Claims (3)
- 基板上に一対の電極と前記電極間に挟持され少なくとも発光層を有する有機層とを備える積層体を形成してなり、前記基板と反対方向から表示光を出射する有機ELパネルであって、
前記積層体を気密的に覆うように前記基板上に配置される封止部材と、前記基板と前記封止部材とで形成される封止空間内に充填される不活性液体と、前記不活性液体中に添加され紫外線吸収機能を有する材料からなる紫外線吸収性粉粒体と、を備えてなることを特徴とする有機ELパネル。 - 前記紫外線吸収性粉粒体は、透光性であり紫外線によって変形及び変色しない材料からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機ELパネル。
- 前記積層体を覆うように形成される応力緩和膜と、前記応力緩和膜を覆うように形成される保護膜と、を備えてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の有機ELパネル。
