Claims (3)
- 浄化に供される流体と接触させる光触媒を励起するための光源を複数有し、前記いくつかの光源は他のいくつかの光源と周期的な点滅の位相がずれるように点滅させる光触媒励起方法であって、
前記光源は発光ダイオード、ブラックライト、冷陰極ランプのいずれかであり、
前記光触媒はルチル型、ブルックカイト型の酸化チタン、この酸化チタンに窒素や硫黄をドープした可視光応答型光触媒、アナターゼ型酸化チタンに酸素欠損を導入した可視光応答型光触媒のいずれかであり、
前記光源が周期的に点滅するときのDuty比は50%以上であること及び周波数は2kHz未満であること
を特徴とする光触媒励起方法。 - 前記複数の光源を二つの群に分け、同一群の光源は同位相で点滅し、一方の光源群と他方の光源群との周期的な点滅の位相差は180度であること及び周波数は20Hz〜2kHzであること
を特徴とする請求項1に記載の光触媒励起方法。 - 前記複数の光源は二次元的に配置されたこと
を特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の光触媒励起方法。
