Claims (4)
- 車両に設けられ、車室内の音を制御する音制御装置であって、
エンジン音を検出する検出手段と、
エンジン回転数に基づいて、前記検出手段により検出されたエンジン音と逆相となるエンジン音をキャンセルするキャンセル音に対応する信号と、擬似エンジン音に対応する信号とを選択的に生成する音信号生成手段と、
前記音信号生成手段により生成された前記キャンセル音に対応する信号と、前記擬似エンジン音に対応する信号とを入力し、前記キャンセル音に対応する信号のみを減衰させる減衰手段とを有し、
前記音信号生成手段は、エンジン回転数が第1の範囲である場合に、信号のレベルがn倍となるキャンセル音に対応する信号を生成し、エンジン回転数が前記第1の範囲と重複しない第2の範囲である場合に、前記擬似エンジン音に対応する信号を生成し、
前記減衰手段は、前記キャンセル音に対応する信号を1/nに減衰する、音制御装置。 - 前記エンジン回転数に基づいて、前記減衰手段の動作を制御する制御手段を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の音制御装置。
- 前記減衰手段は、一端が前記音信号生成手段の出力端に接続され、他端が接地されたスイッチを有し、
前記制御手段は、前記音信号生成手段により生成された前記キャンセル音に対応する信号を減衰させる場合に、前記スイッチをオン状態とすることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の音制御装置。 - 前記音信号生成手段は、エンジン回転数に対応する周波数とレベルの関係を規定したテーブルを記憶し、前記テーブルを参照し周波数とレベルにより特定される擬似エンジン音に対応する信号を生成する、請求項1ないし3いずれか1つに記載の音制御装置。
