Description

The present invention relates to an insect trapping adhesive sheet. More specifically, the present invention has an insecticide-use pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one surface of the substrate sheet, can efficiently kill flying insects, and has good processability and storage stability. The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for trapping that is excellent in ultraviolet-ray permeability and UV-resistant deterioration, which can be suitably used for a sheet, in particular, an ultraviolet-induced insect trap.

Conventionally, fly paper has been used to control flying insects such as flies. This fly paper was formed by applying an adhesive to the surface, and it was installed in a place where flies were likely to occur, and it captured the flies due to the stickiness of the surface. Due to the problem of few types, the frequency of use is decreasing year by year, and in recent years, disinfecting methods using an insecticide have become mainstream. However, in this method of spraying an insecticide, although the effect on flying pests is sufficient, on the other hand, it gives undesired biological activity and chemical characteristics to the sprayed soil and plants, There are problems such as adversely affecting the natural environment and the human body. Therefore, recently, adhesive traps such as fly paper that can capture pests without adversely affecting the natural environment and human body have been reviewed. For example, the molecular weight is 10,000 to 500,000 and the degree of unsaturation Is a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition comprising a polymer elastomer having a molecular weight of 5 mol% or less and a softening agent having a molecular weight of 100 to 10,000, the displacement rate at a load of 10 g / cm 2 is 1 mm / min or less, and the load is 50 g / min. A pressure-sensitive adhesive composition for killing flying insects, characterized in that the displacement speed at cm 2 is 1 mm / min or more (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
On the other hand, in plants in various industries, various measures are taken because the mixture of pests into products is a serious problem. Among them, an ultraviolet attracting type insect trap utilizing the habit of insect phototaxis is known (for example, see Patent Document 2).
This ultraviolet attracting type insect trap has been widely used from the viewpoints of high trapping property, no scattering of dead bodies as seen in electric shock killers, and easy maintenance. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet used in this insect trapping device includes ultraviolet transmittance and resistance to ultraviolet deterioration as required performance in consideration of insect attracting property by ultraviolet rays. In addition, since flying insect pests that are relatively light in weight are targeted, it is common to use an adhesive that has a very low cohesive force. However, since the cohesive force is very low, it is inferior in terms of workability and storage stability, and the problem of cohesive failure of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer when exfoliating the pressure-sensitive adhesive from the roll end surface or peeling from the release sheet has been a problem.
In addition, the technique in the said patent document 1 is not a technique which can be applied to an ultraviolet attracting type insect trap.
Japanese Patent No. 3183976 Utility Model Registration No. 3023917

Under such circumstances, the present invention has a pesticide-use pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one side of the base sheet, and can efficiently kill flying pests, and has processability and storage stability. According to the present invention, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for insect trapping has an adhesive layer for trapping insects on one side of the base sheet, can efficiently kill flying insects, and has good processability and storage stability. In particular, it is possible to provide an insect trapping pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet that is suitable for use in an ultraviolet attracting type insect trap and is excellent in UV transmittance and UV resistance.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet for trapping insects according to the present invention is a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer containing a polyolefin polymer elastomer and a hydrogenation-treated tackifier having a softening point of 85 ° C. or higher on one surface of a base sheet. .
Although there is no restriction | limiting in particular in the kind of base material sheet in the adhesive sheet for insect traps of this invention, Considering the application to an ultraviolet attracting type insect trap, the transmittance | permeability with respect to the ultraviolet light which has an emission peak in the wavelength range of 340-440 nm Are preferable. For example, polyolefin films such as polyethylene resins and polypropylene resins, polybutylene terephthalate resins, polyester resins such as polyethylene terephthalate resins, plastic films such as polystyrene resins and vinyl chloride resins, sheets, and plastic films made of a mixture or laminate of these resins , Sheets and the like. These substrate sheets may be unstretched, or may be stretched in the longitudinal or lateral uniaxial direction or the biaxial direction. Furthermore, ultraviolet absorbers, light stabilizers, antioxidants, antistatic agents, slip agents, antiblocking agents and the like other than those described above may be contained.

