内視鏡の処置具挿通チャンネルの入口部分に取り付けられる弾力性のある材料からなる樽状部材と、上記樽状部材に対して係脱自在な弾力性のある材料からなる蓋状部材とが設けられ、上記蓋状部材には、処置具が通されることにより弾性変形して押し拡げられるスリットを有する第1の閉鎖膜が形成され、上記樽状部材には、処置具が通されることにより弾性変形して押し拡げられる開口を有する第2の閉鎖膜が形成された内視鏡の鉗子栓において、
上記樽状部材の上記第2の閉鎖膜の裏面に面する位置に、処置具が通されることにより弾性変形して一端側を支点に押し下げられる舌片が、上記一端側のみで上記樽状部材とつながった状態に上記第2の閉鎖膜との間に隙間を設けて突出形成され
上記処置具挿通チャンネル内の圧力が高まると、上記第2の閉鎖膜の裏面との間の隙間がなくなる状態に上記舌片が弾性変形させられて上記第2の閉鎖膜の開口が塞がれることを特徴とする内視鏡の鉗子栓。
