Claims (11)
- 植え込み型のハウジングと、

前記リード本体に接続された少なくとも1つの心臓電極と、
前記リード本体によって支持された少なくとも1つのセンサーであって、局所的な心臓壁のストレスを検出して、隣接する心臓壁部位における心臓組織と比較して大きなストレスを示す心臓壁部位の近傍に前記心臓電極が植え込まれる前に、前記心臓電極を配置するために用いられる情報を提供する前記センサーとを備え、
前記回路が、少なくとも前記センサーにより提供された情報に基づいて、隣接する心臓壁部位における心臓組織と比較して大きなストレスを示す心臓壁部位における心臓組織の特性を検出するように構成され、
前記エネルギー送達回路が、前記隣接する心臓壁部位における心臓組織と比較して大きなストレスを示す心臓壁部位として示された前記心臓壁部位でのストレスを緩和するために、早期興奮刺激を前記心臓壁部位に送達するのを調整するように構成された心臓用システム。 - 前記エネルギー送達回路が、内因性伝導に先立って、早期興奮刺激を前記心臓壁部位に送達するのを調整するように構成されている請求項1に記載の心臓用システム。
- 前記エネルギー送達回路が、ペーシングパルスの送達に先立って早期興奮刺激を前記心臓壁部位に送達するのを調整するように構成されている請求項1に記載の心臓用システム。
- 前記エネルギー送達回路が、心房感知または心房ペーシングイベントに応じて、早期興奮刺激を前記心臓壁部位に送達するのを調整するように構成されている請求項1に記載の
心臓用システム。 - 前記ハウジングの中あるいは上に配置され、かつ前記エネルギー送達回路に接続された活動センサーをさらに備え、前記エネルギー送達回路が、前記活動センサーから受け取られる代謝要求を支持する信号に応じて、ペーシング治療で調節を行うように構成された請求項1に記載の心臓用システム。
- 前記ハウジングの中あるいは上に配置され、かつ前記エネルギー送達回路に接続された活動センサーをさらに備え、前記エネルギー送達回路が、代謝要求を表現する前記活動センサーによって測定された活動レベルに基づいて、心臓壁部位における早期興奮刺激を調節するように構成された請求項1に記載の心臓用システム。
- 前記エネルギー送達回路が、心臓リモデリングを治療するために前記心臓壁部位のストレスを変化させるために、前記リードの電極を用いて、前記隣接する心臓壁部位と比較して早期の興奮刺激を前記心臓壁部位に送達するように構成された請求項1に記載の心臓用システム。
- 植え込み型のハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内に提供された回路と、
前記回路に接続されたリードとを備える心臓用システムであって、
前記リードが、
リード本体と、
前記リード本体に接続された少なくとも1つの心臓電極と、
前記リード本体によって支持された少なくとも1つのセンサーであって、局所的な心臓壁のストレスを検出して、隣接する心臓壁部位における心臓組織と比較して大きなストレスを示す心臓壁部位の近傍に前記心臓電極が植え込まれる前に、前記心臓電極を配置するために用いられる情報を提供する前記センサーとを備え、
前記回路が、少なくとも前記センサーにより提供された情報に基づいて、隣接する心臓壁部位における心臓組織と比較して大きなストレスを示す心臓壁部位における心臓組織の特性を検出するように構成された心臓用システム。 - 前記回路によって検出される前記心臓組織の特性が、前記心臓組織の活性化特性、前記心臓組織の1つ以上の電気生理学的特性、前記心臓組織の非同期性脱分極特性、及び前記心臓組織の複素インピーダンス特性の内の少なくとも1つを含む請求項1又は請求項8に記載の心臓用システム。
- 前記センサーが心臓壁の動きを検出するように構成された請求項1又は請求項8に記載の心臓用システム。
- 前記センサーが、加速度計、歪計、及び超音波速度計の内の少なくとも1つを備える請求項1又は請求項8に記載の心臓用システム。