In addition, the base sheet may be subjected to a surface treatment such as an oxidation method or a concavo-convex method, if desired, in order to improve the adhesion with the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on the base sheet as long as the performance is not impaired. it can. Examples of the oxidation method include, but are not limited to, corona discharge treatment method, chromic acid oxidation (wet), flame treatment, hot air treatment, ozone plasma irradiation treatment, and the like. Although not limited, for example, a sand blasting method, a solvent processing method and the like can be mentioned. These surface treatment methods are appropriately selected depending on the type of the base sheet, but generally, a corona discharge treatment method is preferably used from the viewpoints of effects and operability. Moreover, primer treatment can also be performed.
Although there is no restriction | limiting in particular in the thickness of the said base material sheet, From viewpoints, such as the ultraviolet-ray transmittance of the said wavelength range, and moderate rigidity, it is about 10-250 micrometers normally, Preferably it is 20-150 micrometers.

In the insect trapping pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on one surface of the substrate sheet contains a polyolefin-based polymer elastomer and a tackifier as essential components.
Examples of the polyolefin polymer elastomer include ethylene-propylene copolymer, polybutene, polyisobutylene, and the like. These may be used alone or in combination of two or more. Polybutene and polyisobutylene are particularly preferable from the viewpoint of exhibiting excellent capturing ability against flying insect pests.
On the other hand, as the tackifier, those subjected to hydrogenation treatment with a softening point of 85 ° C. or higher are used. With a tackifier having a softening point of less than 85 ° C., it is difficult to obtain a product with good processability, and when the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is peeled off from the release sheet, a problem such as causing cohesive failure of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is likely to occur. The softening point of the tackifier is preferably 100 ° C or higher, more preferably 110 ° C or higher. The upper limit is not particularly limited, but is usually about 150 ° C.
Further, the tackifier needs to be hydrogenated. When a tackifier that has not been subjected to hydrogenation treatment is used, when applied to an ultraviolet attracting type insect trap, the tackifier deteriorates due to ultraviolet light, and as a result, the adhesive layer hardens and captures flying insects. Decreases.

Examples of hydrogenated tackifiers include hydrogenated rosin tackifiers, hydrogenated terpene tackifiers, hydrogenated petroleum resin tackifiers, and the like. These tackifiers may be used alone or in combination of two or more, but among these, the hydrogenated petroleum resin tackifier is deteriorated by ultraviolet light. Less suitable.
In the insect trapping pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention, the content of the tackifier in the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is preferably 20 parts by mass or more and less than 80 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyolefin polymer elastomer. When the content of the tackifier is less than 20 parts by mass, it is easy to cause cohesive failure of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer when the adhesive sheet is peeled off from the release sheet, or to decrease storage stability. On the other hand, 80 parts by mass or more When it is, when it applies to the insect trapping fall and an ultraviolet attracting type insect trap, the adhesive layer is easily cured by ultraviolet light. The more preferable content of the tackifier is 25 to 75 parts by mass.
The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer in the insect trapping pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention is an ultraviolet absorber other than the wavelength region of 340 to 440 nm, a light stabilizer, an antioxidant, and an antiseptic, as necessary, as long as the effects of the present invention are not impaired. Further, rust inhibitors, plasticizers, fillers such as inorganic powder and metal powder, various known additives such as colorants, or attractants such as pheromones can be contained.

Next, a method for forming the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on one surface of the base sheet will be described.
First, a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing the polyolefin polymer elastomer and a hydrogenation-treated tackifier having a softening point of 85 ° C. or higher in a predetermined ratio, and optionally containing the various additives. Prepare. In addition, in preparation of this adhesive composition, you may carry out without a solvent and can contain a suitable solvent suitably as needed.
Next, the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition thus prepared is hot-melted in the absence of a solvent, and is applied to one surface of the base sheet and cooled and solidified to form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. When the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is diluted with a solvent, the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is applied to one surface of the substrate sheet and dried to form a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The method for applying the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition to one surface of the substrate sheet is not particularly limited, and a conventionally known coating apparatus can be used. For example, a knife coater, a roll coater, a roll knife coater, an air knife coater, Examples thereof include a method using a coating apparatus such as a bar coater, a die coater, a curtain coater, or a gravure coater.
Although there is no restriction | limiting in particular in the thickness of an adhesive layer, Usually, it is 10-200 micrometers, Preferably it is 15-150 micrometers, More preferably, it is 20-100 micrometers.
A release sheet can be provided as desired on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer thus formed.
As another method, the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition is applied to the release treatment surface of the release sheet, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer having the thickness is formed on the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. A method of bonding the base sheet can also be used.

