Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention mainly relates to a cement admixture, a cement composition, and a cement concrete composition using the same, which are used in the civil engineering and construction industries.
The cement concrete in the present invention is a general term for mortar and concrete.
Further, parts and percentages in the present invention are based on mass unless otherwise specified.
[0002]
[Prior art and its problems]
Concrete is an excellent material capable of constructing a large structure at low cost, and in recent years, high durability has been increasingly demanded due to diversification of the environment in which concrete is used.
In addition, concrete structures built during the period of high economic growth are required to be repaired due to deterioration such as salt damage and neutralization, and it is expected that the number of repairs will increase in the future.
[0003]
The deterioration that occurs in most environments as a phenomenon that reduces the durability of concrete structures is neutralization.
The problem caused by the neutralization of concrete is the rust of the reinforcing bars used in reinforcing bar structures in particular, and the adhesion between the reinforcing bars and the concrete is impaired by the expansion pressure when rusting occurs, and the concrete pieces peel off. Etc. are caused.
When cracks occur in a concrete structure due to neutralization, it must be repaired by removing the rust of the reinforcing bars after removing the deteriorated parts, and then placing concrete again. In terms of life cycle cost, it is essential that the progress of neutralization is slow so that re-repair is not necessary.
[0004]
In the repair field, a method has been proposed in which a polymer is contained in a cement to improve adhesion to a repair surface and crack resistance and to delay the progress of neutralization (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 05-024899).
However, this method has not led to a fundamental solution because the material itself has no neutralization suppressing effect.
[0005]
Also, in the repair of arterial roads, in order to alleviate traffic congestion, the early completion of construction is strongly desired, and the development of admixtures that have both rapid hardening and neutralization control effects has been awaited.
[0006]
In view of the above situation, the present inventor can obtain a quick-hardening cement admixture that has a neutralization suppressing effect and enables early completion of construction by using a specific cement admixture. The present invention was completed upon obtaining the knowledge that there was.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, the present invention is, in average particle diameter Ri the name contains a slowly cooled blast furnace slag powder and nitrates less than 50 [mu] m, a total of 100 parts of nitrates is slowly cooled blast furnace slag powder and nitrates, 5-70 parts A cement admixture, wherein the nitrate is calcium nitrite, and further contains the retarder, wherein the retarder is an organic acid. A cement composition comprising cement and the cement admixture, and a cement concrete composition comprising the cement composition and an aggregate.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
[0009]
Blast furnace slow-cooled slag powder used in the present invention (hereinafter referred to as slow-cooled slag) suppresses the neutralization of cement concrete by mixing with cement. It is a powder.
The slow cooling slag is usually obtained as a crystalline massive slag by pouring molten slag into a dry pit or a cooling yard called a field and cooling by natural cooling and moderate watering.
The component of slow-cooled slag has the same composition as granulated blast furnace slag, specifically, SiO 2 , CaO, Al 2 O 3 , MgO, etc. as main chemical components, and other trace components, Na 2 O, K 2 O, Fe 2 O 3, MnO, TiO 2, S, Cr 2 O 3, and containing such P 2 O 5.
The proportion of this chemical component is not particularly limited, but usually the main component SiO 2 is 25 to 45%, CaO is 30 to 50%, Al 2 O 3 is 10 to 20%, and MgO is 3%. It is about ˜10%, and Na 2 O, K 2 O, Fe 2 O 3 , MnO, TiO 2 , and S, which are trace components, are each 2% or less.
In addition, as a compound, the main component is so-called melilite, which is a mixed crystal of gehlenite 2CaO · Al 2 O 3 · SiO 2 and akermanite 2CaO · MgO · 2SiO 2 , in addition to dicalcium silicate 2CaO · SiO 2 , lanquinite 3CaO · 2SiO 2, and wollastonite calcium silicates, such as CaO · SiO 2, calcium magnesium silicate, such as Merubinaito 3CaO · MgO · 2SiO 2 and Monte celite CaO · MgO · SiO 2, anorthite CaO · Al 2 O 3 · 2SiO 2 , Leucite (K 2 O · Na 2 O) · Al 2 O 3 · SiO 2 , spinel MgO · Al 2 O 3 , magnetite Fe 3 O 4 , sulfides such as calcium sulfide CaS and iron sulfide FeS, etc. May include.
