Description

The present invention forms a pair of upper and lower traveling parts extending in the longitudinal direction on a plurality of rail members constituting a guide rail laid on the lower surface of the ceiling, and the axis of a suspension support attached to a partition panel facing in the vertical direction The pair of upper and lower rollers rotating around slide in correspondence with the pair of upper and lower traveling parts, respectively, so that the partition panel can move in a straight line direction and a direction perpendicular to the straight line direction along a plurality of rail members. In the traveling part, upper and lower bottoms are opened and oriented in the longitudinal direction, and guide grooves through which the suspension support penetrates are formed, and one of both side bottoms of the upper and lower guide grooves is directed to the guide grooves. The moving bottom partition support device is provided with an inclined bottom portion inclined downward and the other as a substantially horizontal bottom portion, and the upper and lower inclined bottom portions are provided to be distributed to the left and right.

Conventionally, panels that can divide and divide a room space are rotated by the upper and lower layers around the axis of the fishing shaft that extends vertically in the upper and lower two-layer running rail laid so as to cross vertically and horizontally at the top of the room. It is supported by two fishing wheels (rollers) that can be provided, and the panel can be moved by the rotation of each fishing wheel along the two-layer traveling rail. Each fishing wheel is supported and supported by a point contact by a protruding part in which the upper surface of the wheel bottom that protrudes alternately in the vertical position in the two-layer traveling rail is inclined inward. Yes.

The rail shape of the double-layer running rail is composed of a combination of straight, right-angled T, L, and cross shapes in plan view, and plan view that prompts the panel to change from horizontal to vertical with respect to the straight rail. It is formed by a combination of rails having bent portions perpendicular to each other such as a T-shape or an L-shape. Therefore, the panel can be moved by switching the vertical or horizontal movement of the panel at a position orthogonal to the rail. For example, by connecting a plurality of panels in a horizontal direction and connecting them in a horizontal row, a room is partitioned. These panels are stored vertically by superimposing the panels vertically on the corners of the room in the horizontal direction (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

JP-A-63-130883 (page 3, right column, upper row 20 to right column, lower row 8; page 4, left column, upper row 13 to right column, upper row 13, lines 3 to 6)

However, in the shape of the two-layer traveling rail described in Patent Document 1, in order to maintain the smooth traveling of the fishing car, the rails are always combined with each other in a combination of straight, T-shaped, L-shaped, and cross-shaped rails. Since there is a need to align and connect the upper and lower protrusions that support the fishing wheel, it is necessary to prepare a rail having a large number of combinations of protrusion formation positions in advance.

However, if the rail pattern is reduced and the rails are connected to each other, when the positions of the protruding portions facing each other are in an opposite arrangement relationship, when the fishing car changes from one rail to the other rail, At the joints, the rotation directions of the upper and lower fishing wheels are simultaneously reversely rotated, so that the transfer of the fishing boat is not performed smoothly, and there is a possibility that resistance is applied for a moment when the panel is moved, making it difficult to move.

The present invention has been made paying attention to such a problem, and even with a small number of types of rail combinations, a moving partition that can smoothly transfer a fishing wheel (roller) between both rails. An object is to provide a support device.

As shown in FIG. 1A, a plurality of partition panels 3 for partitioning a room space are suspended by a guide rail 11 made of a metal material provided on a ceiling R so as to be movable as viewed from above. The guide rail 11 is composed of a combination of several types of rail members (L-shaped, T-shaped, cross-shaped, and straight) as described later, and is erected so as to close the ceiling R from the floor surface F along the guide rail 11. By partitioning the plurality of partition panels 3 in a straight line, the room is partitioned. At both upper ends of the partition panel 3, a pair of suspension supports 8, 8 that support a pair of upper and lower rollers so as to be rotatable are erected, and these rollers are formed in the guide rail 11 and will be described later. The partition panel 3 is suspended by being supported by each of the traveling portions.

As shown in FIG. 1B, a storage portion 4 capable of storing a plurality of partition panels 3 sequentially one by one is formed on the wall surface 2 side of the guide rail 11, and the partition panel 3 is stored in the storage portion 4. When the storage panel is moved and stored, the partition panel 3 is rotated from the linear direction to the right-angled direction when viewed from above with the suspension supports 8 and 8 as an axis, so that the plurality of partition panels 3 are successively turned to the wall surface 2 side. The room space is communicated with each other.

