When the bag unloading means unloads the uppermost bag, there is provided a packaging device comprising: the two pins, and a pin retracting means whose tip is pulled downward from a pin hole of the uppermost bag.

In this packaging device, when the uppermost bag containing the product is pulled away from the other bag and carried out, there is no possibility of the pin being caught in the bag hole and being damaged.

In particular,
The expansion members are close to each other and are in a reduced state suitable for insertion into an opening expanded by air from the main air jet nozzle and located on the extension side of the topmost bag. At least two expansion members that are displaceable between a retracted position that is inserted into the bag portion and an advanced position that is separated from each other and is expanded to expand the bag portion, A jet nozzle can be attached to each of the expansion members, and when the expansion member is in the retracted position, the air outlet can be directed toward the opening of the top bag.

Since the main air jet nozzle is attached to the expansion member that advances into the bag portion through the opening, air supply into the bag portion can be performed extremely efficiently compared to the one disclosed in Patent Document 1 described above. Can do.

Also,
The support member supports the stacked bags such that the uppermost extension is positioned lower than the uppermost bag portion;
The opening means further comprises a sub air jet nozzle disposed at a position proximate to the uppermost extension, the air outlet of which is directed to the opening of the uppermost bag. In the initial stage of expanding the air, the air can be blown from the sub air jet nozzle to the opening to widen the opening, and the main air jet nozzle can blow air into the opening widened by the sub jet nozzle.

By setting the extended portion of the uppermost bag at a position lower than the bag portion, the uppermost opening can be slightly opened, or the opening can be easily opened. . The secondary air jet nozzle is positioned at approximately the same level as the opening thus formed, and air is blown substantially horizontally toward the opening to open the opening, and air from the main air jet nozzle is supplied to the opening. Since the spraying is performed, the opening can be opened more efficiently.

The inner engagement member is provided adjacent to the two pin holes, and when the uppermost bag is expanded by the opening means, the pin hole of the uppermost bag is positioned around the pin. Can be held in.

When the bag is unfolded, both sides of the extension are lifted, but the periphery of the pin hole is maintained when the pin is displaced to the retracted position by holding the pin hole around the pin hole. Do not pull in with the pin.

In particular,
The inner engagement member may have an opening through which the tip of the pin passed through the pin hole of the laminated extension.

Furthermore,
When the outer engagement member is in the pressing position, the engagement pressure with the extension of the uppermost bag of the inner engagement member is reduced, and the inner engagement member and the other bag From above, the uppermost bag can be pulled out with low resistance.

In particular,
The support member is
A first support part for supporting the laminated bag parts;
A second support for supporting the stacked extensions;
Have
The first support portion may be displaced downward by a force applied from the outer engagement member through the stacked extension portion when the outer engagement member is in the pressing position. it can.

Hereinafter, embodiments of a packaging apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an outline of a main configuration of a packaging apparatus 10 for bread packaging according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view of stacked bags P used in the packaging apparatus 10.

First, the bag P has a bag part P1 and an elongated extension part P2 provided along one side edge of the opening P4 of the bag part, and the extension part is spaced 2 in the width direction. Two pin holes P3 and P3 are provided.

The packaging device 10 is disposed between the support means 12 for stacking and supporting the bags, the pair of pins 14 and 14 passed through the pin holes P3 of the stacked bags, and the pins 14 and 14, Inner engagement members 16 and 16 that press-engage with the extension P2 at positions adjacent to the pins, and outer engagement that is disposed outside the pins 14 and 14 to engage and disengage from the extension P2. The air is blown into the member 18, 18 and the bag portion P1 of the uppermost bag through the opening P4 to inflate the bag (FIG. 3). The air jet nozzles 64, 66, 64, and the inflated bag Slice through the opening P4 into the opening means 22 including the expansion members 60 and 62 that enter the bag portion P1 through the opening P4 and expand the bag portion (FIG. 8), and the expanded bag portion P1 of the uppermost bag. The pushed bread B (FIG. 9), the pushing means 24, and the bread And a, and carrying-out means 24 for unloading pulled away from the top of the bag to the other stacked bags pushed is.