The fineness of the blast furnace slow-cooled slag is not particularly limited, but an average particle size of less than 50 μm is highly effective in suppressing neutralization, and more preferably 30 μm or less. From the viewpoint of grinding efficiency, those having an average particle size of about 20 μm are usually used. The average particle size of less than 50 μm corresponds to a Blaine specific surface area of 1,000 cm 2 / g or more.
The vitrification rate of the slowly cooled slag is preferably 30% or less, and more preferably 10% or less. If the vitrification rate exceeds 30%, the heat of hydration may increase.
The vitrification rate (X) is obtained as X (%) = (1−S / S 0 ) × 100. Here, S is the main crystalline compound (solid solution of gelenite 2CaO · Al 2 O 3 · SiO 2 and akermanite 2CaO · MgO · 2SiO 2 ), which is the main crystalline compound in the slowly cooled slag obtained by powder X-ray diffraction method. S 0 represents the area of the main peak of melilite after slowly cooling slag was heated at 1,000 ° C. for 3 hours and then cooled at a cooling rate of 5 ° C./min.
[0010]
Nitrate used in the present invention is nitrite and / or nitrate, and imparts rapid hardness by mixing with cement. Specifically, alkali metal salt or alkaline earth of nitrite or nitrate is used. Among these, one or more of these can be used, and among these, the use of lithium salt, sodium salt, potassium salt, and calcium salt is economically preferable. Calcium is more preferred.
Although the usage-amount of nitrates is not specifically limited, 5-70 parts are preferable in the cement admixture which consists of slow cooling slag and nitrates, and 20-50 parts are more preferable. If it is less than 5 parts, the prescribed rapid hardening may not be obtained, and if it exceeds 70 parts, the fluidity of the concrete may be lost rapidly, making construction difficult.
[0011]
The retarder used in the present invention is for adjusting the setting of cement and not impairing the fluidity of concrete during construction, and organic and inorganic substances can be used.
Specific examples of organic retarders include organic acids such as carboxylic acids, oxymonocarboxylic acids, oxypolycarboxylic acids, and polycarboxylic acids or their salts.
Specifically, as the carboxylic acid, a saturated or unsaturated carboxylic acid or a salt thereof such as succinic acid, malonic acid, succinic acid, glutaric acid, adipic acid, maleic acid, fumaric acid, heptanoic acid, etc. These salts are mentioned, and examples of the oxymonocarboxylic acid include heptonic acid, gluconic acid, glycolic acid and the like or salts thereof. Examples of the oxypolyvalent carboxylic acid include malic acid, tartaric acid, and citric acid, and salts thereof, and examples of the polycarboxylic acid include acrylic acid, maleic anhydride, and co-condensates thereof. It is done.
Examples of the salt include alkali metal salts such as lithium, sodium, and potassium, alkaline earth metal salts such as magnesium and calcium, and salts such as zinc, copper, aluminum, and ammonium.
Specific examples of inorganic retarders include inorganic acids such as phosphoric acid and hydrofluoric acid, phosphates, zinc oxide, lead oxide, boric acid, and silicofluorides such as magnesium fluorosilicate and sodium fluorosilicate, and Fluorine-containing minerals such as cryolite and calcium fluoroaluminate can be used.
In the present invention, one or more of these can be used, and it is particularly preferable to use citric acid or a salt thereof, gluconic acid or a salt thereof, tartaric acid or a salt thereof, and the like.
Although the usage-amount of a retarder is not specifically limited, 0.1-10 parts are preferable in 100 parts of cement admixtures, and 0.3-5 parts are more preferable. If it is less than 0.1 part, sufficient fluidity may not be obtained, and if it exceeds 10 parts, curing failure may occur.
[0012]
Although the usage-amount of a cement admixture is not specifically limited, Usually, 3-20 parts are preferable with respect to 100 parts of cement compositions which consist of a cement and a cement admixture, and 7-15 parts are more preferable. If it is less than 3 parts, the effects of the present invention may not be sufficiently obtained, and if it is used in excess of 20 parts, long-term strength development may be impaired.
