Claims (4)
- 重油を燃焼させることで発生する燃焼ガスにより過熱される、船舶の主ボイラに備えられた過熱器管の腐食による減肉速度を推定する腐食速度推定方法であって、
前記燃焼ガスのガス温度と、過熱される前記過熱器管の管温度と、前記過熱器管の材質に関する係数と、前記燃焼ガス中における腐食主要元素濃度とを各種腐食因子とし、重回帰分析により得られると共に前記各種腐食因子を変数とする推定式から、前記減肉速度を算出することを特徴とする腐食速度推定方法。 - 前記船舶の主ボイラは、燃料として気化ガスを使用可能に構成され、運転状況に応じて重油または気化ガスを選択的に使用しており、
前記各種腐食因子として、一定運転時間当たりに使用される重油の使用比率をさらに加えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の腐食速度推定方法。 - 前記各種腐食因子として、前記船舶の主ボイラの使用運転状況に関する各種運転因子をさらに加えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の腐食速度推定方法。
- 前記各種運転因子は、前記船舶の主ボイラの平均運転負荷、前記船舶の主ボイラに設けられたバーナーの使用本数、重油の燃焼により生成される灰の付着速度、前記過熱器管の腐食を抑制するために添加される防食添加剤の添加量、または燃焼時に供給される酸素の供給量であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の腐食速度推定方法。