The support means 12 supports and stacks the bags P such that the bag portions P1 and the extension portions P2 overlap each other in the vertical direction. As shown in the figure, the support means 12 includes a first support member 30 that supports the stacked bag parts P1 and a second support member 32 that supports the stacked extension parts P2, as shown in the figure. Further, the stacked bags are supported such that the extension portion P2 of the uppermost bag is positioned lower than the uppermost bag portion P1. By doing so, the opening P4 of the uppermost bag is slightly opened (FIG. 2) or the opening is easily opened.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the second support member 32 is an elongated member extending in the width direction of the packaging device, and a pair of the second support members 32 attached to the first support member 30 at positions separated in the width direction. Although not shown in detail, the mounting member 34 supported by the mounting member 34 includes a spring member, and biases the second support member 32 upward and is supported on the second support member 32. The extended portion P2 of the stacked bags is pressed and held between the inner engaging members 16 and 16.

Each of the pins 14 and 14 is set so as to protrude upward from the pin hole P3 of the uppermost bag P, and the uppermost bag is pulled away from the other stacked bags by the carrying-out means 24 and carried out. When being done, it is retracted below the pin hole of the uppermost bag (FIG. 9). Specifically, each of the pins holds a lower end thereof, and spring biasing holding means 50 (FIGS. 8 to 9) which is biased upward so that the upper end of the pin is in the protruding position. The spring biasing holding means 50 is pushed down to have a pushing means 52 for displacing the pin to the retracted position. The push-down means has an air cylinder 54 and a bracket 56 that engages with the spring biasing means 50 and is driven downward by the air cylinder.

The inner engaging members 16, 16 extend substantially horizontally on the stacked extension portion P2 and engage with the upper portion of the tongue, and extend downward from the rear end of the engaging portion 40, respectively. And a fixing portion 42 fixed to the stationary frame of the packaging device (FIG. 8). The front end portion of the engaging portion 40 protrudes outward in the width direction of the extension portion so as to partially surround the pins 14 and 14 (FIG. 6). As will be described later, the bag portion P1 passes through the opening P2. When air is blown into the bag portion and the bag portion is expanded, the periphery of the pin holes P3 and P3 of the extension portion P2 does not lift and is held around the pins. FIG. 7 shows another embodiment of the engaging portion 40, in which a circular hole 43 is formed so as to surround the entire periphery of the pin rather than partially surrounding the pin as in FIG. Yes.

As shown in FIG. 8, each of the outer engaging members 18 and 18 is formed in a lever shape pivoted on the stationary frame of the packaging device, and is extended by an unillustrated driving means P2 of the uppermost bag. It is displaced between a pressing position that is pressed and engaged with and a pressing release position that is separated from the extension portion P2.

The opening means 22 is formed in a pair of upper expansion members 60, 60 and lower expansion members 62, 62 for entering the uppermost bag portion and expanding the bag portion, and the expansion members 60, 60; 62, 62. The attached main air jet nozzles 64, 64; 66, 66 and a substantially central portion of the extension of the uppermost bag are positioned close to the extension with a gap in the width direction of the extension. The air outlet has three sub air jet nozzles 68, 68, 68 adapted to be directed to the opening of the uppermost bag.

Each pair of upper and lower expansion members are in a reduced state suitable for being inserted into the openings expanded by the air from the main and sub air jet nozzles close to each other and on the top. A retracted position (FIG. 1) located on the side of the extended portion of the bag, and an advanced position (FIGS. 8 to 9) that is inserted into the bag portion and separated from each other to expand the bag portion. It is possible to displace between.

The pushing means 24 has a pusher 80 that is connected to and driven by an endless chain (not shown) set at an upper position of the packaging device. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the pusher is driven in a direction in which the sliced bread B is pushed out toward the bag P. After the sliced bread B is pushed into the bag, the pusher moves along the endless track. Then, it returns to the position shown in FIG. 1 again, and the slice bread that has been supplied at that time is pushed out.

