Claims (7)
- 網目状の気孔(14)を含む第1カーボン発泡体層(11)と、
網目状の気孔を含む第2カーボン発泡体層(13)と、
前記第1及び第2カーボン発泡体層の間に配設された中間結合層(12)と、
を含む鉛酸バッテリ用集電体に使用する複合材料(10)であって、
前記中間結合層が、前記第1カーボン発泡体層の少なくともいくつかの前記気孔に、その平均気孔サイズと等しいか又は深い深さで浸透すると共に、前記第2カーボン発泡体層の少なくともいくつかの前記気孔に、その平均気孔サイズと等しいか又は深い深さで浸透することを特徴とする複合材料(10)。 - 前記中間結合層が、絶縁材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 前記中間結合層が、導電材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 前記第1及び第2カーボン発泡体層は、それぞれ0.25mmから2.0mmの間の平均気孔サイズを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複合材料。
- 請求項1に記載の複合材料と、
前記第1カーボン発泡体層と前記第2カーボン発泡体層の間に配設した少なくとも1つの電気接続要素(21)と、
を含むことを特徴とする鉛酸バッテリ(100)用集電体(2)。 - ハウジング(110)と、
該ハウジングの外部の陽極端子(120)及び陰極端子(120)と、
前記ハウジング内に配設され、少なくとも1つの前記陽極端子と陰極端子にそれぞれ接続された少なくとも1つの陽極板と少なくとも1つの陰極板を含んだ少なくとも1つのセル(130)と、
前記陽極板と陰極板との間の容積を充填する電解液とを含み、
前記少なくとも1つの陽極板は、第1及び第2カーボン両発泡体層の少なくともいくつかの気孔に化学的に活性なペーストが浸み込むように前記第1及び第2カーボン発泡体層に配設した前記化学的に活性なペーストを有する請求項5に記載の集電体を含むことを特徴とする鉛酸バッテリ(100)。 - 鉛酸バッテリ用集電体に使用する複合材料(10)の製造方法であって、
網目状の気孔(14)を含むシート状の第1カーボン発泡体(11)を準備し、
前記第1カーボン発泡体に結合材料層(12)を充当し、
積層構造を形成するために前記結合材料層上に、網目状の気孔を含むシート状の第2カーボン発泡体(13)を設置し、
前記積層構造を加熱し、
前記第1及び第2カーボン発泡体の前記気孔内への前記結合材料の浸透を促進するために前記結合材料層を軟化させ、前記積層構造を加圧することを特徴とする複合材料の製造方法。