As shown in FIG. 2, a linear auxiliary rail member 15 that connects the rail members is used at a part of the combination of the rail members used in the storage unit 4 described above. The auxiliary rail member 15 is configured by joining the first auxiliary rail portion 15a and the second auxiliary rail portion 15b, and the first and second auxiliary rail portions 15a and 15b are common to the rail members described later, A pair of upper and lower upper running portions 17 and 23 that can freely fit the upper roller 9 and the lower roller 10 that rotate around the axis of the suspension support rod 8 are formed in the longitudinal direction.

An upper guide groove 17a and a lower guide groove 23a are formed at both bottom portions of the upper traveling portion 17 and the lower traveling portion 23. The upper guide groove 17a and the lower guide groove 23a are vertically movable through the suspension support rod 8 and movable in the longitudinal direction. The connecting end portions of the first auxiliary rail portion 15a and the second auxiliary rail portion 15b are inclined surfaces 16a and 16b that are rotated by the same angle in the same direction from a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the rail portion when viewed from above. It is joined. The first auxiliary rail portion 15a has an upper inclined bottom portion 21 that is inclined downward toward the guide groove 17a, and an upper substantially horizontal bottom portion 18 is formed on the other side of the upper guide groove 17a.

Similarly, one of the bottom sides of the lower guide groove 23a is formed with a lower inclined bottom portion 26 that is inclined downward toward the guide groove 23a, and the lower substantially horizontal bottom portion 25 is formed with the other. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3A, when the inclined bottom portion 21 on the upper traveling portion 17 side of the first auxiliary rail portion 15a is formed on the right side with respect to the longitudinal direction of the auxiliary rail member 15, the lower portion The lower inclined bottom portion 26 on the traveling unit 23 side is formed on the opposite left side, the lower end edge 9a of the upper roller 9 is grounded on the upper surface of the upper inclined bottom portion 21, and the lower roller 10 is disposed on the upper surface of the lower inclined bottom portion 26. The lower end edge 10a is grounded, and the partition panel 3 is suspended with a left-right balance. The upper rollers 9 and 10 are not in contact with the substantially horizontal bottom portions 18 and 25.

As shown in FIG. 3B, the second auxiliary rail portion 15b has an upper inclined bottom portion 20 formed on the left side of both side bottom portions of the upper traveling portion 17, and an upper substantially horizontal bottom portion 19 on the right side. Is formed. A lower substantially horizontal bottom portion 24 is formed on the left side of the lower running portion 23, and a lower inclined bottom portion 27 is formed on the right side. The lower end edge 9a of the upper roller 9 is grounded on the upper surface of the upper inclined bottom portion 20, and the lower end edge 10a of the lower roller 10 is grounded on the upper surface of the lower inclined bottom portion 27, so that the first auxiliary rail portion 15a and Similarly, the suspension support rod 8 is supported while maintaining a stable state at the left and right positions of both inclined bottom portions 20 and 27. As shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, the left and right widths of the upper guide groove 17a and the lower guide groove 23a are designed so as to be close to the suspension support 8, thereby Can be controlled.

As shown in FIGS. 4A and 4B, the first auxiliary rail portion 15a and the second auxiliary rail portion 15b are identical in the same direction from a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the rail portion when viewed from above. Since the inclined surfaces 16a and 16b rotated by an angle (clockwise) are joined to each other, the positional relationship between the inclined surfaces 16a and 16b between the first auxiliary rail portion 15a and the second auxiliary rail portion 15b is the first. The lower inclined bottom portion 26 and the upper substantially horizontal bottom portion 18 of the auxiliary rail portion 15a are in front of the lower substantially horizontal bottom portion 25 and the upper inclined bottom portion 21 (to the right in FIG. 4a), while the lower portion of the second auxiliary rail portion 15b. The substantially horizontal bottom 24 and the upper inclined bottom 20 are located behind the lower inclined bottom 26 and the upper substantially horizontal bottom 19. Therefore, the lower inclined bottom portion 26 of the first auxiliary rail portion 15a and the lower inclined bottom portion 27 of the second auxiliary rail portion 15b are overlapped with each other in the forward and backward directions with respect to the traveling direction of the upper and lower rollers 9, 10 (indicated by a two-dot chain line in FIG. 4a). Area (connection location) is secured.

