Description
The present invention relates to a technique for regenerating a remaining pipe that is generated when a straight tubular fluid pipe having a specified size carried into a piping construction site such as waterworks is cut based on a piping dimension actually measured at the construction site.
Considering plumbing work such as waterworks, most of the work is done by connecting various piping equipment brought into the site based on the design according to a predetermined procedure, but part of it is done at each construction site. A method of cutting a straight tubular fluid pipe carried to the site and connecting the cut pipe based on the difference in piping dimension is adopted.
And in order to configure the cut end of the cutting tube to be used cut to the piping dimensions in the insertion tube portion of the pipe joint structure, for example, as shown in FIG. 9 and FIG. An insertion guide
As a straight tubular fluid pipe used for a cutting pipe, a cast iron pipe manufactured by centrifugal casting in which the outer diameter and thickness of the cut portion fall within an allowable value regardless of the position in the axial direction of the pipe. High-grade fluid pipes are used, but the remaining pipes have various dimensions. In addition, the remaining pipes include the first type pipe having a large thickness suitable for the cutting of the
Further, when cutting the
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described actual situation, and the main problem is that the remaining pipes can be connected to other construction sites by simplifying the remaining pipe management and facilitating the processing at the construction site. In other words , the present invention provides a useful fluid pipe for a pipe joint structure that can be used as an insertion pipe for a pipe joint structure.
In the present invention , one side end portion of the cut remaining pipe is inserted and connected to a receiving pipe section provided with a connecting means for piping equipment such as a fluid pipe, and the inner peripheral surface of the receiving pipe section and the remaining pipe are connected. The space between the outer peripheral surface of the insertion tube portion is sealed with an elastic sealing material attached to the receiving tube portion, and the insertion tube portion of the remaining tube is received by the retaining tube provided in the receiving tube portion. It may be secured to the part.
According to the above configuration , even when a plurality of types of straight tubular residual pipes having different thicknesses generated as a result of the cutting of the fluid pipe are used as the inlet pipe of the pipe joint structure, one side end of the residual pipe regardless of the thickness Is inserted and connected to the receiving pipe section provided with connecting means for piping equipment such as fluid pipes, and then the insertion pipe portion of the remaining pipe is retained on the receiving pipe section by the retaining means provided on the receiving pipe section. Since it is only fixed, there is no need to sort the remaining pipe according to its thickness as in the past, and the elastic sealing material attached to the receiving pipe part is not damaged even when processing the remaining pipe. In addition, it is only necessary to perform simple processing such as deburring or chamfering on the one side end portion of the remaining tube so that the one side end portion of the remaining tube can be smoothly inserted.
Therefore, the management of the remaining pipe becomes extremely simple, and the remaining pipe can be processed simply by deburring or chamfering. As a result, the remaining pipe can be reused advantageously in terms of cost and time.
In the present invention , an insertion guide member having a tapered insertion guide surface having a smaller diameter toward the distal end and a base end side that is the same as or substantially the same as the outer diameter of the remaining pipe at one side end of the remaining pipe. After fitting and mounting from the tube axis direction, the remaining tube may be inserted and connected to the receiving tube portion from the mounting side of the insertion guide member.
According to the above configuration , the insertion guide member is fitted and attached to the one side end portion of the remaining pipe from the tube axis direction, thereby using the insertion guide surface of the insertion guide member to the receiving pipe portion. Therefore, it is not necessary to chamfer one end portion of the remaining pipe, and the reuse cost of the remaining pipe can be reduced and the construction period can be shortened.
In the present invention , the cut remaining pipe is sealed by pressing between the inner peripheral surface of the receiving pipe portion and the outer peripheral surface of the remaining pipe, and pressing the elastic seal material from the tube axis direction. A press ring that compresses to the state, and inserts and connects one end of the remaining pipe to the receiving pipe section, and tightens and fixes the press ring and the receiving pipe section from the tube axis direction. Each of the retaining members mounted at a plurality of locations in the circumferential direction is set in a state of being eaten into the outer peripheral surface of the remaining pipe, and by the biting guide means provided between each retaining member and the push ring, The retaining member may be engulfed and moved inwardly in the radial direction of the tube with relative movement.
