Description

The present invention relates to a construction method suitable for a flame-retardant flooring used for floor finishing of a passenger room of a railway vehicle.

。 Conventionally, in Japan, a sheet-like floor material or a tile-like floor material made of vinyl chloride (PVC) has been used as a finishing material (floor material or floor covering) used on a floor surface of a railway vehicle. This vinyl chloride flooring has been widely used because it has excellent physical properties such as flame retardancy and wear resistance, is relatively inexpensive and has good design properties , but in recent years, In consideration of the environment, replacement with non-halogen flame retardant flooring is in progress (for example, see Patent Documents 1 to 3).

In other countries, the tendency is even more prominent. The floor materials that can be used as flooring materials for railway vehicles are only rubber-based or linoleum. adhesive or attach, seam portion between flooring sealant used to Ru fill (joint) (agent) to caulking agent putty like, very fine limits are imposed.

In addition, the present applicants already have an extremely flame-retardant elastic floor material using a rubber chip molded body (Patent Document 4), a floor finishing structure that can be applied to non-halogen-based floor materials (Patent Document 5), and the like. I am making a proposal.

Incidentally, in the floor finish rooms railcar as described above, the use of flooring of the flame retardancy, of course, water, etc. used in the rain or maintenance to be brought into the vehicle is around the back surface of the flooring material In order to prevent this from happening, it is required to perform waterproofing (water resistance) construction using a specified adhesive or sealant. On the other hand, in recent years, there is an increasing demand for improving the appearance (designability) of the cabin floor surface using these flame retardant flooring materials.

However, these flame-retardant flooring materials have a large dimensional change due to temperature as compared with vinyl chloride flooring materials, and have the property that they are easily cracked when bent at low temperatures, making construction difficult.

In addition, the conventional waterproofing of railcar flooring is performed by pasting pieces of flooring that have been cut into a predetermined size in advance with a gap (joint) of about several mm to several tens of mm and using an adhesive. Since this is performed by a method of filling a sealing material between the gaps, there is a problem that joints between floor materials become conspicuous. In particular, as shown in FIG. 3, when floor materials are designed and pasted to improve the design, many joints between the floor materials appear in the cabin floor surface, and the appearance may be impaired.

In addition, since the seal material used for the joint part is made of a material different from the flooring, this joint part is discolored due to maintenance work such as cleaning and WAX hanging, dust and sunburn, or deterioration over time. There is also a problem that it is easy to receive, and repair work must be performed regularly.

The present invention has been made in order to address the above-described problems, and maintains the waterproof performance required for the floor of the passenger compartment of a vehicle for a long period without conspicuous the joints between floor materials spread on the floor surface. It aims at providing the construction method of the railway vehicle which can be used, and the flame-retardant flooring for railway vehicles.

In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 is a railway vehicle in which a sheet-like or tile-like flooring is bonded to a floor surface of a passenger cabin,
The floor materials (1) are arranged so that the end portions on the surface side are in contact with each other, and the contact portions between the end portions (1a) of the floor materials are adjacent floors. A groove (10) that forms a space (S) with the material (1, 1) is formed from the back side of the flooring, and the groove (10) is filled with a water-resistant adhesive. It is characterized by .

The present invention has been conventionally performed for waterproofing the floor surface of a railway vehicle by connecting the floor material cut to a predetermined size in advance from the back side of the floor material using a water-resistant adhesive and integrating them. The joint seal between flooring materials will be abolished to achieve the intended purpose.

That is, according to the first aspect of the present invention, a groove that forms a space is formed between the floor material rear surface side at the end where the floor materials abut each other and the adjacent floor material, and the groove is formed inside the groove. By filling the water-resistant adhesive, the water resistance required for the floor surface of the railway vehicle can be ensured without filling the joint on the floor surface side with a sealing material or the like. Moreover, it is not necessary to open a gap (a large joint) between the floor materials for filling the sealing material or the like, and the floor materials can be abutted against each other (end surfaces are brought into contact with each other). Therefore, the railway vehicle of the present invention can maintain the waterproof (waterproof) performance required for the floor of the passenger compartment of the vehicle without conspicuous the joints between the floor materials spread on the floor surface.

