment instrument insertion port 8 so that the inside and outside of the ceiling wall portion 24 communicate with each other. The leak hole 25 acts to relieve pressure by ejecting a cleaning liquid or the like outward when the pressure in the treatment instrument insertion port 8 increases.

Further, the lid-like part 27 formed at the tip of the connecting band part 26 extending laterally from the outer surface of the cylindrical part 21 elastically deforms the connecting band part 26 in a state folded at the intermediate part, A slight gap is left between the ceiling wall portion 24 and the outer surface of the leak hole 25.

Then, a metallic connection is made across the two ring through holes 28 and 29 formed on the side of the tongue-like portion 21A and the lid-like portion 27 that protrudes in the opposite direction to the connecting band portion 26 from the outer surface of the tubular portion 21. By passing the ring 30, the state where the lid 27 covers the opening of the leak hole 25 can be fixed as shown in FIG. 1.

The connection ring 30 is formed in a substantially C shape by a metal material having a spring property, and can be engaged with and disengaged from the through holes 28 and 29 by elastic deformation. As shown in FIG. Sometimes the connection ring 30 may be used to connect the detachable lid 40 attached to the suction operation valve 10 and the adjacent air / water supply operation valve portion with a chain 41 or the like.

When the cleaning liquid is injected from the suction base 12 during the cleaning and disinfection of the endoscope, a part of the cleaning liquid is ejected from the leak hole 25 by increasing the pressure in the treatment instrument insertion port 8. However, since the opening of the leak hole 25 is covered with the lid-like part 27 from the outside, the cleaning liquid ejected from the leak hole 25 hits the lid-like part 27 and the momentum is weakened, and it flows down to the side and does not scatter around. In addition, since the lid-like portion 27 is disposed with a certain gap from the leak hole 25, the lid-like portion 27 does not act to increase the cleaning liquid ejection speed.

Then, after the water cleaning in the treatment instrument insertion channel 5 is finished and the cleaning plug 20 is removed from the treatment instrument insertion base 7, the connecting ring 30 is elastically deformed and extracted from the through holes 28, 29, and FIG. As shown in FIG. 3 and the like, the cleaning plug 20 is unfolded so that the cleaning plug 20 itself is also cleaned well, and the dirt attached to the periphery of the lid 27, the lid 27, and the like. Can be washed out easily and reliably.

FIG. 6 is a side sectional view showing a state in which the cleaning plug 20 according to the second embodiment of the present invention is attached to the treatment instrument insertion base 7, and FIGS. 7 and 8 show cleaning with the connecting ring 30 removed. It is side surface sectional drawing and top view of the plug body 20 for single use.

In this embodiment, instead of the connection ring 30 of the first embodiment, the lid 27 can fix and release the state in which the lid 27 covers the opening of the leak hole 25 from the outside. Annular annular portion 23B that removably engages with the circumferential groove 7b of the base portion of the treatment instrument insertion base 7 at the tip of the extension belt portion 26B extending from the lid portion 27 to the opposite side of the connection belt portion 26. However, it is integrally formed with the lid-like portion 27 and the like by an elastic member.

Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment described above. In this embodiment, the annular portion 23B is locked to the circumferential groove 7b of the base portion of the treatment instrument insertion base 7 so that the lid-like portion is formed. 27 is fixed to cover the opening of the leak hole 25 from the outside.