According to the above configuration , even when a plurality of types of straight tubular remaining pipes having different thicknesses generated as a result of cutting of the fluid pipe are used as the inlet pipe of the pipe joint structure, they are inserted into the receiving pipe portion regardless of the thickness. By covering the connected remaining pipe with an elastic seal material and a push ring, and tightening and fixing the push ring and the receiving pipe section from the tube axis direction, the inner peripheral surface of the receiving pipe section and the remaining pipe The elastic sealing material that seals between the outer peripheral surfaces is pressed and compressed to a sealed state, and each of the retaining members mounted at a plurality of locations in the circumferential direction of the presser wheel is set in a state of being bitten into the outer peripheral surface of the remaining pipe. Therefore, when an external force in the pulling direction is applied to both pipes due to an earthquake, uneven settlement, etc., the two pipe parts are relatively separated by the biting guide means provided between each retaining member and the push ring. Since the retaining member bites in and moves toward the inside in the pipe radial direction as it moves, both pipes It is possible to enhance the separation preventing effect of.
Therefore, it is not necessary to select the remaining pipe according to its thickness as in the prior art, and the processing for the remaining pipe does not damage the elastic sealing material mounted on the remaining pipe. It is only necessary to perform simple processing such as deburring or chamfering on the one side end of the remaining pipe so that the one side end can be smoothly inserted.
Therefore, the management of the remaining pipe becomes extremely simple, and the remaining pipe can be processed by simple processing such as deburring or chamfering. It can be used as an insertion tube for a joint structure, and the reuse of the remaining tube can be advantageously carried out in terms of cost and time.
In the present invention , one side end portion of the cut remaining pipe is inserted and connected to the receiving pipe section, and the space between the inner peripheral surface of the receiving pipe section and the outer peripheral face of the remaining pipe is sealed to the remaining pipe. An elastic sealing material and a push ring that presses the elastic sealing material from the tube axis direction and compresses the elastic seal material to a sealed state are externally provided, and fastening means for fastening and fixing the push wheel and the receiving tube portion from the tube axis direction is provided. At the same time, each of the plurality of locations in the circumferential direction of the pusher wheel is provided with a retaining member having a biting projection that can be eaten on the outer peripheral surface of the remaining pipe, and between each retaining member and the wheel, the retaining member taken to the relative withdrawal movement of the tube portion may only set a biting induction means for喰Komi moved in the tube diameter direction inwardly.
According to the above configuration , even when a plurality of types of straight tubular remaining pipes having different thicknesses generated as a result of cutting of the fluid pipe are used as the inlet pipe of the pipe joint structure, they are inserted into the receiving pipe portion regardless of the thickness. The connected remaining pipe is covered with an elastic seal material and a pusher ring, and the fastening ring is tightened and fixed from the tube axis direction between the pusher ring and the receiving pipe part by the fastening means, and the inner peripheral surface of the receiving pipe part is left behind. While pressing and compressing the elastic sealing material that seals between the outer peripheral surfaces of the pipes to a sealed state, each of the retaining members attached to a plurality of circumferential directions of the presser wheels is in a state of biting into the outer peripheral surface of the remaining pipe By setting, when an external force in the pulling direction is applied to both pipe parts due to an earthquake or the like, the both pipe parts are moved relative to each other by the biting guide means provided between the retaining members and the press ring. Since the retaining member moves inwardly in the pipe radial direction, both pipe parts It is possible to enhance the separation preventing effect.
In the present invention , the biting tip edge of the biting projection may be formed in an arc shape with the same or substantially the same radius as the radius of the outer peripheral surface of the insertion tube portion of the remaining tube in the tube axis direction view.
According to the above configuration, when the biting tip edge of the biting protrusion is formed in an arc shape with the same radius as the radius of the outer peripheral surface of the insertion tube portion of the remaining pipe, the biting tip edge of the biting protrusion The whole bites evenly with respect to the outer peripheral surface of the remaining pipe.
In addition, when the biting tip edge of the biting projection is formed in an arc shape with a radius slightly larger than the radius of the outer peripheral surface of the insertion tube portion of the remaining pipe, the circumference of the biting tip edge of the biting projection is Although the central portion in the direction first bites into the outer peripheral surface of the insertion tube portion of the remaining pipe, the difference between the biting amount at the central portion in the circumferential direction and the biting amount at both ends in the circumferential direction is reduced be able to.
Furthermore, when the biting tip edge of the biting projection is formed in an arc shape with a radius slightly smaller than the radius of the outer peripheral surface of the insertion tube portion of the remaining tube, the circumference of the biting tip edge of the biting projection is Since both ends in the direction bite into the outer peripheral surface of the insertion tube part of the remaining pipe first, the biting end edge bites compared to the case where the central part in the circumferential direction of the biting tip edge first bites into the outer peripheral surface of the inlet pipe part. The force can be easily dispersed in the circumferential direction, and the difference between the amount of biting at both ends in the circumferential direction and the amount of biting at the central portion in the circumferential direction can be reduced.

The connecting means 2 is constituted by a connecting flange portion integrally formed at one end of the receiving
