Description
The present invention relates to a power conversion circuit that converts a single-phase alternating current into a symmetric polyphase alternating current.
Matrix converters are known as converters that directly convert power from alternating current to alternating current. Matrix converters are attracting attention because they have higher power conversion efficiency and can be miniaturized compared to conventional power converters that convert alternating current to direct current and then create alternating current, and are currently in the stage of development and commercialization. .
When the load side operates as a voltage source, a method using an inductance as an energy absorbing element is suitable, as in the conventional configuration disclosed in
However, when a capacitor is used as the energy absorbing element, there is a problem that the voltage utilization rate, which is the ratio of the usable voltage to the power supply voltage, becomes small. FIG. 10 shows a graph of change in available voltage in the circuit shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 10, in the circuit shown in FIG. 9, the phase of the capacitor voltage is delayed by π / 4 with respect to the power supply voltage, and there is a time for the maximum usable voltage to decrease. For this reason, the effective voltage value that can actually be used for driving the motor is reduced, and as a result, the voltage utilization rate is reduced.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and is a circuit that converts a single-phase alternating current into a multi-phase alternating current using a matrix converter, and has a power pulsation absorbing circuit that absorbs the power pulsation of the single-phase alternating current. The purpose is to improve the voltage utilization in the power conversion circuit.
The first invention for solving the above-described problems is
The power pulsation of the first single-phase AC power supply circuit (for example, the
Power pulsation of a second single-phase AC power supply circuit (for example,
And a power conversion circuit (for example, the single-phase / four-
According to the first aspect of the invention, the power conversion circuit is configured such that each of the first and second single-phase AC power supply circuits having the same amplitude and the opposite voltage phase has a voltage relative to the power supply voltage of the single-phase AC power supply circuit. The first and second power pulsation absorption circuits whose phases are delayed by π / 4 are connected in series. In this case, when the voltage of the power pulsation absorption circuit is controlled to be √2 times the power supply voltage, the four-phase alternating current output with both ends of each of the power pulsation absorption circuits as the output ends becomes a symmetrical alternating current. Further, since the power pulsations of the first and second single-phase AC power supply circuits are absorbed by the first and second power pulsation absorption circuits, the generated four-phase AC does not include unnecessary power pulsations. . Furthermore, in this case, by using a power pulsation absorption circuit as a capacitor, the fact that the phase of the capacitor voltage is delayed by π / 4 with respect to the power supply voltage can be used effectively, and a drop in voltage between the terminals on the power supply side can be prevented. it can.
The second invention is the power conversion circuit of the first invention,
In the power conversion circuit, the first single-phase AC power supply circuit and the second single-phase AC power supply circuit are commonly grounded.
According to the second aspect of the invention, the first and second single-phase AC power supply circuits are commonly grounded. That is, a symmetrical four-phase alternating current with this ground as a reference potential is generated.
The third invention is
A first single-phase AC power supply circuit (for example, the
One end is connected to one end of the first single-phase AC power supply circuit, the second single unit having a voltage phase opposite to that of the first single-phase AC power supply circuit and an amplitude of (√3−1) / 2 times. A phase AC power supply circuit (for example, the
One end is connected to the other end of the second single-phase AC power supply circuit, absorbs power pulsation of the first and second single-phase AC power supply circuits, and becomes a power supply voltage of the first single-phase AC power supply circuit. A power pulsation absorption circuit (for example,
And a power conversion circuit that outputs symmetrical three-phase alternating current with the both ends of the first single-phase alternating current power supply circuit and the other end of the power pulsation absorbing circuit as output ends (for example, the single-phase / three-phase in FIG. 6) Conversion circuit 40).
According to the third aspect of the invention, the power conversion circuit has one end of the first single-phase AC power supply circuit, the voltage phase is opposite to that of the first single-phase AC power supply circuit, and the amplitude is (√3-1). One end of the second single-phase AC power supply is multiplied by 2 times, and the voltage phase is π / 4 with respect to the power supply voltage of the first single-phase AC power supply circuit at the other end of the second single-phase AC power supply. One end of a power pulsation absorbing circuit having a delay and an amplitude of √6 / 2 is connected. For this reason, the three-phase alternating current output using the both ends of the first single-phase alternating current power supply circuit and the other end of the power pulsation absorbing circuit as output ends is a symmetrical alternating current. Moreover, since the power pulsation of each of the first and second single-phase AC power supply circuits is absorbed by the power pulsation absorption circuit, the generated symmetrical three-phase AC does not include unnecessary power pulsation.
A fourth invention is a power conversion circuit according to the third invention, wherein both ends of the first single-phase AC power supply circuit and the other end of the power pulsation absorption circuit are connected via a grounding resistor. The power conversion circuit is commonly grounded.
According to the fourth aspect of the invention, both ends of the first single-phase AC power supply circuit and the other end of the power pulsation absorption circuit are commonly grounded via the grounding resistor. That is, the three output terminals are commonly grounded via the grounding resistor.
A fifth invention is the power conversion circuit of any one of the first to fourth inventions,
A transformer circuit (for example,
The first and second single-phase AC power supply circuits are power conversion circuits (for example, the single-phase / four-
According to the fifth aspect of the invention, the first and second single-phase AC power supply circuits transform the single-phase voltage supplied from the single-phase power supply line and output the normal-phase and reverse-phase single-phase voltages. It consists of a secondary circuit of the circuit. That is, a transformer circuit can be used as the single-phase AC power supply circuit.

