Description
The present invention provides a lighting apparatus using a light source having directivity, relates to lighting equipment to perform uniform illumination over the entire surface to be illuminated.
In recent years, in addition to conventional incandescent bulbs and discharge lamps, lighting devices using light emitting diodes (hereinafter referred to as LEDs) as light sources have begun to be used.
The lighting device is installed in various places indoors and outdoors, and sufficient brightness is required depending on the installation location and the use of the lighting device. When a point light source such as an LED is used as the light source In order to ensure luminance, a plurality of LEDs are required. In addition, some lighting devices that employ LEDs as light sources constitute a lighting device by combining a plurality of units with a substrate on which a plurality of LEDs are mounted as one unit.
However, the conventional
As shown in FIG. 8B, a plurality of card type LED
In addition, when an electronic component such as a connector is provided on a card-type LED light source as disclosed in Patent Document 1, a portion without a light source (LED) is more conspicuous and uniform surface light emission cannot be performed. There was a problem.
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and in an illuminating device using a directional light source such as an LED, the glare caused by the directivity of the light source is reduced, and uniform surface light emission is achieved. and to provide a lighting equipment miniaturization of the substrate equipped with a certain plurality of light sources is possible.
The illuminating device according to the present invention is an illuminating device including a plurality of substrates on which a plurality of directional light sources are mounted side by side, and the light sources and / or the substrates emit light uniformly on the surface on which the substrate is provided. And a diffusion plate for diffusing light from the light source so that a distance from the light source to the diffusion plate is larger than a distance between the plurality of light sources, and a locking hole for locking the substrate to the one surface , characterized in that are found provided disposed in the substrate between the light source located inside the light source in the outermost periphery among the plurality of light sources.
According to this configuration, it is possible to mitigate glare by directivity of the light source to a uniform plane light emission.
In addition, according to this configuration, light from a directional light source spreads before reaching the diffuser plate, so that surface light emission that further eliminates glare due to the directivity of the light source can be achieved by the diffuser plate.
Furthermore, according to this configuration, the locking hole for locking the substrate on which the plurality of light sources are mounted is provided between the light sources located inside the light source on the outermost periphery of the substrate. There is no need to provide it at the end, and the substrate can be miniaturized.
The illumination device according to the present invention is characterized in that the substrate has a quadrangular shape, and four locking holes are provided corresponding to the squares of the substrate.
According to this configuration, since the rectangular substrate is locked at the positions of the four locking holes corresponding to the rectangular portions, the substrate that is warped by the heat from the light source can be stably fixed.
In the illuminating device according to the present invention, the plurality of light sources are provided with a plurality of light source columns each including a plurality of light sources electrically connected in series, and the magnitude of a current flowing through the light source column is determined. The resistor is mounted on the substrate in a position different from the locking hole between the light sources located inside the light source on the outermost periphery .
According to this configuration, the resistance that determines the magnitude of the current flowing in the row of the plurality of light sources electrically connected in series is different from the locking hole between the light sources located inside the light source at the outermost periphery. Therefore, it is not necessary to provide an extra portion at the end portion of the substrate in order to attach the resistor, and uniform surface light emission is possible while reducing the size of the substrate.
According to the illumination device of the present invention, over the whole surface to illuminate, Ri can der be a uniform illumination, with by alleviating the glare caused by the directivity of the light source to a uniform plane light emission, a directional It is possible to reduce the size of a substrate on which a plurality of light sources are mounted .
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In the description of the embodiments, an LED illumination device using LEDs as a light source will be described as an example of the illumination device. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and an illumination device using other light sources may be used. The present invention can be suitably applied to any lighting device that uses a characteristic (strong) light source.

(Embodiment 1)
FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the LED lighting apparatus according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention. FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view of a main part of the LED lighting device according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 3 is a plan view of an LED substrate on which a plurality of LEDs are mounted. FIG. 4 is a plan view of a plurality of LED substrates provided on the heat sink.
First, with reference to FIG.1 and FIG.2, the structure of the LED lighting apparatus 1 is demonstrated. The LED lighting device 1 includes an
The
The
The diffusing
The
The
The power supply unit includes a voltage conversion unit that steps down a commercial power supply, a rectification circuit unit that rectifies and smoothes an AC voltage, and a constant current circuit unit that supplies a constant current to the
However, in order to cause the light from the LED lighting device 1 to emit light uniformly, the power supply unit is located on the back side of the surface on which the
Next, with reference to FIG.3 and FIG.4, arrangement | positioning of the
3A is a plan view of the surface of the
A plurality of
The
Therefore, the
Further, the arrangement of the
Further, between the
In addition, among the plurality of
Furthermore, an electronic component that is electrically connected to the
That is, the distance between the LEDs is set so that the
FIG. 4 is a plan view of eight LED substrates arranged on the heat sink of the square type LED lighting device.
The eight
Specifically, the outermost
In addition, as described above, the distance between the LEDs is the same even if the direction of the
As described above, since the first embodiment is the square type LED lighting device 1, the
Next, the relationship between the distance from the
When a light source with strong directivity such as LED is used in the lighting device, if the distance from the LED substrate to the diffusion plate is small, the light from the
As the distance between the

(Embodiment 2)
FIG. 5 is a modified example of the first embodiment according to the present invention, and is an exploded perspective view of a main part of the LED lighting device 21 in which the power supply unit 11 is provided inside the LED lighting device 21.
A power supply unit 11 is provided at the center of the

With reference to FIG.6 and FIG.7, the structure of the
The
As described above, in the description of the first to third embodiments, the plurality of LEDs mounted on the LED substrate are illustrated as the embodiments in which adjacent LEDs are provided at equal distances. However, the distance between all the LEDs is not necessarily equal. If the LED board is arranged so that the distance between the LED boards is equal to at least the distance between the LEDs on the outermost peripheral portion of the LED board, the non-light emitting portion between the LED boards is dark and conspicuous. Almost uniform surface light emission is possible.