When the upper and lower rollers 9, 10 pass through the connecting portions of the lower inclined portions 27, 26 overlapped in the front and rear directions, the upper roller 9 is gradually separated from the upper inclined bottom portion 21, and the lower roller 10 is moved downward in the lower inclination. Grounded to the bottom 27. Then, as shown in FIG. 4C, when the upper and lower rollers 9 and 10 are moved to the connecting portion of the lower inclined bottom portions 27 and 26, the lower end edge 10a of the lower roller 10 is moved to the left and right of the lower inclined bottom portions 27 and 26. While being grounded at two places, the upper roller 9 is maintained in a state of being loosely fitted in the upper traveling portion 17 while being spaced apart upward from the left and right upper substantially horizontal bottom portions 18 and 19.

Further, when the upper and lower rollers 9 and 10 are moved forward in the traveling direction, the lower roller 10 is separated from the lower inclined bottom portion 26 and the upper roller 9 is moved upward as shown in the right side of FIG. By transferring to the inclined bottom portion 20, the lower roller 10 is brought into contact with only the lower inclined bottom portion 27. When the upper and lower rollers 9 and 10 pass through the connecting portion, the rotation direction is changed before and after the passage, but the lower roller 10 is grounded to the left and right lower inclined bottom portions 26 and 27, and the upper roller 9 extends from the substantially horizontal bottom portions 18 and 19. Since it is freed at the time of shifting and changing the rotation, the transfer to the upper inclined bottom portion 20 on the side of the separated upper roller 9 is smoothly performed while the posture of the lower roller 10 is correctly maintained.

As shown in FIG. 4B, the upper surface of the connection end 20a of the upper inclined bottom 20 of the second auxiliary rail 15b facing the upper horizontal base 18 on the left side of the first auxiliary rail 15a is the upper side. The chamfered surface is inclined toward the upper surface of the substantially horizontal bottom portion 18, and the upper inclined bottom portion 20 ahead in the traveling direction is slidably brought into contact with the lower end edge 9 a of the upper roller 9 when the upper inclined bottom portion 20 is transferred. Can move to. Similarly, the upper surface of the connection end portion 26a of the lower inclined bottom portion 26 facing the lower substantially horizontal bottom portion 24 is also chamfered so that smooth movement is possible without causing a catch. The upper inclined bottom portion 21 and the lower inclined bottom portion 27 provided on the opposite side are similarly chamfered.

Although not particularly illustrated, the upper surface of the connection end portion of the upper inclined bottom portion 21 on the right side of the auxiliary rail member 15 is formed with a surface inclined toward the upper surface of the upper substantially horizontal bottom portion 19, and the connection end portion of the lower inclined bottom portion 27. The upper surface is formed as a surface inclined toward the upper surface of the lower substantially horizontal bottom portion 25, and the frictional resistance in the transfer of the upper and lower rollers 9, 10 is reduced by the inclined surface in the same manner as described above, so that the front and rear in the traveling direction can be reduced. It has a configuration that allows smooth movement.

Next, the joint relationship between the upper inclined bottom and the lower inclined bottom in the combination of the rail members constituting the guide rail 11 will be described. 5 (a) and 5 (b) show a first pattern guide rail, and FIGS. 6 (a) and 6 (b) show a second pattern guide rail. FIG. ) And the first pattern and the second pattern in FIG. 6A show an example in which the above-described auxiliary rail member 15 is not used, and the first pattern and the second pattern in FIG. 5B and FIG. In the two patterns, an example in which the auxiliary rail member 15 is used is shown.

As shown in FIG. 7, each rail member used for the guide rails of the first and second patterns includes a cross-shaped rail member R + and a corner that are orthogonal to each other as each rail member other than the auxiliary rail member 15. The L-shaped rail member RL to be formed, T-shaped rail members RT1, RT2, RT3, RT4 having different arrangement positions between the upper inclined bottom portion and the lower inclined bottom portion, and the linear rail member R- are appropriately used. Selected and used.

