包材を製袋チューブに沿って搬送しながら略筒状に成形して、筒状の包材を角底を有する包装袋に形成するようにした縦形製袋充填包装機において、
前記筒状の包材をその搬送方向に略直交する方向に挟むように開閉移動して横シールする一対のヒータブロックと、
該ヒータブロックの上方に配設されていて前記ヒータブロックの閉移動に連動して閉移動して前記筒状の包材を挟持する一対の遮断部材と、
該一対の遮断部材の上方に配置されていて該遮断部材に連動して閉移動して筒状の包材に角底を形成する三角ガイドと、
前記一対のヒータブロックの下方に配置され、前記三角ガイドに連動して閉移動して筒状の包材に角底を形成する縦ガイドと、
前記ヒータブロックと遮断部材を一体または個別に開閉移動させる移動機構とを備えていて、
前記ヒータブロックには、閉位置に移動した前記三角ガイドの頂部に近接する位置まで前記遮断部材側に突出する突出部を設け、前記遮断部材には前記突出部と干渉しないように切欠部を形成しており、
前記移動機構によって前記ヒータブロック及び遮断部材を閉移動させて該遮断部材が筒状の包材を挟持してから所定時間経過後に前記ヒータブロックによって筒状の包材を前記横シールさせるようにしたことを特徴とする縦形製袋充填包装機。
