Claims (8)
- ダブテール(16)に対して一体形に結合されたプラットフォーム(14)からスパンにわたって延びる翼形部(12)を有するタービンロータブレード(10)を鋳造するための鋳造中子(36)であって、
スパンにわたって延びて前記翼形部(12)内の冷却チャネル(3〜7)に対応する複数の翼弦方向に隣接する一次及び二次ロッド部(38、40)と、
一次ロッド部(38)に結合されかつ複数の二次ロッド部(40)の下方に間隔を置いて配置されて前記ダブテール(16)内の入口チャネル(34)に対応するシャンク部(44)と、
前記シャンク部(44)に対して一体形に結合されかつ前記二次ロッド部(40)の手前まで延びるバルブ部(46)と、
前記バルブ部(46)において互いに集合されかつ外向きに放射状に延びて前記二次ロッド部(40)のうちの異なる二次ロッド部と一体形に結合する複数のスタブ部(48)と、
を含み、
前記バルブ部(46)が、前記入口チャネル(34)の側壁内のポケット(56)に対応し、
前記スタブ部(48)が、円錐状であり、前記ポケット(56)から放射状に延びかつ前記二次ロッド部(40)までその面積が減少するシュート(58)に対応し、
前記スタブ部(48)が、前記バルブ部(46)との間のより薄いウェブ部(62)において該バルブ部(46)に滑らかに連続し、
前記より薄いウェブ部(62)が、前記ポケット(56)の周りの前記ダブテール(16)内の局所的により厚い金属に対応する
ことを特徴とする、中子。 - 前記シャンク部(44)が、前記二次ロッド部(40)の下方でスパン方向に整列しかつ前記一次ロッド部(38)との間の一体形の翼厚方向レッジ部(64)によって該一次ロッド部(38)から翼弦方向にオフセットされ、
前記バルブ部(46)及びスタブ部(48)が、前記レッジ部(64)との統合型のブリッジとして該レッジ部(64)から上向きに延びる、
請求項1記載の中子。 - 前記ウェブ部(62)が、前記スタブ部(48)間で翼弦方向に凹状であり、
前記バルブ部(46)が、前記スタブ部(48)において、前記シャンク部(44)と前記二次ロッド部(40)との間のほぼ中間の高さで終端する、
請求項2記載の中子。
- 前記一次ロッド部(38)に対して一体形に端部間結合されて5脚蛇行構成を形成した前記二次ロッド部(40)の4つをさらに含み、
前記バルブ部(46)及び2つの集合スタブ部(48)が、前記二次ロッド部(40)の底部にある2つの対応する屈曲部(66)において該二次ロッド部(40)を一体形に支持する、
請求項3記載の中子。 - 前記2つのスタブ部(48)が、他の2つの二次ロッド部(40)から翼弦方向にオフセットした2つの直接隣接する二次ロッド部(40)の下方で前記2つの屈曲部(66)と結合する、請求項4記載の中子。
- 前記一次ロッド部(38)に対して一体形に端部間結合されて3脚蛇行構成を形成した前記二次ロッド部(40)の2つと、
前記蛇行構成における前記二次ロッド部(40)のうちの対応する二次ロッド部から隔てられた該二次ロッド部(40)の別の2つと、をさらに含み、
前記バルブ部(46)及び3つの集合スタブ部(48)が、前記蛇行二次ロッド部(40)の底部にある対応する屈曲部(66)において該蛇行二次ロッド部(40)を一体形に支持し、かつ前記隔てられた二次ロッド部(40)の底部において該隔てられた二次ロッド部(40)を支持する、
請求項2記載の中子。 - 前記3つのスタブ部(48)が、前記バルブ部(46)の上方で三角形構成として互いに分岐して広がる、請求項6記載の中子。
- 前記中子シャンク部(44)、バルブ部(46)及びスタブ部(48)を囲む前記ダブテール(16)に対して一体形に結合された前記プラットフォーム(14)から延びかつ前記一次及び二次ロッド部(38、40)を囲む前記タービン翼形部(12)の形態として該中子の周りに金属鋳造品をさらに含む、請求項2記載の中子。
