Description

The present invention relates to a technique for separating and dismantling a steel chimney (hereinafter simply referred to as a steel chimney) when dismantling and removing an incineration facility contaminated with harmful substances such as dioxins and heavy metals. In other words, separation and dismantling of the steel chimney is carried out prior to the incineration facility dismantling and removal curing, and it is possible that harmful substances such as dioxins and heavy metals are scattered around the area. The present invention relates to a separation and dismantling method to prevent accidents.

Conventionally, when a chimney is separated and dismantled in an incineration facility that is contaminated with harmful substances such as dioxins and heavy metals, the chimney is particularly poorly contaminated and has a large height above the ground. It is necessary to pay special attention to the working environment and the surrounding environment.
In recent years, the “Summary of Exposure Control Measures in Work in Waste Incineration Facilities” has been established and strict standards have been imposed on the dismantling work of chimneys with dioxins and heavy metals attached to prevent exposure to dioxins. Yes.
To summarize the contents, air and dust contaminated with dioxins, etc., generated during dismantling work should be discharged into the atmosphere according to emission standards after being properly removed with a charcoal filter etc. It is required to set up a management area according to the concentration of the species and to dismantle within each cured section to isolate it from the external environment.

For the purpose of minimizing the influence on the surrounding environment, Patent Document 1 describes that when a RC chimney having a brick wall formed in a radially inner side of a reinforced concrete outer cylinder and a radial wall is separated and disassembled, the duct of the chimney (smoke A dust collector is connected to the roadway), a cover material is attached to the top opening of the chimney, the inside is sealed, and a lightweight foamed mortar is filled between the outer cylinder and the brick wall. A construction method is disclosed in which the chimney is sequentially cut by short cutting and then moved to a dismantling work place and safely disassembled.

The above-mentioned Patent Document 1 recognizes that harmful substances such as dioxins and heavy metals are prevented from being scattered to the atmosphere at the time of separation and dismantling of the chimney. However, this method is intended for RC chimneys with outer cylinders made of reinforced concrete, and is not intended for steel chimneys, and it is difficult to cut steel chimneys in short lengths.

In addition, since the chimney is cut shortly without being laid down, separated and disassembled, dangerous work at high places such as installation of scaffolding and installation of cleaning machines continues for a long time, and there is a concern about safety problems. In addition, paragraph number [0030] of the specification describes that a temporary enclosure is constructed higher than the chimney in order to prevent contamination of the surrounding environment and workers due to dust generation during the chimney cutting operation. . It is very troublesome and dangerous to construct such a high temporary enclosure, so that the work is prolonged and the economic burden is large.

In particular, when the concentration of dioxins, heavy metals, etc. is high, it is stipulated that the entire incineration facility be cured in a sealed state as described above. And the economic efficiency will be extremely bad.
Furthermore, the lightweight foamed mortar filled between the outer cylinder of the chimney and the brick wall becomes extra waste after dismantling, which increases the processing work and costs associated with the processing.

The purpose of the present invention is to separate and dismantle the steel chimney of the incineration facility that is contaminated with harmful substances such as dioxins and heavy metals prior to the dismantling and removal of the incineration facility and the curing of the entire facility, The purpose is to provide a steel chimney separation and dismantling method that prevents as much as possible the scattering of harmful substances such as dioxins and heavy metals into the atmosphere, and that significantly shortens the construction period and reduces costs. .

It is a further object of the present invention to provide a steel chimney separation and dismantling method that eliminates unnecessary high-altitude work and makes safe work by attaching the suspension material and cover material for chimney separation on the ground. There is.

Separation of steel chimney prior to dismantling and removal of the incineration facility and curing of the entire facility because the chimney was separated from the foundation and laid down and disassembled after separation at the connecting part, sealing and cutting Can do. Therefore, especially when it is necessary to cure the entire incineration facility with a high concentration of dioxins in a hermetically sealed state, it is possible to omit the curing of the high-quality chimney and to realize a significant reduction in construction period and cost.

In addition, dust containing dioxins and heavy metals generated during the separation work of the steel chimney can be absorbed in the dust collector in advance to prevent the harmful substances from being scattered into the atmosphere as much as possible.

An embodiment of a steel chimney separation and dismantling method according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In the present invention, when the incineration facility 1 contaminated with harmful substances such as dioxins and heavy metals is disassembled and removed, the chimney 2 made of steel (hereinafter simply referred to as the steel chimney 2) is separated in advance. It is implemented as a method of dismantling and dismantling. In particular, as shown in FIG. 1, when it is necessary to construct a management area A by temporarily setting a curing that surrounds the entire incineration facility 1 having a high concentration of dioxins, heavy metals, and the like, Prior to temporary curing of the incineration facility 1, the steel chimney 2 is laid down on the ground in the management area A to proceed with dismantling so that the curing is not temporarily set up to the height of the chimney.