Examples of the release sheet include high-density base paper such as glassine paper, clay-coated paper, kraft paper, high-quality paper, or laminated paper obtained by laminating polyethylene resin to these paper, or polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylene naphthalate. A release film such as a fluororesin or a silicone resin is applied to a plastic film such as polyolefin so that the dry mass is about 0.1 to 3 g / m 2 , and a release layer is provided by heat curing or ultraviolet curing. Etc. Although there is no restriction | limiting in particular about the thickness of this peeling sheet, Usually, it is the range of 25-200 micrometers.
In the insect trapping pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention, it is necessary that the shearing force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer when the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer surfaces of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet are superposed is 12 to 80 N / 35 mm × 35 mm. When this shearing force is less than 12 N / 35 mm × 35 mm, the storage stability such as cohesive failure of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer when the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet is peeled off from the release sheet, or exudation of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is inferior, while 80 N / 35 mm × 35 mm is used. If it exceeds, the insect trapping property becomes worse. A preferable shearing force is 15 to 70 N / 35 mm × 35 mm. The shearing force is a value measured before the insect trapping adhesive sheet is exposed to ultraviolet rays.
The insect trapping pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention may be installed in an appropriate place to capture flying insects. However, as shown below, the insect trapping adhesive sheet is applied to an ultraviolet attracting insect trap and captures phototactic insects. It is preferable.
In this case, the minimum value of ultraviolet transmittance at a wavelength of 340 to 440 nm in the insect trapping pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet of the present invention is 70% or more, and an ultraviolet having an emission peak in a wavelength region of 340 to 440 nm from the back surface (base material sheet) side. It is possible to use a method of transmitting light and attracting / capturing phototactic pests on the surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer.
If the ultraviolet transmittance is less than 70%, the attracting property is lowered, and the physical properties are easily lowered by ultraviolet rays. The ultraviolet transmittance is preferably 80% or more.
Specifically, the insect trap sheet of the present invention is placed on the front side of the insect trap column and the like, which is a vertical trap light source that emits ultraviolet light having an emission peak in the wavelength region of 340 to 440 nm. By using double-sided adhesive tape, etc., the photo-grown pests are captured.

EXAMPLES Next, although an Example demonstrates this invention further in detail, this invention is not limited at all by these examples.
In addition, the performance of the adhesive sheet obtained in each example was evaluated according to the method shown below.
(1) Peelability Based on JIS Z 0237, the adhesive sheet having a width of 50 mm was peeled from the release sheet by 180 ° at a peeling speed of 10 m / min, and the peeling force was measured.
(2) Ultraviolet transmittance The release sheet is peeled off from the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, and this sample has an ultraviolet transmittance of a wavelength of 340 to 440 nm using an ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer [manufactured by Shimadzu Corporation, model name “UV-3101PC”]. The minimum value was measured.
(3) Shear force Under the environment of 23 ° C. and 50% RH, two samples were prepared by fixing the base sheet side of the adhesive sheet having a width of 35 mm to a stainless steel plate using a double-sided tape. After peeling off, the exposed pressure-sensitive adhesive layer surfaces were superposed and pasted 5 times using a 19.6N roller.
30 minutes after sticking, using a tensile tester [Orientec Co., Ltd., model name “UTM-4-100”], the shearing force was measured at a speed of 300 mm / min according to JIS Z 0237.
(4) UV degradation The release sheet is peeled off from the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet and irradiated for 25 hours from the opposite side of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer using a fade meter tester [Suga Test Instruments, model name “U48”, light source carbon arc lamp]. After that, the shear force was measured in the same manner as (3) above.
(5) Insect catching property The base material side of the adhesive sheet from which the release sheet has been peeled off to the insect trap made by Toselopacs Co., Ltd., which is set with a fluorescent lamp that emits ultraviolet light having an emission peak in the wavelength range of 340 to 440 nm, Affixed with a double-sided adhesive tape and left for 30 days in 5-14-42 Nishiki-cho, Sakai City, Saitama Prefecture, the number of insects was observed visually and evaluated according to the following criteria.