The sixth invention is:

According to the sixth aspect of the invention, in the single-phase / three-phase power conversion circuit, the symmetric polyphase alternating current output from the above-described power conversion circuit is converted into a predetermined symmetric three-phase alternating current by the matrix converter circuit and output. The When a single-phase alternating current is directly converted into a multi-phase alternating current using a matrix converter, a power pulsation having a frequency corresponding to the single-phase alternating current is generated in the converted multi-phase alternating current. However, as in the sixth aspect of the invention, first, in the power conversion circuit that converts single-phase alternating current into symmetrical multi-phase alternating current, the single-phase alternating current is converted into symmetrical multi-phase alternating current, and the single-phase alternating current is converted by the power pulsation absorbing circuit. Therefore, the symmetric three-phase alternating current converted by the matrix converter circuit does not include unnecessary power pulsation.
According to the present invention, in a power conversion circuit that converts a single-phase alternating current into a symmetrical multi-phase alternating current (specifically, a symmetrical four-phase alternating current or a symmetrical three-phase alternating current), the power pulsating circuit that absorbs the power pulsation is provided. Therefore, it can be converted into a symmetrical polyphase alternating current that does not include unnecessary power pulsation, and the voltage utilization rate can be improved.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a diagram illustrating a circuit configuration of a

FIG. 2 is an explanatory diagram of the principle of generating symmetric four-phase power in the single-phase / four-
In the figure, when the connection point (grounding point) of the
The
The switching
FIG. 3 shows a list of switching patterns used in the present embodiment. Although there are many ON / OFF combinations of the bidirectional switches S of the
As shown in the figure, the switching patterns are classified into the following four types of patterns (1) to (4) when attention is paid to the output voltage on the load side. (1) A pattern in which the terminals u, v, and w on the load side are all connected to any one of the terminals a, b, c, and d on the same power source, and a zero voltage vector is output to the load side. 2) Of the three terminals u, v, and w on the load side, two terminals u and v are connected to any one of the same power source terminals a to d, and the remaining one terminal w is the other power source. A pattern in which the voltage between the terminals uv is zero when connected to any one of the terminals a to d on the side, (3) two terminals v, w of the three terminals u, v, w on the load side are the same Is connected to any one of the power source side terminals a to d, and the remaining one terminal u is connected to any one of the other power source side terminals a to d so that the voltage between the terminals vw becomes zero. (4) Of the three terminals u, v, and w on the load side, two terminals w and u are connected to any one of the terminals a to d on the same power source side. It is, with the remaining one terminal v thereof is connected to one of the other power supply side terminal to d, a pattern, the voltage across the terminals wu becomes zero. Further, when attention is paid to the connection from the load side to the power source side, the patterns (2) to (4) indicate that the terminals u, v, and w on the load side are connected to the terminals a and c on the power source side, respectively. Direct connection "and load side terminals u, v, and w are connected to power supply side terminals b and d.
These two types of carriers f a and f b are selectively used depending on whether they are “direct power supply connection” or “connection via a capacitor”. Specifically, the load-side terminals u, v, w of the power supply terminal a, the "power directly connected" is connected to c, one of the carrier f a is used, the load-side terminals u, v, In the “connection via a capacitor” in which w is connected to the terminals b and d on the power supply side, the other carrier f b is used. That is, the switches S au , S av , S aw that connect the terminal a and the terminals u, v, w, and the switches S cu , S cv , S cw that connect the terminal c and the terminals u, v, w. is switching-controlled by comparing the duty factor d as the power supply for direct connection carrier f a. The switches S bu , S bv , S bw connecting the terminal b and the terminals u, v, w, and the switches S du , S dv , S dw connecting the terminal d and the terminals u, v, w are are switching-controlled by comparing the duty factor d and the carrier f b for via capacitor. In this way, a short circuit of the power supply is prevented by making the phase of the carrier f used when the power supply is directly connected and through the capacitor different by 180 degrees.

In this way, any one of the four bidirectional switches S au , S bu , S cu , and S du for the u phase is turned ON, and the bidirectional switch S au or the bidirectional switch S cu is turned ON. And a period in which the bidirectional switch Sbu or the bidirectional switch Sdu is turned on alternately appear with a zero voltage vector output period in between.

[Modification]
In addition, the applicable embodiment of this invention is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiment, It can change suitably in the range which does not deviate from the meaning of this invention.
(A) Single-phase / four-phase conversion circuit For example, the single-phase / four-
For example, FIG. 6 shows an example of a “single-phase / three-phase conversion circuit” that converts single-phase alternating current into symmetrical three-phase alternating current. 2A is a circuit configuration diagram of the single-phase / three-
According to FIG. 2A, the single-phase / three-