A schematic procedure for separating and disassembling the steel chimney 2 from the incineration facility 1 is shown in FIG. 2, and the mode is shown in FIGS.
FIG. 3A shows a state in which the steel chimney 2 is operating as a part of the incineration facility 1. The steel chimney 2 is connected to the induction blower 3 and discharges smoke generated in the incinerator from the upper end opening 21 of the steel chimney 2. The steel chimney 2 and the induction blower 3 are connected by a connecting portion B. The connection part B is a flange joint provided at the end of the duct 20 extending from the steel chimney 2 side, and is joined to the duct 31 extending from the induction blower 3 side by bolts.

FIG. 3B shows the duct 40 of the dust collector 4 in the casing 32 in which the fan of the induction blower 3 is built in as a step 101 (hereinafter simply referred to as “S”; see FIG. 2) for separating the steel chimney 2. Is shown in a connected state. As a method for connecting the dust collector 4, for example, the duct 40 of the dust collector 4 is inserted and attached to an inspection port (not shown) of the casing 32 of the induction blower. The reason is that it is at a distance that effectively enables negative pressure in the chimney, and it is possible to eliminate the need for opening the opening by using fire that induces the resynthesis of dioxins (around 200-400 ° C). Because. Thus, safety of workers, further synthesis of dioxins, and scattering can be prevented. Of course, the duct 40 of the dust collector 4 may be directly attached to the inspection port of the duct 31 for implementation. The dust collector 4 is preferably, for example, an ultra-fine dust countermeasure type dust collector for cleaning in an Ebara furnace called “jet duster EJD5F type” or “JETDUSTER”.
After mounting as described above, the dust collector 4 is started to operate in sub-step 201 (hereinafter abbreviated as SB).

Next, in S102, as shown in FIG. 4, the steel chimney 2 is provided with the suspending means 5 above and below the peripheral side surface. The suspension means 5 is characterized in that it is devised so that it can be applied to the steel chimney 2 prepared on the ground. Specifically, as the suspension means 5A applied to the upper part of the steel chimney 2, circular suspension members 6 fitted to the steel chimney 2 as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 are arranged at substantially equal intervals in the circumferential direction. Four (but not limited to) four ring-shaped wire threading tools 60 are provided. Wires for suspending the steel chimney 2 are broadly divided into an upper wire 11 that is suspended above the suspension member 6 by a hook 15b of the crane 15 and a lower wire 10 that is disposed from the suspension member 6 to the lower end of the chimney, The lower end portion of the upper wire 11 and the upper end portion of the lower wire 10 are connected to the wire threading tool 60. Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 5A and 5B, annular thimbles 11 a and 10 a formed at the ends of the upper wire 11 and the lower wire 10 are passed through the detachable connector 12. It is connected to the tool 60. The connector 12 is, for example, a shackle, a color navigation or the like. The upper wires 11 ... have their upper ends 11a '... hung on the hooks 15b of the boom 15a of the crane 15.

The suspension member 6 is provided with a cover member 7 for sealing the upper end opening 21 of the steel chimney 2 with a wire or a tape material (not shown), and the function of tightening the suspension member 6 to the steel chimney 2 and the same. Fixing means 8 for providing the adhesive function of the sheet material 7 is provided.
Specifically, the fixing means 8 includes a winding machine 80 composed of a receiver control device such as a motor that remotely changes the inner diameter of the suspension member 6 and tightens it to the outer peripheral surface of the steel chimney 2, and a steel chimney. The belt 81 is disposed on the peripheral side surface 2 and flows microwaves or the like by remote control. As shown in FIGS. 6A and 6B, the winding machine 80 is attached to the cut extensions 61 and 61 of the suspension member 6 to change the size of the inner diameter thereof.
A glue-like adhesive is applied to the inside of the cover member 7 provided on the suspension member 6, and the adhesive agent reacts at a low temperature when microwaves flow from the belt 81. This is a construction method in which the cover material 7 is firmly bonded to the steel chimney 2 in combination with the fastening. In other words, it is a method of bonding without using fire. The fixing unit 8 is not limited to this. The fixing unit 8 can be implemented only by the tightening machine 80 when the chimney 2 is light.
Since the suspension means 5A is prepared as described above, it can be entirely done on the ground by lowering the hook 15b of the boom 15a to the height of the operator.

Next, as the hanging means 5B to be applied to the lower part of the steel chimney 2, the shackle 13 attached to the thimble 10a ′ at the lower end of the lower wire 10 hanging downward is shown in detail in FIGS. The steel chimney 2 is attached to the hole 23a of the reinforcing member 23 of the anchor flange 22 at the bottom of the steel chimney 2 so that the steel chimney 2 can be lifted by the crane 15. This work is also done on the ground.