Next, the invention according to claim 2 is a concrete example in which a sheet-like or tile-like floor material (1) made of a flame-retardant material, which is conventionally difficult to construct, is constructed on the floor surface of a passenger room of a railway vehicle. These floor materials (1) are cut into predetermined dimensions in advance, and the end surfaces (1a) of these floor materials are brought into contact with each other in a state where the floor material surface which becomes the floor surface after construction is placed down. A groove (10) having a substantially U-shaped cross section or a substantially V-shaped cross section is formed from the back side of the floor material along the end of each abutting floor material, and the groove (10) is filled with the first adhesive. Then, after integrating the floor materials, the groove (10) having a substantially U-shaped cross section or a substantially V-shaped cross section is used as the back surface of the floor material, and the integrated floor material is used with a second adhesive. It is a construction method of a railway vehicle flame-retardant floor material, which is pasted on a floor base (2) of a passenger compartment of a vehicle.

The invention according to claim 3 is a method of constructing a sheet-like or tile-like floor material made of a flame-retardant material on the floor surface of a passenger room of a railway vehicle, and the floor material is preliminarily dimensioned. In the state where the surface of the floor material piece that becomes the floor surface after construction is turned down, a part of each edge portion of these floor material pieces is removed from the back surface side of the floor material, and the edge portion A space (S) formed when the end surfaces of each flooring piece from which a part has been removed is attached in a predetermined direction is filled with a water-resistant first adhesive, and each flooring piece is A method for constructing a flame retardant flooring for a railway vehicle, characterized in that after the unitary flooring is formed, the flooring is affixed to the floor of the passenger compartment of the vehicle using a second adhesive. It is a feature.

By these methods, even a flame retardant flooring having a property that a dimensional change due to temperature is large and is easily cracked when bent at a low temperature can be easily carried out. Moreover, the joints between flooring materials are not conspicuous, and the design and design of the floor surface can be improved.

In addition, the groove | channel formed from the back surface side in the edge part (edge part) of each flooring, or the surface side remainder by a notch, chamfering, etc., ie, the substantially perpendicular | vertical surface (edge surface) remaining in an edge part, should be at least 1 mm or more Is desirable.

The flame retardant flooring in the present invention includes conventionally known non-halogenous flooring such as rubber flooring and linoleum in addition to vinyl chloride flooring. In addition, as the water-resistant adhesive and the first adhesive for integrating the flooring materials, an epoxy resin adhesive or a chloroprene resin adhesive that does not swell due to water can be suitably used. Further, the second adhesive for adhering the flooring to the floor is appropriately selected from polyurethane resin, thiocol resin, modified thiocol resin, silicone resin, and modified silicone resin. be able to.

As described above, according to the railway vehicle and the flame retardant flooring construction method of the present invention, it is required for the floor of the vehicle without conspicuous the joints between the flooring materials spread on the floor surface of the cabin. Waterproof performance can be maintained for a long time. Moreover, the designability and designability of the cabin floor surface using the flame-retardant flooring can be improved.

Hereinafter, embodiments for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a floor finishing state of a passenger room of a railway vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention. In this figure, fixtures such as seats installed at a later date are omitted. Moreover, in FIG. 1, the same kind of flooring is used on the entire floor surface, and the flooring pattern on the floor surface indicates the place where the flooring of the same color pattern is pasted (the state of design pasting). However, it is not representative of the color or design of the flooring used in the place.

The floor finishing structure of the railway vehicle in the present embodiment also uses the floor material 1 (floor covering) made of a flame-retardant material (rubber-based resin) for the finishing of the floor surface, as in the conventional example. It is affixed on the floor substrate 2 using an adhesive.