[0013]
The cement used in the present invention includes various portland cements specified in JIS R 5210, various mixed cements specified in JIS R 5211, JIS R 5212, or JIS R 5213, and admixtures more than specified in JIS. One type or two or more types of blast furnace cement, fly ash cement, silica cement, and filler cement mixed with limestone powder and the like prepared at a mixing rate may be used.
[0014]
Further, in the present invention, it is possible to mix fine aggregate in advance in addition to cement admixture and cement, and the type of fine aggregate is not particularly limited, but for example, lime sand, quartz sand, river sand, sea sand, Mountain sand, crushed sand and the like can be used, and the maximum particle size is preferably 5 mm or less, more preferably 2.5 mm or less.
[0015]
In the present invention, in addition to the cement admixture of the present invention, cement composition, and aggregate such as sand and gravel, water reducing agent, AE water reducing agent, high performance water reducing agent, high performance AE water reducing agent, antifoaming agent, One or two of sticky agent, rust preventive agent, antifreeze agent, expansion agent, shrinkage reducing agent, polymer emulsion, setting modifier, clay minerals such as bentonite and zeolite, and ion exchanger such as hydrotalcite The above can be used as long as the object of the present invention is not substantially impaired.
[0016]
In the present invention, the mixing method of each material is not particularly limited, and the respective materials may be mixed at the time of construction, or a part or all of them may be mixed in advance.
Any existing apparatus can be used as the mixing apparatus, and for example, a tilting cylinder mixer, an omni mixer, a Henschel mixer, a V-type mixer, and a Nauter mixer can be used.

【Example】
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on experimental examples.
[0018]
Experimental example 1
Cement admixtures shown in Table 1 in 100 parts of a cement composition composed of cement and cement admixture are prepared by mixing 69.5 parts of slow-cooled slag, 30 parts of nitrates and 0.5 part of retarder A. Was used to prepare a mortar having a water / cement composition ratio of 50% and a cement composition / sand ratio of 1/3, and the compressive strength and the neutralization depth were measured. The results are also shown in Table 1.
[0019]
<Materials used>
Cement: Ordinary Portland cement slow cooling slag: manufactured by Nippon Steel Blast Furnace Co., Ltd., average particle size of about 20 μm, vitrification rate of 5% or less nitrate a: calcium nitrite, commercial product retarder A: citric acid, commercial product water: water Water fine aggregate: ISO679 compliant, standard sand [0020]
<Measurement method>
Compressive strength: A 4 × 4 × 16 cm specimen was prepared at a casting temperature of 20 ° C., and measured according to JIS A 1108.
Neutralization depth: 4 x 4 x 16 cm specimens were prepared and cured in water at 20 ° C until the age of 28 days, then promoted in an environment of 30 ° C, 60% relative humidity and 10% carbon dioxide concentration Neutralized. Six months later, the specimen was cut into pieces, and a phenolphthalein solution was applied to the cross section to measure the progress of neutralization.

Experimental example 2
Similar to Experimental Example 1, except that 10 parts of cement admixture comprising the slow cooling slag in the amount shown in Table 2, the nitrates shown in Table 2 and 0.5 part of retarder A in 100 parts of the cement composition was used. went. The results are also shown in Table 2.
[0023]
<Materials used>
Nitrate a: lithium nitrite, commercially available nitrate c: lithium nitrate, commercially available nitrate d: a mixture of 50 parts of nitrate and 50 parts of nitrate
[Table 2]
[0025]
Experimental example 3
10 parts of cement composition consisting of 30 parts of blast furnace slag, 30 parts of nitrate a and the retarder shown in Table 3 in 100 parts of cement composition, fluidity retention, compressive strength The test was conducted in the same manner as in Experimental Example 1 except that the neutralization depth was measured. The results are also shown in Table 3.
[0026]
<Materials used>
Delay agent B: Gluconic acid, commercial product delay agent C: Sodium gluconate, commercial product delay agent D: Tartaric acid, commercial product delay agent E: Mixture of 50 parts of delay agent A and 50 parts of delay agent
<Test method>
Fluidity retention rate: Evaluated by changes in flow value over time at an ambient temperature of 20 ° C. Based on the flow test of JIS R 5201, calculated from the flow value immediately after kneading and after 60 minutes.
Fluid retention rate = (flow value after 30 minutes / flow value immediately after kneading) x 100