When the first pattern shown in FIG. 5A is constructed, RT1, RT1, RT4, RL, and R- are used and combined as rail members. These joining end parts are joined so that the inclined bottom part and the substantially horizontal bottom part face each other.

However, as shown in FIG. 5B, if two auxiliary rail members 15 of the present invention are used to construct the same first pattern, only the RT-shaped T-shaped rail member can be used. it can. However, the rail member to be joined to the auxiliary rail is used by cutting off a part of the end from the standard rail by the length for which the auxiliary rail is inserted.

Similarly, in the construction of the second pattern shown in FIG. 6A, RT2, RT3, RL, R +, R−, R− are used and combined as rail members. These joining end parts are joined so that the inclined bottom part and the substantially horizontal bottom part face each other.

However, as shown in FIG. 6B, if three auxiliary rail members 15 of the present invention are used to construct the same second pattern, it is possible to use only RT1 as a T-shaped rail member. it can. Since the rail member can be used in common by using the auxiliary rail in this way, it is not necessary to prepare a large number of different types of rail members, and the manufacturing cost of components can be reduced.

According to the above description, in the first embodiment, the connecting portion between the two rail members to be connected is inclined by the same angle rotation (clockwise rotation) in the same direction from the cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the rail portion in a top view. By using the auxiliary rail member 15 joined between the surfaces 16a and 16b, a small number of types of rail members can be used for various guide rail patterns, and the transfer between the rails can be smoothly performed. The partition panel 3 can be moved smoothly.

Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 8A is a schematic plan view showing the positions where the upper and lower inclined bottom portions of the auxiliary rail member in Example 2 are formed, and FIG. 8B is taken along the line EE in FIG. It is sectional drawing which follows. In the following second embodiment, the same structural parts as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the corresponding portions are denoted by a dash “′” in the reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted. To do.

As shown in FIG. 8A, the auxiliary rail member 15 ′ includes a first auxiliary rail portion 15a ′ and a second auxiliary rail portion 15b ′, and the first and second auxiliary rail portions 15a ′. , 15b ′ are joined by inclined surfaces 16a ′ and 16b ′ that are rotated by the same angle (rotated counterclockwise) in the same direction from a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the rail portion when viewed from above, The upper inclined bottom portion 21 ′ of the auxiliary rail portion 15a ′ is on the right side in FIG. 8A than the lower inclined bottom portion 26 ′, and the upper inclined bottom portion 20 ′ of the second auxiliary rail portion 15b ′ is more than the lower inclined bottom portion 27 ′. Also, the positional relationship is on the left side in FIG.

Then, as shown in FIG. 8B, when the upper and lower rollers 9 and 10 are moved to the connecting portion between the upper inclined bottom portion 20 ′ and the upper inclined bottom portion 21 ′, the lower end edge 9a of the upper roller 9 is the upper inclined bottom portion. 20 'and 21' are grounded at two left and right locations, and the lower roller 10 is maintained in a state of being loosely fitted in the lower traveling portion 23 while being spaced apart upward from the left and right lower and substantially horizontal bottom portions 24 'and 25'. The Further, when the upper and lower rollers 9 and 10 are moved forward in the traveling direction, as shown on the right side of FIG. 8 (a), the upper roller 9 is separated from the upper inclined bottom portion 21 ′ and moved to the upper inclined bottom portion 20 ′. The roller 10 is transferred to the lower inclined bottom 27 '.

Thus, even if the joint surface of the auxiliary rail member 15 ′ is the inclined surface 16a ′ and the inclined surface 16b ′ rotated counterclockwise compared to the first embodiment, as in the case of the first embodiment, The transfer can be carried out smoothly only by changing the position of the inclined bottom portion where the upper and lower rollers 9 and 10 are grounded at the connection location.

Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described with reference to the drawings, the specific configuration is not limited to these embodiments, and modifications and additions within the scope of the present invention are included in the present invention. For example, in the above embodiment, the auxiliary rail member 15 is provided between the two rail members to be connected, so that the number of combined parts of each rail member can be reduced. However, the present invention is limited to this. 6 (b), without using the auxiliary rail member 15, the connecting end surface facing both rail members (RT1, RL) has a predetermined inclined surface having the same angle ( 30 and 30 ′), the connection end portions of both rail members (RT1, RL) may be directly joined.