As shown in the sectional view of FIG. 2A, the floor finishing structure of the railway vehicle in this embodiment is characterized in that each flooring 1 is made of a polyurethane resin system with its end portions 1a in contact with each other. The adhesive 4 is attached to the floor base 2, and the groove-shaped space S formed between the ends 1a from the back side of the floor material is filled with a water-resistant epoxy resin adhesive 3 It is a point that has been.

Next, the construction method of the rail vehicle flooring in this embodiment is demonstrated.
When the flooring 1 to be constructed on the floor surface is in a sheet form, first, each flooring 1 is cut into a predetermined size, and the surface of the flooring 1 that becomes the floor surface after construction is down (downward in the work place) Then, the end surfaces (cut surfaces) of these flooring materials 1 are abutted and arranged. Then, a groove 10 having a substantially U-shaped or substantially V-shaped cross section is formed from the back surface side of the floor material by a jig for a grooving cutter along the end portion (matching surface) of each floor material 1 to be in contact (see FIG. FIG. 2 (b), FIG. 2 (c)). Normally, the depth of the groove by the grooving cutter is adjusted so that the remaining end surface (vertical surface) on the floor material surface side is at least 1 mm or more.

Next, an epoxy resin adhesive (first adhesive) is poured into the groove 10 and cured, thereby integrating the floor materials 1 and sealing gaps (joints) between the end surfaces of the floor materials. I do. Then, after the adhesive is completely cured, the floor material 1 is integrated into a floor base using a polyurethane adhesive (second adhesive) in the same manner as a normal waterproof construction (waterproofing method). It is possible to realize waterproofing of the floor surface of the passenger room of the railway vehicle without applying a sealing material or the like to the joints between the floor materials simply by attaching to the floor 2.

On the other hand, when the floor material 1 to be constructed on the floor surface is a substantially tile shape, as in the case of a more complicated design, first, each floor material 1 is cut into a predetermined size by cutting each floor material 1 into a predetermined size. For example, taper chamfering, or a semi-circular or stepped cutout, etc. is applied to each edge of the flooring piece from the back side, and the surface of the flooring piece that becomes the floor surface after construction is lowered. In this state, the end surfaces (vertical surfaces) of these flooring pieces are abutted and arranged. At this time, a recess (groove 10) along the joint is formed between each piece of flooring material (see FIGS. 2B to 2D). Further, the remaining portion (vertical surface) on the floor material surface side due to the chamfering or notching is adjusted to be at least 1 mm or more.

Next, as in the case of the sheet-like floor material, the joint between the end faces of these floor material pieces is sealed by pouring an epoxy resin adhesive (first adhesive) into the groove 10 and curing it. At the same time, each piece of flooring material is integrated into a flooring material that is easy to handle during construction. After the adhesive is completely cured, the united flooring material is treated with a polyurethane adhesive (second adhesive) as in the case of normal waterproofing construction (waterproofing method). By simply sticking to the floor, the design and waterproofing of the floor surface of the railway vehicle cabin can be realized without applying a sealant or the like to the joints between the flooring materials.

By the above method, the waterproof performance requested | required of the floor of the passenger room of a rail vehicle can be maintained over a long term, without making the joint between the floor materials spread | laid on a floor surface conspicuous. This construction method is also suitable for flame retardant flooring, which is conventionally difficult to construct, and can also be applied to complicated design pasting without impairing the beauty of the railcar floor.

In addition, the cross-sectional shape of the groove | channel or recessed part formed from the back surface side straddling between adjacent flooring materials in this invention is not limited to the example in this embodiment. Further, it is not always necessary to form both of them, and as shown in FIG. 2 (e), they may be formed on either one of the floor materials.

Moreover, the method of forming a groove or a recess in the end (edge) of each flooring is not limited to the example in the above embodiment, and can be appropriately selected according to the material and hardness of the flooring. good.
