Claims (3)
- 質量で、Co:5〜15%、Cr:13〜15.5%、Al:4.0〜5.5%、Ti:0.1〜2.0%、Nb:0.1〜1.0%、Ta:0.1〜3.0%、Mo:0.1〜2.0%、W:4.5〜10%、Hf:0.1〜1.5%、C:0.05〜0.20%、B:0.001〜0.03%、Zr:0.01〜0.1%、残部が、不可避的不純物を除き、Niからなり、
900℃におけるγ′相析出物の体積率が44%以上であり、かつ、γ′相の固溶温度が1170℃以下であり、
(1)式及び(2)式により表される組成パラメータP及びQが、P≧5.2かつQ≦6.5であることを特徴とするNi基合金。
P=Al量+0.61×Ti量+0.18×Ta量+0.29×Nb量 …(1)
Q=Al量+0.38×Ti量+0.35×Ta量+0.54×Nb量 …(2)
ここで元素量の単位は質量%である。 - 請求項1に記載のNi基合金を用いたガスタービン静翼。
