Description
TX(排気)=FTC(各燃焼室に対する燃料流速、空気流速、...他の機械運転パラメータ)
伝達関数(FTC)は、燃焼室内の燃料流量に対する排気温度(TX(排気))の依存関係をモデル化する。伝達関数(FTC)から、目標とする排気温度(TX(排気))変化に影響を与えるのに必要な燃料流速調節量を示す関係を導出することができる。ステップ108で、弁流量特性の認識及びマニホールド内のガス燃料流量の計算モデルから、燃料調整(各燃料ラインでの)=g(FV1、FV2、...FVn)である調整伝達関数(g)を決定する。FV1、FV2、...FVnは、「n」を燃焼器の総数とすると、各燃焼器1、2、・・・nに対して、例えば開、閉又はこの開閉間のある位置のような燃料弁位置を記述する。

ここで、CO_single_chamberは、単一燃焼室からのCO生成速度であり、B及びmは、正の定数である。単一燃焼室に対するCOエミッションの関数としての燃料流速は、この熱力学モデルから導出することができる。加えて、排気スタックの下流側において計測されるCOは、各燃焼室におけるCO生成の知識から計算することができる。従って、タービン排気内のセンサによって感知されるCOエミッションレベルは、個々の燃焼室に対する燃料流速と相関付けることができる。

- ガスタービン(10)燃焼システムであって、
複数の燃焼室(14)と、
前記燃焼室の各々に対する複数の燃料ノズル(16、18、20)と、
前記燃焼室の各々において少なくとも1つの前記燃料ノズルに燃料を供給するための、異なる燃料流量容量を有する複数のマニホールド(22、24、26)と、
を含み、
前記マニホールドが、燃料ノズルに対する流量計量装置(28、30、32)を有し、該流量計量装置が前記燃焼室内で前記燃料ノズルへの燃料を計量するために前記マニホールドに取り付けられ、
ガスタービンの運転状態(100、120、140)に基づいて前記燃料ノズルへの燃料を調節するように前記流量計量装置(28、30、32)の1つ又はそれ以上を自動的に作動させる流量計量コントローラ(50)が更に設けられ、
前記ガスタービン運転状態が更に排気ガス温度(102)プロフィールを含み、前記コントローラが、前記排気ガス温度プロフィールの特定の領域を前記燃焼室の1つ又はそれ以上と相関付け、前記コントローラが、前記燃料調整弁を作動(110)させて前記排気ガス温度プロフィールを修正する

ことを特徴とするガスタービン(10)燃焼システム。 - ガスタービン(10)燃焼システムであって、
複数の燃焼室(14)と、
前記燃焼室の各々に対する複数の燃料ノズル(16、18、20)と、
前記燃焼室の各々において少なくとも1つの前記燃料ノズルに燃料を供給するための、異なる燃料流量容量を有する複数のマニホールド(22、24、26)と、
を含み、
前記マニホールドが、燃料ノズルに対する流量計量装置(28、30、32)を有し、該流量計量装置が前記燃焼室内で前記燃料ノズルへの燃料を計量するために前記マニホールドに取り付けられ、
ガスタービンの運転状態(100、120、140)に基づいて前記燃料ノズルへの燃料を調節するように前記流量計量装置(28、30、32)の1つ又はそれ以上を自動的に作動させる流量計量コントローラ(50)が更に設けられ、
前記ガスタービン運転状態が更に、エミッションレベル(140)プロフィールを含み、前記コントローラが、該エミッションレベルプロフィールの特定の領域を燃焼室の1つ又はそれ以上に相関付け、前記コントローラが前記流量計量装置を作動(150、152、154)させて、前記エミッションレベルプロフィールを修正する
ことを特徴とするガスタービン(10)燃焼システム。 - 前記ガスタービンが、工業用ガスタービン(10)であり、公共用電力発電機を駆動するよう適合された請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のガスタービン(10)燃焼システム。
- 前記流量計量装置(28、30、32)が燃料調整制御弁である請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のガスタービン(10)燃焼システム。
- 前記流量計量装置(28、30、32)が、調節可能な燃料オリフィスである請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のガスタービン(10)燃焼システム。
- 前記複数の燃料ノズルの各々が、前記ノズルを前記流量計量装置に結合する供給ライン(34、36、38)を含む請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のガスタービン(10)燃焼システム。
- 前記マニホールド(22、24、26)が各々、該マニホールドを燃料ノズルの1つに接続する燃料供給ラインの環状蛸足型アレイを含み、前記流量計量装置が、それぞれの燃料供給ライン上に各々取り付けられている請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載のガスタービン(10)燃焼システム。
