Description
(1)栽培時の脱粒を心配すること無く糖度を上昇させることができ、安定した完熟ブドウの提供が可能になる。
(2)完熟とあいまって、果粒の間が適当に離れた適粒が思い切ってできるので、日光や風当たりのよい更に美味しいブドウが収穫できる。
(3)袋状ネットによる包装は簡単であり、且つそのまま蔓(主穂軸)や房に付けたまま収穫、販売流通でき、美味しく完熟させたブドウの実の脱粒防止が確実に図れ、商品価値の大幅な増加を図ることができる。
(4)収穫時に、主穂軸を長目にして袋状ネットの上部と結束すると、取り扱い時に主穂軸部分を把持できるので、果粒に触ることなく房の持ち運びができてこの点でも脱粒防止になる。
(5)袋状ネットで房の形に沿った包装ができるので、房の形が崩れず脱粒し難いし、例え脱粒してもネット内部で保持されているので房の形を保ったまま止まっている。
(6)ネットを被せても中のブドウの粒がよく見える。

Claims (2)
- 出荷基準の糖度に至るか或いはその前後数日の間に、ジベレリン処理で無核化したブドウの房の下方から伸縮性のあるブドウの房に比べて小さめの袋状ネットを伸ばして房全体を締めつけるようにして包み被せ、振動による脱粒防止と脱粒した粒の元の位置での把持をなさしめ、その状態でさらに数日ないし十数日間房を樹上に留め、完熟後に房を袋状ネットで包装したまま収穫して出荷することを特徴とする完熟ブドウの収穫方法。
- 出荷基準の糖度を越えて成熟したジベレリン処理で無核化したブドウの房であって、出荷基準の糖度程度の糖度のブドウの房をブドウの房に比べて小さめの袋状ネットで締めつけるようにして包装し、振動による脱粒防止と脱粒した粒の元の位置での把持をなさしめ、出荷基準の糖度を越えて成熟した状態で出荷することを特徴とする完熟包装ブドウ。