Next, in S103, the suspension member 6 and the cover member 7 of the suspension means 5A prepared on the ground as described above are lifted to a height exceeding the upper end opening 21 of the steel chimney 2 by the boom 15a of the crane 15, and FIG. As shown, the cover material 7 is disposed so as to cover the upper end opening 21.
Then, the dust collector 4 is operated to perform suction, so that the cover material 7 sticks to the peripheral side surface of the steel chimney 2. At this time, a certain degree of adhesive effect can be obtained by the adhesive applied to the inside of the cover material 7. Then, the winding device 80 of the fixing means 8 is operated from the ground by remote control means such as remote control, and the suspension member 6 is fixed to the peripheral side surface of the steel chimney 2 (see FIGS. 6A and 6B). Also, the microwave is generated on the belt 81 by remote operation to promote the adhesion reaction of the adhesive of the cover material 7, and the cover material 7 is securely fixed to the peripheral side surface of the steel chimney 2.
Therefore, the upper and lower suspension means 5A and 5B can be prepared on the ground, and the fixing work of the cover material 7 and the suspension material 6 can be performed from the ground. Can be improved.

Next, in S104, as shown in FIG. 3B, the flange bolt of the connecting part B is fully loosened on the outer peripheral surface of the connecting part B between the duct 20 of the steel chimney 2 and the duct 31 of the induction blower 3. After that, the bellows sheet material 9 is attached with an adhesive tape or the like. Specifically, the sheet material 9 is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the connecting portion B in a bellows shape that allows the sheet to have a margin so that it can be easily separated by a flange joint (connecting portion B).

After preparing as described above, in S105, as shown in FIG. 3C, the dust collector 4 is operated to generate a flow of air downward from the upper end in the chimney to maintain the inside of the chimney in a depressurized state. The chimney 2 and the induction blower 3 are separated by a predetermined distance at the connecting portion B. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 8, when the duct 20 on the steel chimney 2 side is pulled rightward (not shown), or the duct 31 on the induction blower 3 side is pulled leftward and separated from the duct 20. The sheet material 9 covering the portion separated by the suction force of the dust collector 4 contracts. The front and rear of the central portion of the contracted portion are bound to two places by a string or adhesive means, and the middle is cut. The method for cutting the bellows sheet material 9 is not limited to this. Adhesive is applied in advance to the inside of the bellows sheet material 9, and when shrinking, microwaves and the like are irradiated from the outside to cause an adhesion reaction inside to bond. And it is good also as a method of cut | disconnecting the intermediate position of an adhesion part. After the separation of the steel chimney 2, the operation of the dust collector 4 is stopped at SB202.

Next, in S106, the nut of the anchor bolt 24 of the anchor flange 22 of the steel chimney 2 is loosened to separate the chimney 2 from the foundation 14 (see FIG. 4). Then, the steel chimney 2 is lifted and laid down by the crane 15. Incidentally, as shown in FIG. 7B, a bottom plate 25 is provided on the bottom surface of the steel chimney 2, and even if the chimney 2 is laid down, harmful substances such as dioxins and heavy metals may be scattered from the bottom surface. There is no. As described above, the steel chimney 2 is disposed in the management area A shown in FIG.

After that, after the curing 16 covering the entire incineration facility 1 as shown in FIG. 9 is constructed in the management area A, the laid steel chimney 2 is washed and disassembled in S107.
In order to accelerate the construction period, the steel chimney 2 that has been laid down is moved to a dismantling facility in another work place, and cleaning and dismantling work is preferably performed there.

The embodiment of the present invention is not limited to the above, and after the steel chimney 2 is separated from the induction blower 3, work steps such as laying down the steel chimney 2, checking the upper end opening 21, and removing contaminants are performed. Accordingly, it is preferable to connect a small negative pressure dust collector 17 to the opening 21 in order to prevent harmful substances in the steel chimney 2 from being scattered in the atmosphere during each of the above operations. The small-sized negative pressure dust collector 17 includes a built-in fan, a dust collection filter, and a dust collection pipe 17a, and as shown in FIG. 10, is connected to the suspension member 6 as a part of the suspension means 5A described above. The tip of the dust collecting pipe 17a is installed by piercing into a hole provided in the cover material 7. Of course, the dust collecting pipe 17a may be arranged inside the sheet material 7. The dust collector 17 may be placed on the ground without being connected to the suspension member 6 and the pipe 17a may be installed along the chimney 2 from below. The small-sized negative pressure dust collector 17 preferably continues to operate from the time of separation work (S105) to before disassembly.
In this way, the steel chimney 2 can perform safe separation and dismantling work by reliably preventing the scattering of harmful substances even in work processes that occur as appropriate after separation.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to these embodiments and can be implemented in various forms without departing from the gist of the present invention.
