Description
Claims (6)
- 偏心部を有するモータ側回転部材を回転駆動するモータ部と、
前記モータ側回転部材の回転を減速して出力側回転部材に伝達する減速部と、
前記モータ部および前記減速部を保持するケーシングとを備え、
前記減速部は、
前記偏心部を挿通する貫通孔を有し、前記モータ側回転部材の回転に伴ってその回転軸心を中心とする公転運動を行う複数の公転部材と、
前記ケーシングに固定され、前記公転部材の外周部に係合して前記公転部材の自転運動を生じさせる複数の外周係合部材と、
前記公転部材の自転運動を前記モータ側回転部材の回転軸心を中心とする回転運動に変換して前記出力側回転部材に伝達する運動変換機構とを含み、
前記運動変換機構は、
前記出力側回転部材に設けられた複数の内ピンと、
前記複数の公転部材それぞれに形成され、前記内ピンの外径より所定分だけ径が大きく前記複数の内ピンを受入れる穴と、
前記内ピンの前記複数の公転部材それぞれの前記穴に対面する位置に配置される複数の内ピンカラーと、
前記複数の内ピンを受け入れる複数の貫通孔、および前記貫通孔と内周面とを連通する通路を有し、隣接する前記内ピンカラーの間に配置されるリング形状のセンタカラーとを含む、モータ駆動装置。 - 前記センタカラーは、その外周面から径方向外側に突出し、隣接する前記公転部材の端面それぞれに当接して前記公転部材の傾きを防止する公転部材支持部を有する、請求項1に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記センタカラーは、樹脂材料で形成されている、請求項1または2に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 前記モータ側回転部材の内部に設けられる潤滑油路と、
前記潤滑油路から前記モータ側回転部材の外径面に向かって延びる潤滑油供給口と、
前記ケーシングに設けられ、前記減速部から潤滑油を排出する潤滑油排出口と、
前記潤滑油排出口と前記潤滑油路とを接続し、前記潤滑油排出口から排出された潤滑油を前記潤滑油路に還流する循環油路とを備える、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のモータ駆動装置。 - 前記ケーシング内に配置され、前記出力側回転部材の回転を利用して潤滑油を循環させる回転ポンプをさらに備える、請求項4に記載のモータ駆動装置。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載のモータ駆動装置と、
前記出力側回転部材としての車輪側回転部材に固定連結された車輪ハブとを備える、インホイールモータ駆動装置。
