Description
Claims (6)
- 多孔質微細構造を有する未焼結セラミック材料からなるセラミック被覆膜(26)を具備する部品(10)であって、
前記セラミック材料が、安定剤としての6〜12重量%の少なくとも1種類の希土類金属酸化物と、2〜4重量%のチタニアと、任意に含有される8重量%までのイットリアと、残部のジルコニアとから構成されており、前記希土類金属酸化物及び前記チタニアが、前記被覆膜(26)中に50体積%以上の正方晶系結晶相を形成する量で存在しており、前記少なくとも1種類の希土類金属酸化物が、ランタン、セリウム、ネオジム、ユーロピウム、ガドリニウム、エルビウム、ジスプロシウム及びイッテルビウムの酸化物より成る群から選択される、部品(10)。 - 前記セラミック材料が、10重量%超12重量%以下の前記少なくとも1種類の希土類金属酸化物を含有する、請求項1記載の部品(10)。
- 前記セラミック材料が2〜3重量%のチタニアを含有する、請求項1又は請求項2記載の部品(10)。
- 前記正方晶系結晶相が前記多孔質微細構造の80体積%以上を構成する、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1項記載の部品(10)。
- 前記セラミック材料がイットリアを含有する、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1項記載の部品(10)。
- 前記部品(10)がガスタービンエンジン部品(10)である、請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1項記載の部品(10)。