In the example shown in the drawing, the pushing means 24 also serves as an unloading means for unloading the uppermost bag that has received the sliced bread. That is, the pushing means 24 pushes the sliced bread into the bottom of the bag portion, and further pushes out the bread to carry out the bag.

The opening operation of this device is as follows.
(1) First, the upper expansion members 60 and 60 and the lower expansion members 62 and 62 are set to the retracted positions of the positions shown in FIG.
At this time, the upper expansion members 60, 60 are inclined inward in the front diagonal width direction and are in a state of approaching each other, and the lower expansion members are displaced inward in the width direction and are in a state of approaching each other.
Therefore, in this state, the tip end portion of the upper and lower expansion member is reduced in a beak shape, so that the shape easily enters the bag opening.
At this time, the air outlet of the main air jet nozzle is located at the tip position of the upper and lower expansion members 60, 60; 62, 62, and is directed in the substantially opening direction of the uppermost bag.

(2) Subsequently, the outer engagement members 18, 18 are raised and separated from the extension portion P2.
Further, an air jet is blown almost horizontally from the sub nozzle 20 toward the slightly open opening P4 of the bag, whereby the upper surface P5 in the bag portion P1 of the uppermost bag is directed upward from the lower surface P6. The opening of the opening P4 is separated away, and a state as shown by a two-dot chain line in FIG.
As a result, the portion of the extension P2 located outside the pins 14 and 14 is not pressed by the outer engaging portions 18 and 18, and thus rises between the pins 14 and 14 and the outer engaging portions 18 and 18. . However, at this time, the extension portion P2 does not come out of the pins 14 and 14 due to the pressing by the inner engagement portions 16 and 16.

(3) Slightly after the blowing of air by the sub air jet nozzle, the main air jet nozzles 64, 64; 66, 66 start to blow air into the enlarged opening P4, and inflate the entire bag. At the same time, the upper and lower expansion members 60, 60; 62, 62 are advanced into the bag as shown in FIG. 8 and spread through the opening (FIG. 4). Blowing by the sub-jet nozzles 68, 68, 68 is stopped before the bag is enlarged by the main air-jet nozzles 64, 64; 66, 66 and the upper and lower expansion members are advanced.
(4) In the state where the upper and lower expansion members are maintained at the advanced positions shown in FIG. 8 and the bag is expanded, the spraying by the air jet nozzle 18 is stopped, and the slice bread is opened from the opened portion by the pusher. It is inserted in (FIG. 9).

(5) When the pusher 80 almost pushes the bread into the back of the bag (the right end side in FIG. 1), the outer engagement portion is lowered and presses the extension P2 of the bag that is second from the top. At the same time, the pins 14 and 14 are lowered.

(6) In this state, the second support member 32 supporting the extension portion P2 of the stacked bags is slightly displaced downward by the downward force applied by the outer engagement members 18, 18, and the uppermost portion The extension portion P2 of the bag is released from the pressing force from the inner engagement members 16, 16, or the pressing force is reduced. For this reason, when the pusher 80 further pushes the bread, the bag in which the bread is inserted (at the top) is pushed away from the second bag underneath. At this time, the uppermost bag containing the bread has a portion outside the pins 14 and 14 in the extension portion P2 between the outer engagement portions 18 and 18 and the pins 14 and 14 as described above. In this state, there is no press by the outer engagement portions 18, 18, and the pins 14, 14 are lowered, so that the uppermost bag is pushed out without substantial resistance.
On the other hand, since the extension portion E of the second bag from the top is pressed by the outer engagement portions 18, 18, it is not dragged by this movement of the bag containing bread and remains in its original position.
The above operation is repeated at the same time as the bag containing bread is pushed out.

The embodiment of the present invention has been described above, but the present invention is not limited to this. For example, the pressing engagement of the extension portion by the inner engagement member is performed by opening and expanding the bag portion by the opening means. When the uppermost bag that has received the bread is taken out, the pin is lowered so that the tip of the pin is lower than the pin hole of the uppermost bag. Although it is in the lower position, it can be slightly higher than the pin hole of the second bag.
